Hidden gem in Lewis Pass area with great access to hiking and all the amenities needed for a mountain stay. Would definitely stay again!

This accommodation was perfect for our stay. Our host was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend them to others and we would be happy to stay here again.

We only stayed here for one night on our journey up the coast, but it was easy to find, very quiet and a spacious apartment. We walked to Pancake rock (which was interesting) then walked the Pororari river track, which was good and not crowded. The people in the information centre were very helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go on the beach but it looked nice.

This unit is very spacious. Its walking distance to shops and eateries. Fluffy towels and electric blankets for cooler nights. A laundry is handy for those like us who were on the road a lot. All in all a great place.

What great hosts. Best airbnb ever. Absolutely loved this home away from home. Justine and Baz had thought of everything. It would have been very easy to stay in and just enjoy the view and surroundings. The furnishing paid attention to every detail, the bed to die for, all the appliances A+, the outdoor relaxing and bbq facilities excellent. The tea,coffee and breakfast cereal an excellent choice. Relaxing at night on a big luxurious couch with great TV and internet, after riding our bikes all day was just another plus. I could just go on and on. It was just awesome far better than any 5 star+ hotel or motel. Can't wait to return when the locals finish the biking/walking track around the lake. thank you again Jill and Kevin.

Was a nice get away for the night. Didn't realize it was multiple apartments together, but it turned out to be very private still and enjoyed our stay. Had a lovely romantic bath under the stars 🌟

Robert’s place was wonderful, quiet and close to the sea. A very peaceful place that I would thoroughly recommend to guests.

The house was huge and the surrounding were great, we managed to see the sunset right from the house. The house was equipped with the necessities we needed. We could hear the sound from the wooden floor when someone is walking on the upper floor or the stairs. Not a big problem to us but if you are sensitive to sounds, something to consider before booking. The water pressure was low, it was a bit inconvenient using the shower head. Robert was friendly and helpful, we are satisfied with the booking in general.

We really enjoyed our time in Joe’s homely house and also the garden. Highly recommended

We had to book this home immediately as our previous accommodation was unavailable. We had travelled 3 hours and as soon as I booked the home, Rob allowed us to head there right away instead of waiting for the check-in time. He called to make sure we made it in the house comfortably as well as being on call the entire time if I had a question or query. He was friendly and saved the trip! The view of the lake is beautiful too! The train runs in-front of the house and at first we thought it may be annoying but actually we enjoyed seeing it go past and it didn’t interrupt our sleep. The house is in walking distance to local tracks and to the lake. Fantastic weekend, thank you Rob!

We had a great stay over xmas and new years, it was a really nice family space and an ideal base for relaxing and enjoying Reefton and the surrounding area. Communication with Alice and Eamon was quick and easy.

Noeleen is a fantastic host, the property is absolutely beautiful and in such a great location, we will be visiting and staying regularly at this property and seeing the beautiful Westcoast as a direct result of how lovely and accommodating Noeleen was, our experience with this property was simply amazing.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Refugium, sehr privat und voller schöner Dinge zum entdecken. Hier können sich alle - von Groß bis Klein - wohlfühlen. Es hat uns allen viel Spaß gemacht, z.B. die Glühwürmchenhöhle zu entdecken, während eines Bades im Pool die Sterne zu beobachten oder am Bach nach Gold zu schürfen und die Flusskrebse zu beobachten. Unser Highlight war eine persönliche Führung durch den Wald auf den Pfaden der früheren Goldsucher und zur Goldmine. Wir zum Land und zur Geschichte sowie der Natur viel gelernt. Fran und Grant waren tolle Gastgeber. Ebenfalls können wir den Tip zum Besuch der Carew Falls absolut weiterempfehlen. Der Weg ist einfach und der Wasserfall sowie die Aussicht sind unglaublich lohnenswert.

This place is like a little slice of heaven in the native bush. It is so private & you could think you were in a native Forrest! It is a truly unique experience. It is so clean & warm with very comfy beds!

We loved this property. Spacious , clean and tidy with good quality modern chattels . Very comfortable beds and lovely outdoor area . Located within walking distance to the town , we would definitely stay there again .
