Siamo stati ospite in questo b&b e posso dire che è stato un'esperienza incredibile! La struttura è super accogliente confortevole curata nei minimi dettagli Antonella e il marito estremamente cordiali i e disponibili. consiglio vivamente questa esperienza da non sottovalutare la super colazione grazie a presto

L’interazione per la prenotazione è stata rapida. Ho soggiornato per esigenze di lavoro e quindi con orari particolari ma non è stato un problema adattare gli orari di check-in e check-out. L’accoglienza è stata calda ed ospitale come se ci si conoscesse da tantissimo tempo. Struttura pet friendly, non ha avuto problemi ad accogliere i miei due Labrador Retriever. L’alloggio pulito, ordinato ed accogliente, non mancava nulla, sembrava di essere a casa propria, lontano da rumori e traffico. A servizio degli ospiti anche una rete wi-fi con connessione abbastanza veloce. Parcheggio interno. A disposizione anche un piccolo giardino molto curato. Tornerò sicuramente.

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Where do we even begin? The views, the people, the food, the ambiance—everything was pure magic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest welcome by Stefania and Valentina, and it instantly felt like we had come home. Nestled in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, this place is a true haven. Surrounded by lush greenery and birdsong, we found ourselves completely immersed in nature and serenity. Every detail felt intentional, and every moment was filled with beauty. The farm-to-table meals were absolutely unforgettable—some of the best food we’ve ever tasted. Fresh, local, and prepared with so much love, each dish was a celebration of the land. We didn’t know what to expect when we booked, but nothing could have prepared us for just how special this experience would be. These were truly the most magical three days we’ve spent in Italy. Stefania and Valentina: thank you for your warmth, your laughter, your thoughtful recommendations, and for always making time for us!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

L alloggio ha superato le aspettative, hosts gentilissimi cordiali e disponibili, colazione davvero molto fornita.

Il soggiorno da Francesco è stato ottimo. La stanza era perfetta, ottima anche la colazione. Posizione tranquilla appena fuori Bologna, raggiungibile comodamente in macchina. Sempre disponibile il parcheggio in condominio. Comunicazione ottima con Francesco, che è sempre stato molto disponibile su tutto! Consiglio vivamente!

Das kleine Apartment war sehr gemütlich und Gianfranco und Alice sind sehr herzlich. Das süße Frühstück war wunderbar, die selbstgemachte Marmelade sehr lecker. Sehr familiärer Aufenthalt. Einzig für alle ohne Auto wichtig zu wissen: Abends fährt kein Bus mehr, dann geht nur Laufen oder Taxi.

Alessandra è un host estremamente disponibile e gentile. Ci si sente come accolti in casa, in una grande famiglia.

Klein, aber fein. Alle supernett, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, das Bad hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem hab ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und ich komme gern wieder.

Alloggio molto carino e caratteristico. E' una villa nella prima campagna Bolognese, vicino alla fiera. Vista campi ma vicino a tutto. Accoglienza splendida, Luca Host TOP, gentile e simpatico. La parte di casa dedicata al BnB è separata dalla casa di Luca, con una zona ingresso/salotto comune alle camere, tutte con bagno privato. E' praticamente è una stanza in un piccolo hotel in mezzo alla campagna! Ci tornerò sicuramente.

We could enjoy some wonderful days in this villa. Gabriele and Pamela are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Massimiliano e Carmen ci hanno accolto con la massima disponibilità e tanta simpatia. Ottimi i loro consigli su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare. Pulizia superlativa e cura nei dettagli della camera. Colazione super, prodotti freschi, dolci e salati, preparati da Carmen. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma in posizione strategica per visitare le attrazioni della zona, come Gradara, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Pesaro e Urbino. Consiglio senza ombra di dubbio questa struttura gestita da persone che hanno a cuore gli ospiti.

Wat een paradijsje! Echt een heel erg mooie, rustige plek om te vertoeven. Een zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt, prachtige schaduwplekjes met een leuk uitgekozen meubilair, frisse kamer (air-co) en een erg vriendelijke familie die ons heel hartelijk ontving en alles in het werk stelde om ons een geweldig verblijf te geven. Een echte aanrader!!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Wie hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Maria und Tazio sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Sie kümmern sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Haus ist wunderschön und modern hergerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight ist das köstliche Frühstück am Morgen. Das wohl beste Frühstück, das wir je hatten. Tausend Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen. Hervorragend.

The house was a rare find and better than expected! Giovanna made me feel at home from the moment we spoke on messages! She made the best breakfast for me everyday i was there and kept tidying up my room all the time! The only regret i have is that i didnt spend more time with Giovanna at that gorgeous villa! If i ever get the chance to go again i will not leave from that estate!!!

What a fantastic Airbnb! I think it was our best experience ever. Eleanora and Lorenzo were so friendly and welcoming. They were also very generous with supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc., which is always nice. The apartment was so beautiful, brand new, harmoniously furnished, fully equipped, everything you needed and extras such as Alexa and Netflix. The surroundings were also beautiful with a lovely space to sit outside and take in the view and the peace and quiet. We loved it so much and wished we could have stayed longer. Do not hesitate to book - it is such a treat and you will have no regrets.

Se volete staccare da tutto ed immergervi in mezzo alla natura, questo posto fa per voi! Giacomo e Daniela sono super host. Vi faranno sentire accolti come in famiglia. Se avete dei bimbi si divertiranno a vedere gli svariati animaletti ( dalla tartaruga all’ asino). Cogliere more e fichi e mangiarli sotto l’albero è un’esperienza che resta nel cuore. Provare per credere!
