Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The listing is as described, but even much better in person with great views from the living and dining room, as well as the rooftop. In the morning you can wake up to a sea of clouds that Tanay is famous for. We were able to have a bonfire set-up at night and roasted hotdogs and marshmallows in the cool night breeze. House is clean and very spacious, very pet-friendly (we brought our 4 shih tzus), wifi was fast and reliable. We had everything we needed in their kitchen. They are also right beside restaurants so we could just walk next door to eat. The caretaker Ate Riza was very helpful and kind, and gave us buko juice upon our arrival. Naomi the host was very responsive to messages and inquiries and made booking their place a breeze. Thank you!

Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful and fun stay. This is one for the books as our dogs are able to run around, swim together with us and sleep in each separate AC rooms. The spring running water outside is so relaxing to hear and see. We woke up a little early the following day so we have the area all by ourselves. It was nice roaming around and taking pictures. I specifically loved that there are a lot of spaces that you can lounge. chairs and sofas are everywhere, nice to have a chat with your families here or play some of our board games. Water pressure is also so good, perfect for taking a shower. Bathrooms, rooms and sala are so spacious Kuya Ramil was helpfull and very polite and easy to communicate with the owner too

what a hidden gem! This place is truly a rare find—super private and peaceful, with the beach practically all to ourselves. We had the best time swimming in both the ocean and the pool. It was the perfect spot for a family getaway! While the place could use a bit of maintenance (a few hiccups with the toilets and air conditioning), it didn’t take away from our amazing stay. Ate Nat, her husband, and the rest of the caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful—they even went out of their way to buy fresh seafood for us! If you’re looking for a quiet escape to relax and recharge, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I have been eyeing on this place since our vacation last December since we are going to Majayjay Laguna to visit my fathers hometown we wanted to stay in a private resort nearby before going back to Manila but unfortunately they are fully booked. So now finally I was able to booked it just on time. The host is responsive on my questions. And the care taker did explain everything when we arrived and make it up to make sure that the place is clean since there is a lots of guest ahead of us and it needs extra time for cleaning the place. All in all it was a nice relaxing stay.

I am a foreigner from USA, I stayed 5 nights here. This was my first time in the area and also first time ever using airbnb. My overall experience was 5 stars easily. I came about 90 minutes before check in the care taker let me in. I had great communication throughout the whole process. The area is so quiet even though being about 500 meters from the main road. There is also a store 2 houses away from the airbnb. The pool was clean everything was clean. Has 3 showers 2 bathrooms. 1 shower is outside which is nice. Also has remote and parking for vehicles. AC is only in the master bedroom but they have 3 fans that you can strategically put around the house. I'm from California so the heat wasn't even close to as hot as it is back home so it was fine for me. They have Netflix and ps5 and a great sound bar also. You can watch TV and listen to music while in the pool. I want to make this clear. The owner has two wonderful care takers. Seriously great friendly people.

We had an amazing time at Agda Beach Villas 😊far beyond what we expected! It’s a hidden gem: serene, relaxing, and still not crowded, which made our stay even more special. Our family usually heads to Zambales for quick beach trips, but this time we decided to explore the South, and we have absolutely no regrets. Agda Beach Villas is now one of our top picks for future getaways. The place is surrounded by lush trees and feels very private and peaceful. It’s easily the best beach experience we’ve had near Metro Manila. The sand is beautiful, and we really appreciated the safety net in the water that kept jellyfish away 😊 such a thoughtful touch! We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be recommending this to friends and family and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! 😊

We had an amazing stay at this private home with infinity pool facing nature, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful family getaway away from the crowd. We truly appreciated that they allowed pets, which made the experience even more special for us. Everything in the resort was top-quality, from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom essentials and bedroom linens—all branded and well-maintained. The place was spotless and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The caretaker and the host were both very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We did book for 2 nights but we just stayed one night only because there is an emergency. I am hesitant to ask the host for a refund but I tried to but the hosted reponded politely and He is easy to talk to, then I got the refund. We are looking forward to Stay in His place again soon. We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Ken’s place with the whole family, and it was fantastic! Big thanks to Ken for the free upgrade. The place was spacious with great photo spots, mountain views, and ample parking. The pool area was a highlight - large, well-lit, and with non-slip flooring, perfect for the kids. The caretakers were amazing, and the on-site store was super convenient. Minor issues were the weak phone signal, which made finding the location tricky (locals were helpful), and a brief water supply issue at check-in, which Ken resolved quickly. Overall, a beautiful and memorable place for families to unwind and relax. Highly recommended!

This farm staycation was exactly what we needed—peaceful, lush with trees, and surrounded by a scenic atmosphere. The bonfire experience was also a lot of fun—perfect for relaxing and making memories. The property is truly beautiful. One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was! Our fur babies had the time of their lives exploring the grounds and enjoying their walks. Tatay Jerry, Tatay Nonoy, and Nanay Leah were so welcoming and thoughtful, making sure we all felt at home—four-legged guests included! Riverside Farmhouse is a pet-friendly, beautiful and super peaceful escape from city noise, surrounded by calming nature. The house is spotless and has everything you need – well-equipped kitchen, stocked bathroom, comfy beds, and great AC. What really stands out, though, are the hosts, Tito Lito and Tita Rowena! They’re genuinely kind and helpful, always around if you need anything, but never intrusive. They make the whole place feel warm and welcoming. Being right by the river adds to the peaceful vibe – perfect for walks or just relaxing by the water. You can tell the owners care; it feels more like a cozy home than just a rental. For those traveling with pets, Riverside Farmhouse is a fantastic choice. It's a pet-friendly haven with great opportunities for doggie adventures, ensuring a happy stay for both you and your four-legged companions.

The host, Mr, Jess was very responsive and accommodating. The House was cozy, clean, smells good, quiet and private. The 3 bathrooms were all clean. The kitchen has complete cookwares/utensils that we need for cooking our meals. The location of the house was very near the pool and beach area. The pool is big and not over crowded. The star of the house is the 8 seater JACUZZI, which we enjoy and gave us a very relaxing experience. Plus point for us it is pet friendly, our fur baby enjoy the place and the beach. Over all it was a relaxing, fun and enjoyable stay.

We had the most incredible stay at this place! The house is just a short walk from the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The place was well-equipped with lovely utensils and everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner and the helper were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, we got a free banana boat ride, which was so much fun and a perfect way to enjoy the water. We were having such a great time that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day to make the most of the experience. The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. Definitely a go-to as the unit is just walking distance to where our relatives are. Served its purpose of where we can stay given the limited space with our relatives. We have not maximized utilizing the beach access since we are with a toddler but happy to try next time. Looking forward for alternative power source such as a power set enough to start up at least an electric fan since outage is very evident in the province and it takes hours or even half the day before it comes back. Joan’s place is definitely worth the recommendation. Thanks a bunch!
