Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

Questo appartamento è davvero un angolo di tranquillità e comfort. Appena entrati, si percepisce subito un'atmosfera accogliente, grazie all'arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli e alla pulizia impeccabile. L'attenzione ai dettagli, come la biancheria fresca e gli accessori moderni, rende questo appartamento davvero speciale. In sintesi, un perfetto rifugio per chi cerca una sistemazione intima e ben curata, che fa sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissimo!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben, und für zwei Personen perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht - zudem eine Kaffeemaschine mit bereit gestellten Kaffee und Snacks. In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es mehrere Restaurants, einen großen Supermarkt und auch mehrere Bushaltestellen, die einen in 20min zum Zentrum bringen. Die Kommunikation mit Daniele lief besonders gut und schnell. Nur zu empfehlen!

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

Molto bello, per due persone è perfetto. Molto ben fornito e trovandosi in centro è perfetto per gli spostamenti. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo.

Super host educato e disponibile. B&B molto accogliente e pulito. È stata una bella esperienza, posto consigliato se si cerca qualcosa di tranquillo con la comodità di un bar di fronte. Consigliato anche per chi vuole visitare il museo Ferrari.

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

This cute apartment in Modena was perfect. It had everything which we needed, located in the middle of the historical center near to all main attractions in walking distance. The house was so pretty and well taken care in all details. Big enough but comfortable at the same time. The communication with Nicola and his team was great, they were responsive at all times and as well flexible with timings and extra requests. We really did feel like home and did not want to leave. Also, we had the great pleasure to meet Candida and her friends who even offered us something to eat and drink having it delivered directly at home for us. We had a wonderful afternoon all together and felt like we have been friends forever. Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Modena a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone who decides to come!!!

Wer eine authentische Unterkunft in einem typischen italienischen Dorf sucht, ist hier richtig. Keine Touristen, kein rummeliges Küstendorf. Dafür eine Kirche und eine handvoll Häuser, vom Haus kann man kleine Wanderungen starten oder einfach den Ausblick auf die Berge und das schöne Haus genießen. Wer möchte, kann auch nette Dörfer im näheren Umfeld besuchen, Pisa oder andere Städte erobern oder aber mit dem Auto dem Meer einen Besuch abstatten. Wer eigentlich wegen dem Meer oder der Küste in die Toskana kommt, sollte Fahrzeiten von 45 Minuten einplanen.

Casa in ottima posizione, era proprio quello che cercavamo, in mezzo alla natura, puro relax, la casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, pulita e molto ampia

Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente la signora Ivana ma è stata sempre pronta a rispondere e a venire incontro ai nostri bisogni. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort, la cucina è completa, il bagno è piccolo ma ben organizzato. Silenzioso e luminoso.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico nell’appartamento di Riccardo! La casa era bellissima, arredata con gusto e impeccabilmente pulita. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, nel cuore di Parma e a pochi passi dal Teatro Regio, ideale per esplorare la città a piedi. Riccardo è stato un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli utili per vivere al meglio l’esperienza in città. Se cercate un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato a Parma, non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. Spero di tornare presto!

We were extremely happy with our choice to stay at Riccardo’s apartment in Modena. The process of checking in and out was clear and easy. The photos matched what we found, which is not always the case. There were lots of little details and notes around the apartment that helped you know what to do, and we appreciated those details. The location was fantastic for those arriving by train. It was only a few minutes walk to the apartment, and then only a few more minutes walk to get into the historic city center. There was a little rain while we were in the city, but Riccardo saved us with two umbrellas that were there to use. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our short stay in the city, and we would not hesitate to come back if we are back in the area again.

This place exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family of four travels g with teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone to have some space after long days out. It has been tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed. Patricia who met us at check in was fabulous! We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends! Sabrina is a very nice, friendly and very cooperative host! We enjoyed the stay in Bologna, and although we stayed at this accomodation only for 1 night, we felt at home! The apartment is very clean, filled with everything we needed. The apartment is very close to the bus station, from which you can easily get to the city centre, the airport or any place around. Sabrina also gifted us a bottle of wine and she had prepared lots of sweets and pastries for us. Everything was perfect here!

Stefano and Lauro were some of the best hosts we have ever had staying at an AirBnB! Their communication, friendliness, and assistance in booking activities and transportation was above and beyond standard. Stefano offered daily suggestions for dining and activities and everything he recommended we loved. He even assisted in reservations and booking. We were able to meet both Lauro and Stefano in person and they were both so kind, caring and welcoming. I hope to stay here again in the future.
