The Birds Nest was the perfect place to stay. It was quiet and peaceful but still only 15 minutes away from Covington. Susan and Kathryn were wonderful hosts and were easy to communicate with. If I am ever back in the area I would stay here again.

Very beautiful house and easy to find the guest entrance. Very helpful and responded quickly. Walkable to downtown Covington 10/10 recommend!

Our stay at Ginny’s Airbnb was perfect! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Ginny was incredibly responsive to messages, making communication a breeze. The self-check-in process was simple and hassle-free, allowing us to settle in comfortably. The location is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, offering a serene escape while still conveniently situated. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing—if not even better in person! It was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would not hesitate to book again. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Eatonton!

I don't remember receiving instructions of what to do at checkout. Maybe I missed it. The parking could be better, but it was a very nice house.

I loved the privacy — no security cameras or contact surveillance. It’s set on a farm with beautiful, friendly animals. What really blew me away was that there’s no long list of checkout chores. No dishes, no unnecessary cleanup. It’s a real peace of mind knowing you can just relax and enjoy your vacation without extra stress. 10/10 would definitely book again !

My family and friends stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is beautiful inside and outside, there is so much space and the rooms were amazing. Would stay here again!

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

This was our first time to lake Sinclair and it did not disappoint. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. the living room and kitchen were beautiful especially with the views of the lake out back. We were able to hang out on the dock, fishing and swimming. The back deck was great for relaxing too. We will be back.

My family enjoyed our stay in your home. Loved the large porch for relaxing, having our meals, watching the birds, and the wonderful view. Very comfortable and my grandson enjoyed the area downstairs. Thank you for providing the kayaks and water boards, greatly added to our fun. The sunning platform by the dock was a nice addition. This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It is a beautifully updated property. Debbie and her team were super responsive and the stay was excellent. We will definitely stay again!

Jordan was a great host. Reynolds Lake Oconee is a beautiful location. The unit is very well maintained and has a gorgeous view of the 16th on the Oconee course!

We had great time staying at Debbie‘s place, great peaceful location, plenty of space for outdoor activities. Close drive to the lake was very spacious and clean, with exception of couple linens and pillowcases, which didn’t look like they were changed from the previous guest. I’m sure just an oversight. Also, Publix is in the in close proximity that you can stock up on the necessary items. I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway yet close to any water activities.

Great location, beautiful, scenic views. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the patio. Kitchen was well appointed and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Great for our two families; 4 adults and 4 young girls!
