This is a very comfortable home. The owners have great taste. We especially liked the front porch and the back porch. Plus the upstairs bedroom is cool. The owners were very responsive. North Beach, Maryland is an A+ peaceful water town. With great Restaurants. It has a French Bakery. Highly recommend this home and town

Staying with Keya was fantastic! Communication was seamless and straightforward, with any questions quickly resolved. The accommodation was perfect for a city trip, conveniently located near public transport. The room matched the description—it was clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Second time staying here with a group of family and friends for an event in Maryland. This place hosted us perfectly again. We cooked in the spacious kitchen and played a lot of pool in the garage after returning from our event at night. I'll be checking this listing first and booking if it's available again next year as well!

We really enjoyed the stay at the River House. We are a repeat customer and the house did not disappoint us. The host is very gracious and everything is just as the website has it listed. We enjoyed the amenities, lots of videos, games and the hottub. There is a short walk to the beach which we visited twice a day. We loved every minute of it! Thank you!

The house was absolutely lovely and the private beech made it perfect for a weekend getaway. The space was ample and the kitchen a joy to cook in. There’s a nice restaurant a short walk away - highly recommend this spot!

The apartment was amazing, we had a wonderful time staying there. It is close to everything, museums next streets, China Town, and very walkable, amazing restaurants and coffee shops. The whole building was nice and quiet, which was a plus. host was very nice and kind, communication was easy and proactive. We will definitely come back again~

This was our second family trip to DC where we stayed at this location. Wayne was the perfect host both times. He supplied us with tons of info leading up to the trip, secured our parking pass, and was super flexible with our late night arrival. He had food/drinks/snacks to start our week off, a clean and inviting space, and helpful signage posted in the apartment. He was helpful when we had to have a forgotten item mailed to us and continued to offer suggestions and help during our stay. The metro and bus stations are so close that all of DC is easily accessible. We even made a quick trip to Annapolis easily from this location. When we were looking to come back to DC, it was the fact that Wayne’s place was available that sealed the deal. He is an amazing host!

I have stayed in 4 airbnbs in the area. This place is very nice and very clean and quiet and well maintained. Traveling alone it was important that I felt safe and I did. It's a basement apt and I only heard the cute dog walking around upstairs on occasion (did not bark once while I was there for 4 days). Pricier than some in the area but I have stayed in a poorly maintained place in the area before with loud upstairs residents and it is definitely worth the cost to get quiet and clean! Great area to walk in. Felt very safe to walk by myself at night. Will stay again for sure.

The place was great for business or pleasure travel. Plenty of space, and very clean. Location was ideal as well, a couple blocks from a metro station. Would highly recommend.
