This is a great place to stay right next to the beach. Great location surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and pharmacy. Rooms were near and clean and all the amenities were listed correctly. Very easy to access. Host Tau was extremely kind, sweet, responsive and proactive. She provided us clear instructions and attended to all our needs immediately. Highly recommended ❤️

Clean and surrounded by many restaurants

This place was amazing. The host Ruby was very friendly and was always smiling. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always responsive to questions. A host can make or break your stay, and Ruby made sure it was great. The room was very large, spacious, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure in a large bathroom. For those with mobility issues, there is an elevator, so don’t shy away from booking. I used the washer and dryer during my stay and it worked great. There is scooter rentals on-site and a competitive rate. They won’t be beat on their daily rate. It is a 5 minute walk to the best beach in Da Nang. I guess you can tell I had a great stay and will definitely be staying here again.

Heartfelt thank you to our host Hien, that made our stay truly wonderful… great suggestion of restaurants, activities, making bookings and all kind of arrangements. She was truly a massage away, responding within minutes to all our requests. Our room was exactly as described on the website, hotel was private, quiet and at great location… just a short ride away to an ancient town and to our favourite beach. Staff was helpful, room clean, bed very comfortable, great bathroom… spacious shower, hot water and great water pressure. Property has access to bicycles for free, beach towels. Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you and hope to see you again ☺️

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

Great hosting kaly is a very friendly person , and the room also has a great view of sea and is walkable distance for beach too.

We have been traveling the world for almost 3 years. We've stayed in many Airbnbs. This property is definitely one of our favorites. Clean and modern, with a host that responded in minutes to any questions we had. The 2 gentlemen in the lobby were very kind and helpful. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach, and there's many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was quiet at night and the bed is very comfortable. The included weekly cleaning was great. After staying there for 5 weeks, we extended for another month. Highly recommended!

Good apartment and everything, but the one stove could be fixed.

We had a great stay at Mona Apartments. Even though we couldn’t get the room that we booked (and write this review for), after some initial conversation with Clara, she offered us a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. As a couple we got more than enough space, and two tables to work from. The internet was very fast at 400 Mbps up and 300 Mbps down. The kitchen is very basically equipped (two mugs, glasses, plates, bowls etc, 1 pan and 2 pots). The neighborhood is definitely absolutely quiet and tranquil. No karaoke, construction, or anything else that was bothering us during the 2-week stay. Only the location is a bit remote, but with a scooter you are in about 10-13 minutes in town. After all, I can recommend staying at Mona Apartments, since the place is quiet and true to the pictures. The cleaning lady is a very lovely and helpful person, and having a refreshing pool is a big plus.

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

One of the rare cases where the place looks even larger and better in person than the listing pictures. There’s plenty of space with a table for eating, a couch, and cubbies to organize all your travel gear. The apartment is very clean and modern, and Vi was very helpful throughout the stay. The location is very local and pretty quiet, but it is a bit further from the beach, although you could still get there by bike or car fairly quickly.

This place was absolutely perfect - it had everything I needed. The host's communication was excellent and very professional. I highly recommend it to all guests for the beautifully designed room, relaxing bathtub, and the spacious chill-out balcony with an amazing view. It's close to everything you need, from local food and restaurants to the beach. Highly recommended!

편안하게 즐겼습니다! 체크인 과정도 에밀리의 꼼꼼한 안내 덕분에 편하게 마칠 수 있었고, 리조트내 부대시설 이용하는데도 어려움 없었습니다 그리고 보장되어 있는 높은 층수! 7층에서 내려다보는 전경이 정말 멋지고 훌륭합니다 여행동안 그랩 많이 이용했는데 접근성이 용이해서 불편함 전혀 없었습니다 부모님과 휴식하는데에 더할나위 없이 훌륭한 곳이고 다음 여행에도 또 방문할 것 같아요 :)

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. We stayed for three weeks and it’s extremely comfortable and clean with a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. The host arranged a free pick up from the airport and a scooter at a very reasonable price and replaced it immediately when it had a mechanical problem. Her communication was exceptional. The housekeeper visits every day leaving water and clean towels. The bedding was changed regularly too. The beach is quiet and the restaurant on site is reasonably priced. It is located between Hoi An and Danang but you do need your own transport or a taxi as both are beyond walking distance. A great stay would not hesitate to book again.

We had a good stay. Our host was great and reachable. I would want to come back and stay here again. Only one thing is to know on how to efficiently check in, I think there was a slight confusion to that for us, but overall great experience and superhost!
