Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este Airbnb en Alajuela, Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto pero en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a otros viajeros.

Great space, wonderful views and the grounds were beautiful with all the flowers. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were nice and cozy. Stopped there as a half way point to the Caribbean coast. Was a tad difficult finding, but it was in the dark and once we got to Aquarius and looked at the pictures we got there no problem. Host was responsive. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house.

Three of us stayed at Wanderlust to celebrate the upcoming wedding of a friend. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Highlights of the accommodations were the incredibly comfortable beds, the peaceful atmosphere and the fantastic hot tub. What really makes this place stand out is Jai. Jai could not have done more to make our stay a magical occasion. She provided us with impeccable food and drink recommendations, connected us with local, trustworthy transportation and bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. Jai really is a special treat. We all hope to be back someday.

Wir ( Familie mit 2 Kindern , 6 & 3 Jahre alt) fühlten uns sehr wohl auf der Fidelito Ranche. Die Kinder genossen es im Garten zu spielen, die Hunde zu füttern und zu duschen, sowie den tollen Reitausflug mit Leon. Wir haben die ruhige Lage sehr geschätzt, konnten aber auch schnell in die grösseren Städte gelangen.

Fantastic house just a 20 second walk from the main street yet peaceful and quiet. Great air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and comfortable comfortable furniture. Communication cannot have been better. Highly recommended!

Very nice and comfortable place to stay with an extra top open floor. The place had some surf boards. Kelly had left us a nice bottle of wine as well. Great place and wish we could stay there longer.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

We absolutely loved our time at Mariposa cottage. The terrace view was amazing and we enjoyed the visitors we had while enjoying our morning coffee. Iguanas, birds, squirrels, and the sound of howler monkeys and cicadas. The cottage has tons of character and artistic flair and the outdoor shower was fantastic! Peter was a great host. Highly recommend Mariposa if you’re looking for something unique with a fabulous view of the ocean in a jungle like setting.

Absolutely incredible place to stay for a honeymoon :) we were there for just over a week, and we really loved our little home base. Jan was so helpful with recommendations and even booked our reservation for Manuel Antonio with her Costa Rican debit card since we couldn't do it ourselves. With as helpful as she was, she also gave us total privacy and communicated very effectively with us. I know the person before us mentioned insect issues, but we had no complaints whatsoever and were there for an extended period of time. We were able to see hummingbirds, scarlet macaws, lizards, and other varieties of birds which made just sitting by the pool a fun experience. The shading was perfect for the pool too. You could decide if you wanted to sit in the shade or the sun depending how you feel. The AC cools down the bedroom very fast when arriving home. The private driveway is convenient too. We loved our stay so much! We would certainly consider coming back if in town!

Would rent here again without hesitation! The location is great. We loved being close to town and things to do but still having all the jungle vibes! We saw lots of monkeys right in the back yard! Alex and Glen were both very friendly. We also did the mangrove Kayak tour with Alex & Goldie (his pup)! Would highly recommend that tour! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

I stayed here with three friends for a girls’ trip, and we loved the outdoor living experience. The pool was amazing and felt very private. Overall, this was a great place to stay—we all agreed that the house made our trip even better. It was one of our favorite parts! Highly recommend!

My friends and I spent the last five nights at Matthew’s property and thoroughly enjoyed the home and environment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The house and backyard pool layout are very unique and well laid out for a good time shared with friends. I highly suggest considering Matthew’s property for anyone looking to enjoy their own slice of paradise in Playa Hermosa!

Such a gem in Tamarindo! We loved being surrounded by nature and having the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was stocked well. It can be a little hard to walk into the main town because the house is located uphill but it’s definitely doable. Jose provided us with recommendations and was very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend!

This is a great location with beautiful views of the coastline, and amazing sunrises and sunsets. Day two a family of Howler monkeys climbed by as we watched from the back yard, so cool to video. We enjoyed professional massages on the back porch provided by locals, definitely provided a zen moment in the lush tropical surroundings and it was very adorable. We had them come twice! The pool offered a refreshing break from the humidity. The hosts were very helpful in our planning process, and communicated quickly. The security guard definitely made us feel safe, and the groundskeeper kept the lush yards pristine. The location is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities, however we rented a car for convenience and flexibility. Snorkeling was fantastic! We highly recommend Playa Palmas for comfort, convenience and excellent scenery. Pura Vida!

Amazing place, very private and comfortable. Literally steps to the beautiful beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. Definitely made use of the plunge pool every day too! It’s on the north end of the town so away from most of the restaurants and shops (which we prefer) so it’s quiet but you’ll need wheels of some sort to further explore the area. There is a market only about a 10 minute walk so you can stock up on pretty much anything you need. Awesome, responsive host and the daily housekeeping was spot on. Would definitely recommend! I can’t say enough great things about this place. Best rental accommodation we have ever stayed in as a family of five. The house and views are better in person than the photos. We loved seeing monkeys, a sloth, exotic birds, iguanas, and geckos all from the backyard pool area. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table - the game room was a hit. The only downside with little kids are the rooms all have separate entrances opening to a hallway outside, so you cannot hear them from the master bedroom. But we would return to this place and I very much hope to in the near future! The concierge service, restaurants, and nearby activities are also outstanding!

Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽
