This is my second stay here. clean and spacious house, got towels and extra bed + pillow and two bathroom with toilet tissue, have microwave, fridge and cutlery. couldn’t find the iron but there’s an iron board. The tv has no signal so i can’t watch the tv, the same thing happen on my first stay here, the back toilet water pressure are slow too. The mosquito net for the rooms door could be fix. Other than that, it’s good for people with big families.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist so wie beschrieben und wie es andere auch bewertet haben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, es gibt gefiltertes Wasser in der Küche zum Kochen und zum Trinken, die Klimaanlagen sind sehr gut, ebenso der Fernseher und auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr bequem. Ganz herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft

Owner always responsive and very understanding towards client, clean house and easier way to check in makes it more convenient for traveler, totally recommended

房东 Ngio 很友善，入住过程非常方便，全程使用密码锁。屋子很大又干净，小朋友特别喜欢这里，屋里还有 Lego 可以玩。环境安静舒适，非常适合一家人入住。最让我满意的是有洗衣机和烘干机，衣服可以洗好烘干，不需要带脏衣服回家，太贴心了！非常推荐！

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The place is exceptionally well-kept, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Its convenient location near the town center made it easy to explore the area. The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortably accommodated all my guests. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Memang terbaik homestay ni.. host dia pon sgt2 friendly.. even tgh malam pon masih responsible utk reply whtsapp.. bateri rosak terus datang homestay tukar yg lain.. next time mmg akan booking lagi bila balik kg 👍🏻 ada few thing je perlu diperbaiki..

We had a peaceful 2 nights farm stay except sometimes will hear dogs barking in whee hours. The room is overall clean but will see some flying insects or crawling ants, guess this can't be avoided on a farm stay. The younger Uncle Tan is very friendly and he did a farm tour for us when we arrived. We also get to bring back some freshly picked fruits from the farm. We are also given suggested itinerary during our stay in Pontian. Driving from farm into town is around 8km. Overall, had a nice and memorable time spent in this Pontian farm stay.
