An amazing house with so much character and charm. It was perfect for 6 kids (5-11years) and 5 adults. Plenty of space to sleep, eat and socialise. 5* review! Would definitely recommend to any large family or group! Was perfect! Thank you Photographer’s House! X

We had a lovely weekend at Rebecca's place, beautiful home,really comfortable ,warm and cosy. Short drive to the lovely coastline.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boiling House. The house has a lovely homely feel, was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. David was a really welcoming host, giving us a quick tour of the house before leaving us to it. The bottle of Prosecco was a well appreciated touch! We'd love to return. Thank you David!

Lovely location. Lots of character in the house. Very homely and everything we needed for the weekend was available. The only real downside was the fact it had single glazing so felt a bit nippy at times and not all the electric heaters were possible to turn on at your own leisure or at least it wasn’t clear how to do it. However, the electric fire downstairs sufficiently heated the living room and kitchen and created a cosy atmosphere.

Caroline is a fantastic host. Her home was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Some lovely small details that make it extra special on arrival- welcome pack, well stocked (cleaning materials, dog throws and bowls etc). Fantastic location. We loved how peaceful it was at the cottage and the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying at Paddy’s cottage and hope to be able to return there in the future.

This place was beautiful and it exceeded our expectations! We wanted a lovely and affordable sea side location and this just blew us away. It was walking distance from the sea and local shops, and not to mention the place itself was stunning! There was a big open plan kitchen diner with a huge garden with outdoor seating that had the pizza oven and open fire to use! The living room was perfect & the bedrooms were huge with very comfy beds and lots of storage. It was clean, sleek, modern yet homely and quirky! We all had the best time. Thank you so much.

We had a great time staying here. We have a young family and the house was perfect for us. It's spacious and has everything we needed. The kitchen is really practical. The location is great for all of our favourite spots along the coast such as Runswick Bay and Sandsend. Elizabeth was really helpful and her check in details were spot on. We found all the neighbours to be friendly and parking we were always able to park just a few doors away. It proved to be incredible value and we will definitely be returning.

Perfect location for town & sea front. But bear in mind you are at the top of the hill and the beach is at the bottom. Lovely quiet residential area. Great shower cubicle. Lovely lounge. Quality bedlinen. Nice outside space too. Easy parking. Would recommend. Separate WC is very small, otherwise a spacious "home from home"

Great little place for our weekend away. Lovely location for walks in the countryside and a short trip to the beach. Thank you hopefully we will be back another time

Lovely place to stay for our weekend in Saltburn - very comfortable flat, only a very very short walk to the sea front. Lorna and Rob were great hosts, very responsive and helpful as our booking was made quite last minute.

Fantastic apartment that has recently been refurbished and the pool table is a nice touch. The photos don't really do it justice as it is much bigger and airier than it looks on the advertisement. Comfy beds and the place was spotlessly clean. Tina responded quickly to any queries we had. With regards to parking, you may not always get parked directly outside, but there was always somewhere to park nearby - and for free. The beach is a few minutes walk down steps and nearly each room in the apartment has a sea view! There are plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes within a few minutes walk - the Thai fusion restaurant - Coco & Rum was particularly good. We'll definitely be booking Sandy View apartment again in the near future. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I could not recommend this place enough! Please stay if you’re ever in Great Ayton! The property is really easy to find, and in a perfect location just off the high street - Jason also left really clear instructions to get in. The property itself was spotless, with lots of space for a terraced property. Jason had left us teabags, coffee, milk, eggs, and lots of other welcome essentials, we felt really looked after 😊. Even though we knew the area well enough, there’s a guide to some of the best local pubs, restaurants, hikes/walks, and things to do in the area. The bed is really cosy and Jason provided an extra soft mattress topper, incase you prefer a softer mattress - with all rooms having huge TV’s to chuck a cosy film on after a big hike too! Also the shower is so warm with great water pressure unlike many Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Overall, myself and my partner could not recommend this place enough and will almost certainly will be returning if we visit Great Ayton

An amazing apartment so thoughtfully decorated. Felt like a home not an AirBnB all the nice touches were there that made a big difference. Would 100% recommend and stay again really loved my stay here. Superb location tbh could have just looked out of that front window at the view all day. Really quiet on a night right round the corner from the bars and shops perfect location.
