Fabulous stay at The Connell , perfect location, perfect accommodation, perfect weather. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

Fantastic place to stay, great location has everything you need and more. The only thing I would say is the main door downstairs to get in is quite tricky the key needs to be wiggled quite a bit to get it to open. A hard turn to the left gets it working once you know how. We loved our stay the home is gorgeous inside and couldn’t recommend staying here enough. We are already looking at dates to book to come back in a few months time

Spacious modern clean apartment, exactly as described, very comfortable beds! Location was absolutely perfect, views from front window over harbour are stunning!! Only used the car once in a week!! Loved Whitby didn’t want to come home. Thank you ☺️ ❤️

Beautifully kept and decorated cottage. Stairs are very steep so not for people with mobility issues or larger sized people. Great location and the views are incredible.

This is a comfortable flat with lovely views over the river Esk. Easy to walk into the centre of Whitby with plenty of pubs and restaurants close by. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous location The apartment is much bigger than it looks on the pics. Amazing outlook from the lounge over the harbour and swing bridge. Everything you needed for was there for a great weekend with friends. Highly recommend and would definitely book again without hesitation

Fantastic apartment that has recently been refurbished and the pool table is a nice touch. The photos don't really do it justice as it is much bigger and airier than it looks on the advertisement. Comfy beds and the place was spotlessly clean. Tina responded quickly to any queries we had. With regards to parking, you may not always get parked directly outside, but there was always somewhere to park nearby - and for free. The beach is a few minutes walk down steps and nearly each room in the apartment has a sea view! There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes within a few minutes walk - the Thai fusion restaurant - Coco & Rum was particularly good. We'll definitely be booking Sandy View apartment again in the near future. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay at The Look Out! The location is great - it’s just down the road from the 199 steps, as well as plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and of course fish & chips! Andrea was always quick to respond to queries and even reached out to check I’d settled in OK. This was a lovely, cosy place to return to after a long day exploring, with fabulous views of the harbour. If (when) I return to Whitby I’ll definitely book to stay again!

Fantastic cottage with everything our family needed! Our children enjoyed watching the boats out of the windows and crabbing on the pier at the back of the cottage. Location was great as we were close to all amenities, the only thing we found tricky was parking but this is a normal problem in a holiday town. Adam was an excellent host and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Lovely building. Plenty of space. Well decorated, uptodate-loved the master and kitchen. Very comfortable supportive beds. Downsides-no window covering in attic bedroom and some steep stairs with no handrail made it awkward for the children and upstairs WC very cosy but functional. Fab walks along the seafront/promenade. Beach 10 mins walk away-very big. Watch your step as dog poop galore-nothing to do with house owners but a shame. Walk the other way and great architecture and views across the working harbour. Host very communicative on a couple of slight issues. Recommended and hope to be back.

2nd time stayong and was really good value, comfortable and just what we needed for a short break. The home is in a quiet area of stocton which is great. Hosts are very easy to communicate with and responsie to messages. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house - it has everything we need. Fantastic hosts (thank you!) The house is in a great location near the marina, close, HMS Trincomolee and restaurants (we really enjoyed Dhamaka). Very peaceful and comfortable stay. There is parking. Train station is very walkable, so we managed to squeeze in a great day trip to Newcastle during our visit. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hartlepool (or close to County Durham), we would recommend.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

So lovely. Bigger than we expected, lots of space. The garden looked like a fabulous place to sit; unfortunately we had some drizzly days, so didn't utilise it. Kitchen had all the tools needed. Great location. We walked to Falling Falls, 9 mile round trip. Close to Grosmont, Whitby and fabulous scenery.

lovely old cottage ideally situated next to the sea, so perfect just to leave the car parked up and walk over to the beach. The cottage itself was very spacious,with a large lounge, two large main bedrooms with one extra bedroom above. The kitchen/ dining area was ample enough and contained all we needed, as were the two separate bathrooms for each of the main bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was no skimping on the quality of the bed linen and pillows. We certainly give this lovely old cottage a 100% thumbs up and would totally recommend it to all!

The apartment was very well placed, clean & tidy. Beautiful kitchen & large tv. Felt at home straight away. Whitby was so busy we couldn't use the W parking zone. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would definitely use again. Plenty of amenities nearby, breakfast next door is recommended. Brilliant holiday.

This is a great place to stay, right on the marina walking distance from many good restaurants and a great place to just take a stroll. Graham was always there to answer questions before we arrived. Everything in the Condo is well marked, he has all of the user manuals for all of the appliances and such. Notes conveniently placed so that you understand what is going on and how things work. We stayed for a whole month and was well worth the money for the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

It’s a great place to stay and so close to all amenities including public transport. Once inside away from the crowds it was peaceful with a great view of the river

Amanda's place was lovely and peaceful very clean and spacious. Within walking distance from Whitby Town centre and Whitby Abbey so close enough for the hustle and bustle of Whitby but close enough to return for the amazing views peace and quiet. Amanda was very helpful with all the questions I asked and there was plenty of ideas in folder left in flat. As I'm guessing if you go to Whitby you also have an idea on what you want to do but always helps when some ideas are in folder, that are different. Plenty of eating areas and coffee shops plus plenty of bars and restaurants. If you can manage the 199 steps there's a Whitby brewery at the top which is amazing as well. Everywhere we went into people and locals were polite and friendly. Amandas apartment was perfect peaceful, spacious and quiet located on first floor accessible either by stairs of a lift. It's a lovely Flat in a beautiful location with fabulous views. Essential to know that bringing some supplies is essential as Sandsend doesn’t have a grocery or cornor store location. There are pubs and restaurants some of which are very nice.

I visit Whitby regularly to see family and this property allowed me to be close to both them and also the main town and beach, which the dogs absolutely loved. The property was clean and perfect for our needs. The host, Kristy, was also on hand quickly to answer any questions we had to keep our minds at ease during our stay.

Carols apartment was absolutely beautiful, one of the best view in Whitby,well set out and presented, everything you could need for your stay, all within walking distance of town , harbour and abbey. Will definitely return and also has a parking space. Carol is easy to message if needed and always responses quickly, very friendly.

We were not disappointed with our choice in the slightest, the apartment is beautiful. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situated in central location, everything is within walking distance. Car park less than 5 mins away, we could see our car from the bedroom window. Nikki was always very responsive, friendly, and helpful when we contacted her. We have loved staying at The Nest apartment, we would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Whitby.
