Positiv: Die Kommunikation war immer sehr sehr schnell und einfach. Alle waren freundlich - das Apartment ist super schön und sehr sauber - da kann man sich wohl fühlen … Negativ: Leider ist das Apartment in einer Community, die gerade erst fertig gestellt wird ! Das bedeutet leider am Strand sowie im apartment und im Bereich des Pools ist tagsüber so viel Lärm von den diversen Baustellen dass man sich leider kaum erholen kann ! Alles ist staubig und schmutzig! Da können die Eigentümer natürlich nichts dafür ….. sollte man aber trotzdem wissen

Unschlagbare Preis-Leistung. Sehr netter, zuvorkommender und hilfreicher Kontakt! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll, Marina in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Downtown in 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche. Diese hätte für die Größe der Unterkunft besser sein können (Schneidbretter, scharfe Messer, größere und mehr Gläser) auch ein Kescher oder Besen für den Außenbereich wäre super gewesen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wieder buchen.

Es war einfach alles super! Die Villa ist zwar etwas älter, aber gut gepflegt, sauber und hat ihr Charme. Der Pool mit offenem Blick auf die Lagune, war einfach genial. Eine Hälfte des Pools ist geschätzt 1m tief und die andere 1,6m, was für Kinder super war. Der Pool war beheizt u d beleuchtet, so konnten wir egal wann reinspringen. Wir haben auch in der Lagune geschwommen. Hier wären Schwimmschuhe etwas besser gewesen, aber war auch kein Problem. Es gab im ganzen Haus nur einen Fleck auf einem Sofa. Die Koche ist ohne Geschirrspülmaschine, aber sonst voll ausgestattet. Viele Terrassen und Parkplatz für zwei Autos im Schatten und mehr in der Sonne direkt vor der Haustür.

I have just stayed for a month at Tatiana's studio and everything was perfect. The studio is equipped with everything you need for a long stay and the patio garden is very private. Tatiana was very discreet but quick to respond to any questions I had. She also kindly allowed me a flexible check-out time. Sunterra is undergoing an expansion at the moment but the building work did not impact on my stay - the studio is in a very quiet and peaceful place. There are many pools to choose from and the gardens and surroundings are well maintained. When the expansion is finished, there will be restaurants and other shops as part of the development, in addition to the Carrefour which is already there, making it even better. Security in the compound is very good and the staff friendly. Thank you so much Tatiana, I hope to return next time I am in Sharm.

We had an amazing stay at Melissa’s place! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described—actually even better in person. Melissa was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The location was perfect for our weekend plans, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Montazah! There was enough space for our very large family and the kids really enjoyed it especially the pool and the playground. The house was very nicely decorated and serene

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. As we visit Hurghada often this was the perfect location for us, local to everything, beach nearby. The Villa was perfect, lots of room and space, very clean and well furnished perfect for our toddler, safe and secure. Nothing was to much trouble, Omar and Diana were always available within minutes to answer any questions. Tolle Wohnung und Lage vor allem sehr ruhig von den Nachbarn her. Die Wohnung hat eine Top Einrichtung und sehr gepflegt. Und Mohamed ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, er kümmert sich um alles. Wir brauchten ein Taxi und Mohamed hat sich gekümmert. Tausend Dank dafür.

L'appartamento era in ordine e molto pulito, esattamente come nelle foto. Il responsabile è stato amichevole, disponibile e davvero in gamba. Il check-out è stato super flessibile, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo. Esperienza positiva sotto ogni aspetto — lo consiglio assolutamente!

Ich war mit meiner Tochter vom 8 bis 17 April in Ostmans Unterkunft. Es war traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles da und gut durchdacht. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Ostman ist ein sehr herzlicher und engagierter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Whg ist unschlagbar. Alles in der Nähe. Der Bestway Supermarkt oder ein kleiner Kiosk gleich um der Ecke. Die bekannten Strände Dream Beach oder Mahmya Beach. Die Aldau Village Mall. Die Touristenpromenade Mamsha. Da gibt es auch einen Geldwechselautomaten. In wenigen Minuten ist man beim Flughafen. Macht die An- und Abreise sehr bequem. Ich würde sagen, die Kombi aus Luxus Wohnung, perfekter Lage und herausragenden Gastgeber macht diese Unterkunft zu einen echten Juwel. Ich kann sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. :-))

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns von Anfang an bestens betreut gefühlt. Das Apartment hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Es ist in Wirklichkeit sogar noch schöner, stilvoller und gemütlicher als auf den Fotos. Alles war blitzsauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
