The kitchen has all of the necessities to make your own meals and there are plenty of extra linens for guests. This is an older home so the hardwood floors creak a little and it has hot water heat. There is free parking behind the house.

Centrally located in Chatfield - about 20 minutes to Rochester and a stones-throw to many great Root River adventure areas! This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus plenty of off-street parking space. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.
