Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. This building was once a Victorian mansion, converted to very nice apartments. This is a quiet building, and would be a great retreat for traveling nurses, or utility workers. This studio apartment has a small separate kitchen, a double bed, a love seat, AC unit, walk in closet, and a 50" TV. No smoking, pets, or candles.
