This is my third time in West Virginia and the greenhouse was by far my favorite place to stay. Everything was so clean and perfect. The mattress and the pillows were very comfy. I slept better there than at my own home lol thanks!!!!

Second time we stayed here. We love it and will definitely will be coming back. Debbie’s home is wonderful and checks all the boxes. Clean, spacious, stocked with everything you need from cooking to forgetting shampoo. You can tell she takes pride in hosting and it shows! From the treat basket to the treats for the pups. Very quick response on the messaging app also. All in all I would recommend 100 times over and will always be our 1st pick! 10/10 will be booking again.

My brother and I rented the wizard house and game house which worked out great for our families as they are side by side. The shared back yard was great. Loved the theming of both houses. Game room was a little nostalgic of some childhood games! We loved the escape room in the wizard house. Rachel was great at communicating things to do in the area, places to eat, and local grocery stores. We really appreciated her suggestions especially for food stops! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Her places had everything we needed!

Everything was exactly like described. House served our function well for the weekend. We will go back.

We have booked in the past ( another house nearby) and were just as happy. Homemade cookies and beyond friendly communication makes this our top pick when we are in Hinton! You won’t be disappointed.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. The location was perfect and within 15 minutes or less from New River Gorge National Park! It was close to grocery stores, such as Walmart, and Kroger etc. It was within 10 minutes to downtown Fayetteville. Which is a nice town for shopping and great restaurants. (We recommend the secret sandwich society and the cathedral cafe). All amenities provided as listed! The home was very nice and clean. Downstairs was a bit cooler than we would have liked but other than that we couldn’t say anything negative! Couldn’t be more happy with our stay. There were some changes on our end 2 weeks before our trip and our host were more than happy to accommodate. We would definitely choose to stay again. Wonderful host, thank you.

I am very particular about where I stay. We would definitely stay here again. This is a very old home with a lot of character. It was truly like staying at a friends house. Very cozy. There are 3 bedrooms and a comfy couch. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The linens and towels are not brand new, which was a bonus because they were super soft and comfy. They were all clean and fresh and smelled wonderful. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the Wii U. Karen was more than helpful and was super attentive and happy to help us with anything we needed. I was concerned that with it being a pet friendly rental that it would smell like dogs but it definitely did not. The trains do come by often. If you wear ear plugs they won't bother you at all. Honestly we enjoyed them. They are close enough to see and hear but not so loud that they hurt your ears. Our kids and family definitely recommend this rental.

I cannot put into words how great this stay was! The place is perfectly situated, super clean and welcoming, and completely stocked with anything you would ever need! I had a fantastic time staying there and would recommend it to everyone! I will be back, guaranteed! Thank you guys so much!

Brooke was quick to respond, easy check in . We booked last minute with no issues. Sam the property manager was great with suggestions for places to visit. This cabin is warm and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely beautiful cottage! Nice and clean, comfortable bed, nice smelling, and everything worked and was available as described. Hosts were responsive to communications. Highly recommended!

Perfect family setting! beautiful home! Amazing amenities and a porch meant for sitting! The yard is nicely cleaned and fenced in so little ones and Dogs are safe while enjoying the great outdoors! There's even a Poo Station! The home is well appointed with all of the things that you need for your stay! Nice big couch, recliner, bar stools for the extremely nice kitchen, and a butcher block table to die for! The appliances are up to date, plenty of refrigerator space, and a full range with oven and over the top microwave with a true pass through exhaust fan! The mattresses are medium to firm, and comfortable as they get! Parking is abundant and super convenient to the side deck for loading and unloading! The place is a Hidden Treasure in Southern West Virginia!!!!

The Vintage Vinyl was homey and clean. Bree is a super host. She gave us suggestions on trails to hike and places to eat. Which was extremely helpful and didn’t disappoint. Her home was a great location. Close to restaurants, the gorge, and trails. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s place. The setting was beautiful and quiet. The house was equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We appreciated that tv streaming was available. The location was great being about 30 minutes driving from a lot of the places we wanted to see like Sandstone Falls, Grandview, and Beckley Exhibition Coal Mine. Overall a great home base for our adventures. Matt was a responsive host and we wish him well in his venture.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The hosts were very friendly and provided everything we needed and more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by beautiful nature but not too far away from some amazing hikes and fun activities, look no further. Would definitely consider staying again. Highly recommend.

Casey was an amazing hostess! She was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house was beautiful and cozy. We felt right at home. I highly recommend staying with her.

I'm very glad we found Susan's place for our visit! It was a close drive to hikes at the national park and amenities in town, but felt quiet and nestled away on its own. We loved relaxing in the cozy seating on the large, covered back porch in the mornings and evenings. The living room was also very stylish, cozy, and unique. This is definitely not one of those barely furnished cookie-cutter rentals you see sometimes! It has personality, character, and comfort. Susan also provided detailed instructions on how to check in and what to do when checking out.

We were up working in the area. So after work it was nice to come to home feeling.
