A second great stay at Lilian's. It was spotlessly clean on arrival as always and we enjoyed the well stocked kitchen again. We even had dinner at the Pacific Moon Rising Restaurant on site this time and had a great meal. We will be back!

Randy and Barb’s home was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and it’s even more lovely than the photos. The view is unmatched. We watched the tide come in and out each day. The peaceful water views are a dream. We usually visit Florida each year and this year we wanted to stay in Canada. My family had a fabulous time and we can’t wait to come back. Our three year old loved the playground and the kids hot tub that had a slide! Endless fun. The resort has a delicious restaurant, a spa, trails and kayaks. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you Randy and Barb!

Great stay. Beach is very rocky so hard to explore. Was very clean and uncluttered. Found the bed very hot to sleep in but was comfortable with nice pillows. Kitchen is small but had what we needed. Great water pressure and nice hot water.

Great and peaceful space, nice and quiet in October. Kids friendly 🤸🏻‍♀️amazing facilities at the resort too. Lovely bedrooms. Awesome view of the creek and tides. We can't wait to return again!

My boyfriend and I booked an early birthday getaway at Raylene's suite. It was spotless and very nicely decorated. The view was amazing! Walking around the beach and rocks at sunset was beautiful. The bed was SOOOOO comfy!!!! Communication was excelleny and Raylene was very helpful and super friendly. Can't wait to return for another beautiful relaxing stay! Thank you Raylene!!

Beautiful location, fantastic views. So easy to walk out right to the beach. Great kitchen space- had all the supplies needed to cook for ourselves and we appreciated the stocked extras (oils , spices, coffee, etc). Looked exactly like the photos- it was a great space for a weekend away for our small family!

We had an amazing time at the Beach House. The location was amazing waking up each morning to the beautiful view of Saratoga Beach to walking barefoot on the white sandy pristine beach or just sitting on the deck enjoying a cool beverage. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We highly recommend the Beach House and will be booking for next year.

This condo was so great! I could live here. It had pretty much anything you could need for a short or long stay. The full kitchen was nice with the full size, 6 person table. There were several condiments, tea and coffee left in the kitchen to use. The bathrooms and beds were beautiful. Even the hide-a-bed was fairly comfortable. The pool, hot tub and gym were in a different building so we only used them once. The beach and walking path were right outside the door. The walk is definitely worth it, even if you don’t have a lot of time. Other than the shoreline, Nanoose Bay is within an hour of many hikes, waterfalls and hidden gems to explore. We didn’t find a bakery or grocery store within walking distance. The closest would be Parksville which is not far. But you do have to drive or set out for a long walk. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

We loved staying at Jordyn’s place as we went to the Grotto Spa at the tigh na mara very near by. It was convenient to get to the water and close to many amenities. We would be happy to stay there again.

We loved our stay at Andrea’s place. It was extremely clean. The space had everything we needed even down to a bin of spare chargers! It was also very well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. It even had good coffee!!! The toys, books and board games were such a lovely touch and were so helpful for us entertaining our kids. I find traveling with children they aren’t always as welcomed but we certainly didn’t feel that during our stay here. We had the opportunity to request a high chair and pack and play (with a crib mattress). It was an easy walk to the beach and we very much enjoyed our time exploring what Parksville had to offer. It was April when we visited but the close proximity to the pool in the summer months would also be a hit. Andrea was very accommodating and we can’t wait to come back. I’d give her more stars if I could!

Great place to stay with the family! Marvin was very responsive on all the communication and we had a great time.

Our party included 4 adults and two children. We stayed in the house for four nights. This is something which we do every summer, staying in different houses near Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We were happy with our rental this year (2024). We liked the fact that this complex includes a swimming pool. We also spent a lot of time at the beach. (We used the beach folding chairs which are available in the unit.) We also walked in the adjacent Rathtrevor Provincial Park. We also drove to some stores in town. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the BBQ for three of the dinners. It was useful that one of the bedrooms includes a desk. Sandy communicated with us (via the AirBnB app) several times. We had a great vacation. I should also mention that after we checked out we discovered that my granddaughter left a certain item behind. Sandy assured me that it will be mailed to us. Thank you!

Stephen's place was exactly as pictured and described - better, in fact! His place was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The views were beautiful, and the property was family friendly and also peaceful. Our family made so many memories at the pool, on the beach, watching the bunnies play, and settling into the cozy unit. Stephen was great to deal with - organized, responsive, and friendly. We would highly recommend a stay at his place! We hope to visit again :)

The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was well labelled and Andrea even had “kid” dishes so it suited us perfectly. There is a dishwasher which was great:. The place was tidy and clean. We had meals outside and enjoyed the view from the patio. The kids enjoyed the small outdoor pool which was heated. There is access to a marina from the property but no beach. Andrea was very communicative and responsive. She answered questions about the unit when needed and was helpful to provide local recommendations for beaches and things to do. We arrived late at night in the pitch dark but Andrea’s instructions to find the unit were helpful and much needed as there were no signs indicating any unit numbers that we could see. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend Andrea’s apartment to anyone exploring Halfmoon Bay!

What a magical location!!. Anthony was a great host, very responsive to any questions. The unit was very clean, great view, lots of space for us. You walk out right beside the beach We will be back again next year!! What a fantastic vacation!

Casa Sunrise worked perfectly for our vacation with our daughter and her family. It gave us each our own space and room to gather and spend time together. Our grandchildren loved the games and coloring book. We all loved exploring the beach and tide pools. And, we took advantage of the easy access to the hot tub, gym and making s’mores in the outdoor fireplace. We would love to return sometime!

This was my husband’s and my first time taking our 3 year old and 20 month old on a vacation. Wow this couldn’t have been a more perfect place! It had everything we needed and didn’t know we needed. The washer and dryer were great to have with the beach so close by. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make meals easily. The hot tub was nice and never busy when we went. Thank you so much for such a wonderful first family vacation!

Me (50s), Mom (80s), and Auntie (70s) stayed at Denise's place for 4 days at the end of January. It was PERFECT! The unit is beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable beds and sofas, PLENTY of storage with flat surfaces & baskets to put things, enough plugs, extra towels and blankets, a cook's kitchen, easy access to parking and our car. The location is peaceful and pretty, awesome pool & hot tub with a VIEW, nice grounds with rabbits & eagles, and a quick drive to parks/trails. The few people we ran into were very kind and friendly. Denise was super responsive and helpful. We HIGHLY recommend!
