Hôte très professionnel, communication fluide et logement impeccable. Rien à dire, je recommande fortement et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Hele fijne verblijf gehad. Uitzicht was prachtig, wij keken uit op de atlantische oceaan. Op deze manier wakker worden gun ik een ieder. Amina was zeer vriendelijk en proactief. Er werd ons meerdere keren gevraagd of wij het naar ons zin hadden en of wij nog iets nodig hadden. Ik adviseer een ieder om hier te overnachten, centrum van Rabat is op rij afstand (15-20min). Dankjewel Amina voor de goede zorgen, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

merci à Nadia d avoir été un hôte disponible et à l écoute, l appartement a une magnifique vue sur la corniche, tout le confort est à notre disposition pour se sentir chez soi! propreté et une decoration chic . Les restaurants tout le long de la corniche et l accès est facile pour aller à la ville se promener en voiture ou en transport. C est avec très grand plaisir que nous reviendrons chez Nadia.

L’appartement est calme, très bien situé ( restaurants à proximité et petite supérette) et bien sécurisé. Il est propre et fonctionnel. Proche de la mer et de sites touristiques. Younes est à l’écoute et toujours disponible. C’est très agréable d’avoir à faire à un hôte comme lui.

Mon hôte Driss a été parfait du début jusqu’à la fin. Le lieu et l’appartement en lui même sont géniaux. Il s’agit d’un petit coin paisible où l’on peut se ressourcer. L’équipement de l’appartement est complet et totalement conforme à la description de l’annonce. Driss est très réactif et serviable

Kawtar and her husband are great hosts, smooth communication and even orange juice, cookies and water on the dining table for our arrival. Warmly recommended. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and even though it’s close to the main road there is very little noise. Your next to the sea in 2min on foot, absolutely brilliant. Would go back with no hesitation.

Très bien accueilli. Très bel appartement un cadre magnifique. Infrastructures de haut standing. Les commerces et restaurants sont a proximité ainsi que la ballade le long de la mer. Je recommande fortement.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Amazing Riad with genuinely Moroccan feel and lovely terrace. Perfect location. Very communicative and helpful host with great recommendations. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Rabat!

Appartement très très grand et spacieux avec deux suites et plusieurs chambres. L’emplacement pied dans l’eau est exceptionnel et les installations sur la terrasse (jacuzzi , piscine , paddle et canoë) rendent le séjour mémorable. Cependant, et cela n’est pas lié à la maison, la plage de Bouznika est très fréquentée au mois d’août et les plagistes ne ramassent pas leurs déchets. Ça nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour!

Wow! What a location, directly on the sand! We enjoyed afternoon strolls on the beach and the sun set. Lorenzo and Mehdi are great hosts! We made some exceptional requests, for example, breakfast and they delivered with a smile! The Skhirats fish market is 1 min walk, so we purchased lots of fresh fish and had it descaled , then took it to a restaurant that cooks the fish (also 1 min away) and they delivered our grilled and fried fish to the property which was excellent! Recommended - we will be back, possibly in the summer!

Notre séjour en famille dans cette maison a été tout simplement exceptionnel. La maison est extraordinaire : spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée, on s'y sent vraiment comme chez soi. La vue est splendide, et les couchers de soleil sont absolument incroyables. L'hôte est d'une bienveillance rare, toujours disponible et soucieuse du bien-être de ses invités. La cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui a rendu nos repas encore plus agréables. De plus, la maison est idéalement située, à proximité de toutes les commodités. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison. Nous reviendrons c’est sur ! Merci encore pour tout.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Bouznika dans cet appartement. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé avec une cuisine complète et une machine à laver, ce qui a été très pratique pour notre séjour en famille. Les chambres, y compris celle pour enfants, étaient confortables avec des draps propres. La connexion internet fibre était excellente, et il y a deux toilettes, ce qui est toujours un plus. Le grand balcon offre une belle vue, et le stationnement gratuit ainsi que l'ascenseur ont facilité notre séjour. Mention spéciale pour la piscine très propre et entourée d'un espace vert paisible, parfait pour se détendre. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et espérons y revenir bientôt.

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment matched the description perfectly and was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable🙏🏽. Highly recommend!

Emplacement au top. Vue immédiate sur la mer. La corniche est idéale pour faire des promenades ou un footing matinal. Équipement sportif à proximité. Tout se situe à maximum 10 min en voiture. Restaurants accessible à pied. Vraiment top. Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, le logement sécurisé. Au top. Nis a tjs été réactif et disponible. Je conseille vivement.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das gesamte Gelände ist umzäunt und mit sehr freundlichem hilfsbereitem Sicherheitspersonal ausgestattet, das Unbefugten den Zugang verwehrt. Wir haben uns allerdings auch nirgendwo in Marokko unsicher gefühlt. Bei einem kleinen Problem war Miss Nawal sofort zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung, sowie die Terasse sind unglaublich groß. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Man schläft beim Meeresrauschen ein. Einfach nur himmlisch. In der Wohnung ist alles was man benötigt. Es ist auch sauber. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwas weiter weg, aber man kann an der Hauptstraße viele Sachen kaufen. Ich würde die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, wenn ich noch mal in die Gegend komme.

If you're looking to escape the hustle and noise of the city, this is the perfect retreat. It's easy to find and conveniently located near Rabat, Bouznika, and Skhirat, with plenty to explore within a 30-minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive, and we appreciated the thoughtful guidebook provided upon arrival, detailing various activities in the area. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back!
