Location was great, a short drive to the heart of Queenstown, peacefully tucked away from the main road. The walk down from the carpark requires some effort if you have mobility issues or large/heavy luggage - well worth the effort once you reach the property. This may not be a matter much longer as we were informed that a funicular was being installed to assist with luggage. The bedding was super comfy! David was very responsive, friendly and helpful. His assistance went above and beyond. Would highly recommend & wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay! The lake view from our place was absolutely stunning. The location was super convenient—so close to the airport and major supermarkets like Pack’n Save. Check-in and check-out were the easiest we’ve ever experienced. The interior was beautifully designed and made our stay feel extra special. We spent three nights here during my dad’s 60th birthday trip, and my parents loved it so much that we’re already talking about coming back. Everything was spectacular!

Longhua’s place is absolutely nice! The location along with the view perfectly match what Queenstown is about! He was very accommodating and communicated well. I definitely recommend his place for big groups!

This is a truly beautiful home and now our second stay! We love the views, location, the jet boats passing through and all the wildlife the natural environment provides. We prefer to commute to town on the water taxi to avoid the busy traffic. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home.

Nicola’s place was a beautiful space. We had a big group from all corners of the world for a destination wedding. It was a great space with a magnificent view. Convenient for a cheeky dip to wake up just 20s walk down a pathway Beautiful 1 hour walk along the Queenstown track through the gardens into town. 10/10 experience and can’t rave enough about this place

we had an excellent stay at the Bay House. everything is as pictured— beautiful furnishings, spacious, super clean, uncluttered. the location also cannot be beat with the lake just across the road and an easy walk into town. there was plenty of room for the three of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer came in handy after going on rainy/muddy hikes. it was rainy a few days during our visit to Queenstown but we did not mind spending time indoors at this home playing board games and reading. highly highly recommend!

Jef is a top notch host. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location overlooking the lake is ideal. You won’t a better host or property to stay at!! Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at this quiet and peaceful place with a great view. The cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen made it feel like home, and the three comfortable bedrooms were perfect for us. We were in Queenstown for a family wedding . Emily’s place was perfect for us , a large group , the house was cozy and comfortable and the views were mind blowing. Emily was a responsive and thoughtful host with great tips on local attractions. Would definitely stay there again

Totally recommend this place 10/10! Such a beautiful house, amazing views and garden, lots of activities to do at home. The house has every thing we needed. Perfectly clean and has unique feature. We would come back to stay here again if we visiting Queenstown again. And Deborah also is very kind to greet us and show us around.

Really lovely property with super comfy beds. Beautiful decor and well appointed (such as coffee pods, a range of teas, shampoo and conditioner (which we forgot!) and washing powder for when you weren’t planning on doing laundry while on holiday!). Nice to have a fire (with easy to access fire wood). Easy to access and great comms. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Louise’s beautiful house. The view over the lake was spectacular and the location quiet with an easy walk to the centre of Queenstown. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay there.

Amazing views. The view from the balcony and the jacuzzi is priceless. Pretty good location and everything I needed. Liked the neighborhood, nice walk to town with some nice view points. Would love to come back! Small tip of advice. It was a bit tricky to park the sedan car rented without the underside getting dangerously close to the asphalt, an SUV or pickup would be preferable to rent.

We absolutely love Queenstown but parking is always a nightmare so being able to walk everywhere is important. This property is tucked off to the side of town by the park and has beautiful views to the Remarkables and lake. It’s also more residential so felt homely than hotel. A really lovely property, comfortable beds and fully functioning kitchen. The host was quick to respond and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend. Thank you for allowing us to stay!
