You get a private entrance from your own undercover car spot and fenced yard. 'The Den' is a peaceful , secure little gem. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Woden Town Centre. Cannot accommodate children under 2.

Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. Our generous garden flat is positioned within walking distance of Queanbeyan town centre, and a 20 minute drive to Canberra CBD. Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ. You should find all that you require, but we are in the front house should you need anything. We delight in offering this fantastic space and look forward to seeing you.
