We loved our stay with Astrea!! Astrea went above and beyond with making sure check-in was smooth, providing local recommendations and homemade chocolate chip cookies, providing toiletries, and shifting check-out time two we could do yoga on the beach our last day. This place is as advertised and best for 1-2 people. AC in the bedroom only was no problem as floor fans were also provided. We also appreciated beach chairs and other gear included. The quiet ambience and outdoor shower are a MUST while still being close to many beaches and restaurants.

The photos of the apartment don’t do the justice. The large balcony accessible from the bedroom, living room and the kitchen make you want to spend all the time outside, while the house is super comfortable to be in as well. The views and calmness of the area is simply breathtaking. Everting is well organized, the outside shower allows you rinse and keep the interior clean after the day of surfing. The road leading to the house is steep, nonetheless we did fine with a FWD car -even during the rain. Tim and his family know the area well. You need a car there while you have an ample parking space. I have staying in Rincon for years. Always close to the beach with all the associated noise and crowds. This has been my first experience having to drive to the beach, but the tranquility of Tim’s place is well worth it. I will pick this place over the beach. Thank you.

We stayed in the house with our two teenage kids. Perfect spot. Even better than all the reviews we had read. The thought put into every aspect is amazing from the linens to the pots and pans to the decor!! Jeremiah was great and very communicative the whole time we were there. I want Angela to come and design a space for me!! Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great experience last week at Felix’s townhome. Initially AC in master was leaking water and the bake setting on stove were not working properly but completely fixed within 24 hours! Felix was so responsive ! Quiet neighborhood, private beach and community pool were great! Minutes from downtown Rincon ! Ty Felix!!!

This condo was in a great location Right on the beach. There was adequate outdoor furniture. AC worked very well. Both bathrooms have been renovated. Nice appliances. Note, there is only one parking space with this condo (the listing says there are 2). We got lucky and took the only visitor spot available. There are enough restaurants that are walkable. You need to drive to the town. The pool is really a soaking pool. Very small. No seating by the pool. But beach was very nice. Chairs and umbrella provided! Overall, very comfortable.

Robert was a fantastic host! He was very kind and checked in with us throughout our stay, which was so appreciated. We loved staying here and would 100% stay here again. The property was beautiful and was a very short drive to all of the places we wanted to try out.

We had a lovely stay! The location is absolutely amazing right across from Pools Beach (not for swimming but great for sunset views and nice sand) and down the street from Sandy Beach (great for swimming and surfing). Steps away from food and coffee spots and some restaurants, we had a great stay. Communication with Carol was also great! Highly recommend this Airbnb!

We really loved our stay here! We traveled with our three young kids (7, 5, and 1) and the location was perfect for us. Being able to step outside and walk a short distance to the beach was ideal. The tidal pool at the beach was also a big hit since the rest of the surf was pretty rough. We walked along the beach to breakfast one morning and drove into town the other days for lunch. Both were a quick trip and easily accessible. The things that stood out about the Airbnb other than the fantastic location were the cleanliness, safe premises, and ease of communication. We were also provided a travel crib for our little one which was great. The only thing lacking was a few kitchen essentials but nothing too notable. Overall it was an amazing stay and we weren’t ready to leave!

It’s definitely in a spot you want to be , easy walk to Sandy Beach , and at a very fair price . The hosts are very very very responsive, like within minutes they got back to us , we never had to wait or wonder . Overall it is a great spot and at a great price !
