Karena letaknya dekat dengan kampus UMP Fakultas kedokteran, Universitas Kristen UNKRIP dan STAKEN. Kami tempat yang berdekatan dengan kawasan wisata. Namun memiliki banyak jalan aternatif ke pusat kota.
