This place has a beautiful view it’s right on the beach. The bed was comfy, kitchen items of good quality. The furniture inside the house it’s getting old and some of it could use a refresher, but you can’t beat the location it’s right on the beach. We loved it.

Rob’s place was comfy and in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and the upstairs patio a lot. Plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance from the downtown strip made getting food easy. Rob was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to staying again!

Casa Canal was a beautiful house, great location, great surf trip with some buddies & the wives. So close to so many good spots to eat in town. The pool was very relaxing and the beach out back was a beauty. We all had a great time.

This condo was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation in Rincon! Rafael was very responsive and always provided detailed instructions to simplify check-in and navigating the area. The extra amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc.) was very appreciated and added to the wonderful experience for our family vacation. We fell in love with Rincon and would love to return soon! Second time doing a month long stay with my family at Ricardo’s and it was great. The place is modest but can fit a lot of people and the location really can’t be beat. Ricardo is very nice and helpful and his house manager, Jene, really is the best. She always got great recommendations for anything yours looking to do and she offers a bunch of helpful services like airport runs, beach rentals and more. We are grateful for all the wonderful memories our family has made at this home over the years and we can’t wait to come back to Rincon next winter :)

My wife and I stayed at Arlene's place during spring break with our two kids, ages 6 and 9. It was the perfect location -- beaches in all directions with plenty of restaurants within close proximity. Not quite walking distance, so having a car is a must, but being up on the hill is great because of the coastal breezes. We have been to Rincon many times and this was one of our favorite places to stay! Having the private pool and outdoor kitchen was amazing -- if we weren't out sightseeing, surfing, or walking the beaches, that's where we were! And even though we stayed during the widespread power outages, it did not affect our trip due to the solar power. What a great feature! We will definitely save this place for future trips to Rincon!

Our stay was awesome! The house is beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. You can see the water from the third floor balcony. Marco and Magda were great. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Marco and Magda for sharing your home with us.

Suleym was an excellent host and we had a wonderful stay at her place! The location was great for our needs and she happily provided us recommendations for local spots. When I got home, I realized I had left my sweatshirt in the bedroom and Suleym offered to mail it back to me. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful! Fantastic views overlooking the ocean. We really loved being able to cut the AC’s off and open the screened in windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. There was 7 of us in total, and we never felt crammed at all, plenty of space for all of us. I would highly recommend!

Truly beautiful and quiet community. Great beach out front. Pool is also amazing and right on the beach. I could watch my husband and son surf while lounging at the pool or swimming with my youngest. Waleska, property manager, was a great host and extremely responsive. She found us this location last minute after another location cancelled. Condo was exactly as pictured. Rooms were big. Generator was clutch when PR had an island wide power outage while we were there, and we were totally unaffected. Recommend and would stay again

My family absolutely loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. The apartment has everything we needed and the super comfortable beds and linens at the end of the day were heavily. There was a minor issue with the AC dripping and someone was there to fix it within a few hours. We felt safe and walked to amazing restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. And the beach! Paradise

Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"

Rustic, yet classy and right on the beach. I had the top floor to myself which was more space than I needed but just what I needed to get my head right before my busy season back up north. Staying here is truly an opportunity to see how the locals live and become immersed in the culture. If you’re tired of the same old resort, come here, open all the windows and patio doors hear the tropical birds and waves crashing have a bon fire on the beach after 9:00 PM of course, grill up some shrimp or fresh caught fish in the outdoor kitchen, walk to get a smoothie and coffee in the morning…ocean front on Sandy beach truly an amazing property. I hope to come back some day…Costa Rica vibes even though it’s PR, west coast surfing culture, I walked and ate the freshest fruit and swam and spoke Spanish and turkey came back a better version of myself. Salute to Jim 💯

My 2nd time in rincon, first time at pelican. Literally amazing. Jim is super chill and very down to earth and made the entire trip beyond easy. Great communicator and a great place all together. Couldn’t ask for anything more and will totally be back again!!

We rented this cottage to accommodate the overflow from our group staying in the larger house on the property, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a great stay. With Pool’s Beach right across the street, the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being just steps away from great food, coffee, and a few lively bars, making it easy to enjoy the area. Would definitely stay here again! 🌊✨

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Sandy Beach Villa at the end of March with our family (10-year-old son, 13-year-old daughter). The villa is on the first floor of a beachfront building, providing an amazing location just steps from the sand. We enjoyed walking to local restaurants like Jacks Tacos and Casa Islena. Domes Beach is a short drive away and has huge delicious mojitos. Check-in was smooth, and the villa was clean and felt freshly renovated. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing under the palm trees. Each room had air conditioning and fans, ensuring a comfortable stay. Gated parking was convenient, and there were beach toys available for kids. We loved dining on the patio and stargazing from the rooftop deck. Overall, it was quiet and private, with a beautiful setting. The host was responsive and friendly. We highly recommend Sandy Beach Villa for a peaceful beach getaway!

We expected an amazing, right on the beach, walk out surf, relaxing and fun vacation and this place exceeded that. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas. You get a ton of information and local suggestions prior to arriving that are soooo helpful! And even better, he's there with a simple quick text response right away if you forget or have any other questions. His property manager is on top of the entire site and beach keeping everything clean and beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better first trip to Rincon, 40th birthday celebration, and walk out back, on beach surf vacation. Thank you Jim! You made us feel so welcomed! PS... the location for our 13 year old who loves to surf and is an intermediate surfer but isn't used to reef, was absolutely perfect. Some of the other surf spots are tricky with paddling out... sandy beach is true to it's name and theres no worries for getting out there.

Our unit was exactly what we expected, and we had a delightful stay. The location was perfect; right on the ocean and easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. VR was a great communicator and quickly responded to any questions.

#5 was a really nice ground level apartment for two people. Clean, well-appointed, and amenities like a nice pool, free laundry, internet, a/c, fridge, microwave, basic dishes, and freezer with ice tray. Check in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Never saw or met the host(s) in person, but that's fine with me, and they have everything down to a well-organized system. Amazing snorkeling just steps away and a 10 min beach walk to nice restaurants. Not cheap, but a very fair price for the location and what you get. Would definitely stay here again.
