Beautiful 1903 home. We were not familiar with the area but a relative told us it was in a better part of town. Beautiful view overlooking the river. It is an older home so here are a few things to consider; the bathroom downstairs didn't have an electrical plug. I understand it is going to be remodeled soon so maybe that will be added. The basement is one large bedroom (no privacy) with two small bedrooms adjoined. It worked fine for us as long as no-one needed privacy downstairs. Loved having the outdoor patio and chairs and use of the barbecue grill. We would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely home! The location was ideal—centrally located and within walking distance of great eateries, shops, and the co-op. The house itself had so much charm—older but well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed, from a washer and dryer to condiments in the kitchen. Very small tidy items, but not worth the words to mention. The place was fantastic. It even had plenty of soap, toiletries and everything we needed! The highlight for us was the fenced backyard, which was perfect for our dogs! The only small downside was that there were no paper towels, and we did have to clean up some leftover dog waste in the yard, likely missed by the previous guests due to the snow. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, but the home was perfect for our group of four and two dogs. We loved the communal layout, the safe and quiet neighborhood, and the convenience of parking right in front of the house. Overall, a wonderful stay—we would absolutely return!

A comfortable house just outside of downtown Pullman. Only a couple of minutes to the campus, and still in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

It's a great place to stay. It's very comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

This property was amazing. Everything was clean and neat. Bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean with extra fresh linens. The living room was large and spacious for our 6 family members that stayed there. There were only a few things that were a little annoying. First, the hot water heater was off, but Samantha responded quickly and got it fixed. And we were able to take showers and get ready. The other couple of things where the fridge didn't have ice or water in the door and the dishwasher lower rack needs the wheels replaced. Other than that, this is a fantastic property to stay with a large group with your pets. We will for sure stay here again as a family.

This place has a very welcoming feeling. Owners have done a great job of having everything nice, neat and well stocked.. Beds were very comfortable and a beautiful location by the River.

Our family of 4 generations planned a deer hunting trip and traveled from the northwest coast in Washington the week of Thanksgiving. The hunting trip was great despite only filling 1 tag and staying at Brenda’s house made the trip so much more memorable. The house was exactly as described and our family of 9 felt right at home. The accommodations were far beyond what I expected from special thanksgiving dinnerware to all the fixings for a pancake breakfast, including eggs, milk and orange juice. Brenda is an incredible host and my family would definitely consider staying in her home again! Thank you Brenda for such a wonderful stay!

So glad we chose this place! Beds were so comfy, lots of water pressure in the super clean shower, very clean with no clutter. We felt so relaxed after 3 busy days in Moscow and were so glad to have this place to call home. He left us a bag of ground coffee which was so impressive. Instead of going out for lattes we made our own delicious coffee in the room. Our first experience with an air b and b was so nice and easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

A home away from home- horse themed decor and Angela is very responsive and communicative. Special touches and a well equipped kitchen (coffee, tea, coffee maker) and bathroom (hair dryer) were appreciated.

Fantastic and extremely affordable place to stay! Despite the small space, the host was able to effectively fit all the amenities you would need. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting an affordable and accomodating place to stay

This place was nice. It's close to downtown and several great restaurants. One of the only things I didn't care for was the amount of light that came through the blind in the bedroom at night. I didn't need a night light...

We enjoyed staying here on my daughter’s visit to WSU. We all enjoyed the adorable little place and had fun exploring Colfax and Pullman. Being dog friendly was a plus for us on our last minute trip.

Such a fun stay! Loved my visit to see my daughter - go Cougs! Delightful design and decor, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with washer/dryer, too. All the thoughtful touches with slippers for the floor, labeled light switches and recommendations of things in the area were so nice. The monkey bread was a treat and the space so comfortable and cozy. Bruce was easy to communicate with and so quick to respond. We had beautiful weather, time to visit with the animals and enjoyed being in the country with just a short drive to get to downtown Pullman. It was a lovely location, very peaceful, and we'd love a return visit again!

A true retreat is what you will find here! We needed peace and relaxation for our trip, but there are plenty of opportunities for adventure. You stay in the guest house and the main house is close by, but it all feels very private. We loved the farm fresh eggs left for us- so thoughtful!

We have stayed here several times and will come again. It’s just what we need when coming to visit our college kid. Tricia is always so helpful and kind. Thanks for another great stay!

Kim's house suited. our family perfectly. The fully fenced backyard was ideal for my autistic sister. She could walk around without me having to worry she would wander off. Wonderful bathroom and shower. Great kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub. We could walk to the park or even to downtown. Kim was lovely and responsive on email. I'd love to go back
