Renta de lofts vacacionales en Ragusa

A localização é perfeita, bem no coração do centro histórico, próxima de cafés, lojas, mercado, vários bairros de restaurantes e também da praia. Viajei sozinha e não me senti insegura em nenhum momento, todas as ruas possuem câmeras e a maioria das pessoas circulando são turistas, vi poucas pessoas realmente locais passeando ou morando por ali, então a energia é bem turística. Fiquei 7 dias e consegui explorar bastante a cidade, e sempre conseguia fazer um pit-stop na casa para pegar água, ir ao banheiro, etc. É uma comodidade e um "luxo" muito bom quando se está viajando e caminhando bastante, poder parar um pouco para descansar. Mas não fui de férias, trabalhei remotamente todos os dias, e vale destacar que a internet funcionou muito bem para chamadas de vídeo inclusive. A acomodação também é boa e aconchegante, o ar condicionado funciona bem, a cozinha é bem completa de utensílios para cozinhar.

Such a great stay here. Unique home with stunning decor. Comfortable and spacious. The location was great for site seeing. Lots of stair but that's Italy. The host was wonderful and helpful with recommendations. The place is well equipped with anything you need.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Francesco, le logement se situe à 10min à pied d’Ortygie dans une rue calme hors ZTL et où le parking est gratuit et facile. Le top du top : le tour en bateau gratuit proposé par Francesco (très arrangeant et réactif) qui nous a permis de visiter les grottes de Syracuse et de profiter d’un temps de baignade dans l’eau turquoise ! Je recommande

This was a great Airbnb! Perfect for exploring Siracusa!! The bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, made sure to greet us and show us everything and answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed meeting Francesco and I would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war phänomenal, sehr zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, viele Ausflugsziele, die lohnenswert sind. Die Wohnung ist architektonisch gelungen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ideal, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had the best time in this beautiful apartment. Federico gave us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. He is a perfect host. The apartment has got everything you need and the views are amazing. Especially loved the kitchen!

Très bon séjour passé en famille chez Corrado dont l'accueil et les bons conseils ont été très appréciés ! Le logement est très fonctionnel et comprend une belle piscine ainsi qu' un magnifique jardin ce qui le rend très agréable après les visites... Il est par ailleurs très bien situé, proche des principaux points d'intérêts du sud est de la Sicile . Adresse à recommander sans hésiter !

Viviana was a wonderful host, I felt like I was staying at the home of a friend. She and her partners restaurant downstairs is amazing!! Delicious food and wine. Brucoli is the the perfect place for someone seeking somewhere quiet and beautiful with a view of Etna across the bay. I will be back! She was very responsive and helpful.

Tiziano was an excellent host and has a beautiful apartment. The location is ideal because you can walk everywhere in 10 minutes, but have so much privacy and peace. Only challenge, was parking bc the city does not allow you to park in that area. IT's about a 10 minute walk to a garage and Tiziano provided many options on where we could safely park w/out any issues.

We have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years but Casa's was one of the best. Even better than described. Huge apartment. Everything was thoughtfully designed. Very comfortable from the practical kitchen to the spacious bathroom. Bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows which we liked. The view was amazing with a lovely balcony. A lovely welcome basket was provided. Despite being over a busy street our apartment was peaceful and quiet. Casa was so welcoming with many suggestions as to where to go and where to eat ( which were all spot on). They proactively contacted us to allow an early check which was truly appreciated and allowed us to catch an early train and avoid the heat of the day in the gap between checking out and checking in with accommodation. We had a late flight and we were allowed to store our bags and use their "library" as a base before catching the airport bus. I cant speak highly enough of Casa's place. Brilliant!

Overall this is a very nice and spacious apartment, in a great location, with excellent hosts. Just be prepared for an additional four percent tourist tax and around 20€/day for parking. I would hesitate to stay here again for a short visit in Ortigia.

SPLENDIDO! Voglio essere schietto e sincero. Utilizzo Airbnb da 15 anni forse.. alla vista di questo Loft, bellissimo, ad un'ottimo prezzo, libero a pochi giorni dalla mia prenotazione.. non volevo crederci. Sincero ero titubante che potesse esserci qualche fregatura (anche perche ho trovato pochissime recensioni), ho cmq voluto crederci e vi assicuro che ho fatto benissimo! L'appartamento è meraviglioso come da foto, se non addirittura di più. Curato in tutto e per tutto, fornito di tutto quello che può venirvi in mente.. tutto nuovo e di ottima qualità.. oltre a tutto quello descritto, ho addirittura trovato due tv, macchine del caffè con cialde, zucchero olio, pepe sale biscottini vari etc etc.. Asciugamani vari e prodotti per il bagno e per le pulizie della casa.. tutto, proprio tutto! Un servizio pari ad una stanza di hotel ma in un bellissimo appartamento! Cristina e suo marito persone meravigliose! Di decine di appartamenti affittati sicuramente uno tra i migliori! Cri grazie!!

Casa Romeo é stata il nostro alloggio per un breve soggiorno nella splendida Modica e devo dire che scelta migliore non poteva essere fatta: Posizione eccellente (in pieno corso centrale ma assolutamente riparato da rumori stradali), in suggestivo palazzo storico, Check in facile e con personale estremamente disponibile all’accoglienza Comfort della casa in ogni suo aspetto, non ci é mancato nulla dal caffè in cialde alla biancheria Pulizia impeccabile Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto Appartamento rifinito in ogni aspetto con gusto Host reattivo e ampiamente disponibile a soddisfare richieste e necessità, ha fornito i servizi richiesti ed anche più La consiglio davvero vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Modica e desideri sentirsi a casa al rientro della giornata, per noi é stato così e viaggiando con bimbi piccoli non é scontato! Quando torneremo a Modica sceglieremo senz’altro di soggiornare ancora nella splendida casa Romeo! Grazie di tutto

El departamento es moderno, todas las cosas funcionan muy bien. Está súper bien equipado con utensilios de cocina, elementos de playa, sombrilla mesa y sillas. Además cuenta con aire frío calor para la calefacción , que anda muy bien. Tiene lavadora y secadora también . La limpieza excelente y la ubicación también , tranquilo y a 10 minutos caminando hasta la isla ortigia. Daniele es un anfitrión muy amable y nos ayudó en todo. Siempre responde los mensajes en segundos y si se necesita algo lo lleva a la brevedad . Lo súper recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme allí

Luigi hat uns frühzeitig kontaktiert und alle nötigen Infos gegeben, um die Wohnung schnell zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat ein gutes Bett. Die Küche ist eher klein aber bestens ausgestattet. Kaffe und kleine Frühstüchssnacks sind vorhanden. DIe Lage in einem kleinen Seitengässchen ist sehr zentral und nahe gelegn der Töpferateliers und diverser Keramikläden bei der berühmten Scala Santa Maria del Monte. Kleine sympathische Restaurants mit typischen sizilianischen Spezialitäten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können Luigis Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Didier & Ariane

We stayed 1 night O’scià loft and absolutely enjoyed it. The loft is lovely, decorated with lots of love for detail and super clean. Maria was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions and needs. The breakfast for the next day was great as well. Overall really enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend the loft and Maria as a host. Thanks a lot!
