Booking Villa Anela was such a fantastic experience! One of the things I really appreciated was how responsive the host was. She was super flexible when we needed to adjust our guest count because of some personal stuff. In the end, my mom, auntie, uncle, and brother checked in, and they had a great time! Angel, the host, also offered some awesome services like airport pick-up, which made everything so smooth right from the start. Andrea, their caretaker, was so warm and welcoming to my family. They couldn't stop raving about how lovely she was! My relatives were thrilled to find that the villa looked just like the pictures. They found it relaxing and loved the spacious and quiet place. My brother especially enjoyed the pool and mentioned how clean it was! I would absolutely stay here again if I were in Palawan. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends looking for a perfect getaway with family. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Bodde ca två veckor på två av Helens villor . Platsen är precis som på bilderna . Poolen är toppen och personalen på plats är mycket hjälpsamma . Villan är välutrustad och Helen svarar snabbt på samtliga frågor. Rekommenderas starkt .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Alexis a été de très bon conseil et arrangeante pour booker nos activités et transports notamment. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine de Léa, nous avons très bien mangé durant notre séjour, si bien que nous avons à peine mangé à l’extérieur !

Das Haus Kingfisher 2 ist ein schönes Holzhaus, offen und hell gestaltet, aber mit der Möglichkeit, Fenster zu schließen, falls man dies möchte. Allerdings schläft man sehr gut im bequemen Bett mit Mückennetz, wenn man die Brise durch die offenen Fenster lässt. Dann bekommt man Meeresrauschen und bisweilen Froschkonzert als Soundkulisse gratis dazu. Das Mückennetz wird jeden Tag aufs Neue sorgfältig wieder in die Matratze gesteckt, so dass wir nachts Ruhe vor Mücken hatten. Das Aussenbad mit kreativer Regendusche war ein Highlight. Wir haben das hausgemachte Essen genossen, eine Fusion aus westlichen und philippinischen Gerichten. Unsere Gastgeberinnen haben sich bemüht, uns die lokale Küche nahe zu bringen und uns möglichst Vieles aus dem eigenen Kräutergarten zu zeigen. Die familiäre Atmosphäre mit Hunden, Katzen und Hühnern hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Strand vor dem Haus wird auch von Fischern genutzt, man kann bei Hochwasser schnorcheln.

Irene’s place was super nice. It was recommended to me by friends who stayed there, last year. It was really nice. Clean. Well maintained. And they were able to accommodate my super early arrival, by letting me check in a little earlier. Definitely recommend. And will look to come back, next time I’m in the area. Which looks like it may be a bit more frequent than originally expected.

Merci également à Maria pour ses bons petits plats. Bonus pour le poulpe frais pêché du matin dans la baie exprès pour nous. Bonne surprise également d’avoir pu profiter des planches de surf à disposition. Endroit isolé du monde vraiment incroyable sur une plage déserte accessible seulement par bateau. Idéal pour ceux qui recherchent des vacances intimes en mode Robinson Crusoé. Par contre pour toutes les activités autour (par exemple visiter la grotte de Puerto Princesca) sachez qu’il faut reprendre systématiquement le bateau et compter 30mn de traversée.

Sehnsucht nach der Natur, der unglaublichen Pflanznvielfalt, der lieben Hunde, der lustigen Hühner & natürlich der besonderen Menschen die hier leben &arbeiten und dir eine wunderbare Zeit geschaffen haben. Und natürlich Sehnsucht nach dem unglaublich vielfältigen und unglaublich leckeren Essen. Nicht nur liebevoll angerichtet sondern auch eine große Freude für einen Foodintusiasten wie mich!! Die Betten sind äusserst bequem, der Blick vom ersten Stock im Kingfisher 1 phantastisch und das Outdoor Badezimmer der Hammer! Liebevoll gestaltet mit vielfältigen Blumen und Ranken Der Strand ist Wunderschön und perfekt für einen morgendlichen Spaziergang. Man kann wunderbar in der Hängematte die Fischer beobachten oder Schnorcheln gehen. Oder man setzt sich zu einem Plausch zur Küche. Ich bin sehr dankbar das ich diesen tollen Ort & seine Menschen kennenlernen durfte! DANKE!!

Staff took care of every step—cleaning rooms, refreshing amenities, & making meals to ensure our stay was effortless, entertaining, & relaxing. From local excursions to a private sandbar (arranged FOR us), the Pacific was at our fingertips—and so was comfort. Food featured Pacific cuisines set against moody scenes. Breakfast (esp. pancakes/French toast) was amazing & the homemade desserts (esp. the mousse), capped it all off perfectly. The most compelling feature was the people. Anton & Maite were warm, nurturing, & generous. Communication was quick, responsive, honest, & upfront in expectations. They give back to the local community & go above & beyond at each turn because their focus isn’t money; it’s their vision for ISLENYO to be a restorative, full-service experience you can only find in the most special places. And they’ve done it just right.

Ein wunderschönes Haus für einen sehr fairen Preis. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich sofort um eventuelle Probleme. Hier ist es auch angenehm leise und sehr erholsam. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen und werde wahrscheinlich wieder meinen Urlaub hier verbringen.
