Fu was a very responsive and friendly host. The instructions to enter were clear and easy to understand. The accomodation was as described; suitable for 8 guests and with great facilities as well. We will come back for a stay again if we are in the area.

The place is very clean and comfy. Had food and super mart below the apartment. Is like what the picture shows. It’s near the checkpoint. Host is helpful.

What a memorable stay! - Hassle free, clear instructions from Host. - Great location, easy for me to enter Singapore. Shopping malls nearby with many restaurants. - Nice decoration, pleasant stay and I slept very well. - Great facilities, especially the swimming pool. - Appreciate the amenities, washing machine and washing powder provided. Did my laundry (free free 😁) - Top notch cleanliness and smells good. Highly recommended, very affordable and value for money.

overall was a good stay.. only the swimming pool facility is closed the only i book here is for swimming pool for my kids.. end of the day it was all good my kids do have a peaceful sleep and clean place . important easy access and not like most place with too much nozy procedure and question. I had an amazing stay at this unit! Everything was perfect – the place was exceptionally clean, well-equipped with great amenities, and the host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. The location in the city center made it super convenient to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots. It was a comfortable and hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Batam and would definitely stay here again!

Great place. The view from the room is scenic, especially in the early morning as it's facing towards Puteri Cove. Everything was complete, though actually you have to log in to your own Netflix account for the TV box 😅 but otherwise, there are no issues. 10/10 stay!

the host was very responsive especially if you have question. the view was fantastic and the place is so clean. no problem with sockets because the place has many extensions. had a very great stay 💛

I would strongly recommend this Airbnb apartment. Both the host and co-host are extremely helpful and friendly! Moreover this apartment is newly renovated,so it's definitely cleaner than the old R&F apartments i stayed before. Furnitures are very new and clean. we loved the stay and definitely be coming back !

Everything was pleasent and the accomodation was amazing. Just faced a few issues regarding access card that may have been prevented but the host still tried to resolve it prompy. Overall is amazing.
