5 stars — A true home away from home! My fiancé and I are always chasing new adventures, and this stay next to Cheaha State Park was perfect. The location was peaceful and close to all the natural beauty we came for. But what truly made this trip special was the host’s incredible hospitality. She was so friendly and welcoming—going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was easy and open, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It wasn’t just a house—it felt like a home. Cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel cared for. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, heartfelt getaway.

Spring Break trip with the family . Everyone enjoyed it . The pool was good . The hot tub and sauna was everything. Beautiful property . Yard and House is huge . Held all 12 of us with space to spare . Will be back

Fun Place to stay! Lots of things to do for the family!

Tim was a great host. The house was great for our trip. Everything you need was provided. The house was clean and accommodating. The outside hangout area was great with a tv, bbq and plenty of seating. Very quiet town close to everything. We highly recommend Boondocks BBQ and the Cheaha scenic road was great to drive. We will be back with Tim for our next visit to the area.

Such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Lane's condo! Right on the lake and easy access to Alexander City. Lane had the condo immaculate for our arrival and was responsive to our questions over our extended stay. All the amenities in the condo and the whole complex made for an amazing and memorable vacation. Hope to stay there again sometime!

This was a beautiful home and perfect for our family attending a football game! The outside facilities were absolutely amazing!

What an amazing place! We booked this place to stay for our annual family reunion and it fit my extended family perfectly. The place feels bigger than the photos and has more than enough room for everyone to have their own space should also still being together. It was so peaceful waking up to the sun rise on the lake. The house is very clean and has everything you need and more to make yourself feel at home. I hope we can continue staying here every year!

Our stay was excellent! Jody was so very helpful and considerate. Jody was an excellent host! The house is beautiful and very spacious. The view overlooking the lake is amazing! It’s a 10/10. I look forward to staying again and I will recommend it.

What a great place for a relaxing weekend! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with a beautiful view. Our boys loved fishing off the dock and using the kayaks. The owners were very responsive and helpful with the incoming storm. Hope to return soon!

This is a beautiful big cabin right on the lake. Very spacious with many places to sit and enjoy quiet time or look at the beautiful scenery. Lack of any TV was troublesome for our family and when I asked for instructions on how to sign into the hosts streaming service, my email was not answered. DVDs and books were a blessing . The biggest issue for us was that the water went off at 8.30am on our check out morning so getting ready for our party of 9 and doing the exit clean was very challenging. I let the host know it happens because we were unable to flush a toilet upon leaving but they didn’t give reason why the water went off. Other than that we had a great stay in this beautiful well stocked cabin.

Gloria’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway to do some hiking and off-roading in the area. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, easy check in process. A note that there are a lot of stairs down to the dock if that’s an issue for anyone in your party but the view from the deck is beautiful as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable spot on the lake!

Hello! First, I want to extend a huge thank you to Stephanie for the check-in accommodations. That really took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The Lovely Lady Gang had an amazing time at your home—it was so peaceful. Some of the ladies had never been on a girls' trip before, and this was the perfect place to introduce them to something new and exciting. The rooms and kitchen were fantastic. We did have a small hiccup, but Stephanie handled it swiftly and professionally. Despite that, our fun never stopped! This house was a perfect place for our group of 8 to relax. Even in the winter the backyard is gorgeous and so many amenities and activities to enjoy. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kids loved having the bonus space to their own and the adults loved having some peace and quiet. Our host Brad was quick to respond for questions and we had a fantastic time. The House is incredibly stocked with so many little things that you never know you’ll need, until you do We’ll definitely be glad to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jody’s house. It was clean with beautiful views. Everything was easy to find and Jody was responsive and gave easy to understand instructions on how to get in the house and how to find it.

My family and I started our first annual trip here and what a way to start! This place set the tone and atmosphere. The lake and view was phenomenal. There was something for everyone to enjoy. I recommend this to any large family. We felt right at home and Lana and Philip were amazing! Their kindness and friendly demeanor jumped off the page through communication and response. We as a family felt more blessed and connected after this time together in their home. We greatly appreciate them and their home. Feeling blessed and refreshed!!!

We had an unforgettable time at Kelly's lake home. The accommodations could not have been more perfect. There is so much space in this home to spread out comfortably. Communication with the host was great. The house is clean and well-stocked with all of your basic needs. The ambience of the lake and the swinging bed and hot tub are priceless.
