I needed a quiet location where I could have some assistance when needed and to be able to come and go when I needed to. There was always someone there to help if I needed it and my daughter and I felt we could relax when we needed to do that too.

Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Perfect for a short break with my mum....we both loved the place and the fact that it was so well situated with loads to do within a short drive. Claire was friendly and always very responsive to any questions. All on a level, which was great for my mum. Lovely decor....we liked the art, especially the album covers on the wall. Beautiful to have the sun flooding the whole place when we returned late afternoon...a bit chilly still in the April eve to fully appreciate the beautiful terrace outside, but we did sit out a little and enjoy the garden. Thoughtful touches such as milk and lovely bathroom/shower products. We have already recommended to someone else and may well be back!

We had a super couple of days staying for the Brighton marathon. Easy travel into Brighton from Hassocks. Beautiful walks around the Jack and Jill Windmills and South Downs Way.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Back again. My home away from home when visiting Shalford. The cottage is charming and so serene and quiet. Amanda and Ben and the dogs are all so welcoming.

My partner and I had the most amazing experience staying at Tracy’s Airbnb. From the moment we booked, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. One of the standout aspects of our stay was how she helped us decorate the complex – she truly made our vision come to life and put so much care into every detail. It felt so personal and thoughtful, which made our time there even more special. The space itself was absolutely spotless. You could tell Tracy takes a lot of pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Every room was immaculate, fresh, and so welcoming. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Finding the place was super easy, too – clear directions and great communication made checking in a breeze. And when it comes to value, it couldn’t have been better. For everything that was included – the space, the amenities, the beautiful decor, and Tracy’s incredible support – the price was perfectly reasonable too. Thank you again!!

What a view! Amazing views across the countryside behind the property. Very welcoming hosts who greeted me on arrival and made sure I had what I needed. Cottage was cosy with everything I needed. Bed linen was lovely. Wi-Fi provided good internet access. Kitchen was well equipped for a small cottage and I was able to cook what I wanted for evening meals. Would definitely recommend and return again myself

We had a great stay at Emily’s place. The property was excellent and just a short walk from local pubs/restaurants.

Lovely little cabin in a quiet area about 10 mins walk from the town centre. Has all you need for a comfortable stay including a private patio area (to enjoy a tipple in the sunshine) and a handy washing machine (if you’re in town for a longer stay). Julia was a great host, welcoming me in person at check-in and quick to answer any queries and offer help when needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything we needed. A cute little annex which had everything we needed for our short stay. Easy to find, clear instructions and in a perfect location.

We had a amazing time it was a lovely quiet place we also enjoyed the countryside and watching the birds and pheasants walking in the fields and the hot tub was amazing I would definitely be going back and thank you to Linda who was very helpful and a lovely person thank you sally John

Amazing stay in the Whitterings, that exceeded our expectations. The Cabin is clean and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor space and we love the design. Very friendly and thoughtful host, good communication and easy to reach. Instructions and directions were excellent. Easy check-in with the key box. Perfect location for walking to the beach. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back. Thanks Mike and Sarah, we felt like at home! ❤️

A brilliant long weekend in this cosy annexe. Susan was really friendly, giving us space but also being there when we needed a little support. We would definitely recommend!

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

A simple, clean and cute little spot, everything we needed for a night's stay in Firle.

We enjoyed a brief unplanned stay at Beth’s due to over running building work at our own home. We stayed with our 3 and 6 year old boys who loved walking through the fields and seeing the animals. The house was clean and had all we needed to make some meals and enjoy our time there. The wifi was good too and allowed my husband and I to wfh whilst there. Beth was kind and accommodating allowing us to stay with only 12 hours notice! Thank you!

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰

This is our second stay and I hope not the last. It's a lovely place and so safe and quiet. Deborah & Phil are lovely people too. 5 stars all the way, can't beat that!! :)
