Appartamento splendido in posizione strategica, vicino a locali, ristoranti, spiaggia e fermata dell’autobus. L’appartamento ha a disposizione tutto l’occorrente di pulizia, cura personale e cucina (condimenti attrezzi ecc), è pulito ed ordinato; dotato di Smart-tv. Yuri è un host capace, molto simpatico e disponibile! Complimenti a lui!!

Victor is an excellent host. Apartment as advertised. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with essential utensils. Beds comfortable. Had booked for two months but due to an unfortunate mishap had to return to Ireland after two weeks for surgery. Victor was very sympathetic and understanding. We were distraught having to forego our extended holiday. I will definitely return to this apartment that is assuming Victor will approve my request. Wir haben für die ersten Nächte auf Lanzarote bewusst eine Unterkunft in der Hauptstadt ausgewählt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Teresa’s home is a perfect holiday stay. The location is great, just behind the Biosphera with a taxi rank outside so easy to get about if you’re not a big ‘walker’ like my hubby. Teresa recommended restaurants and booked tables and taxis for us, as well as offering to put us in touch with medical aid when we went down with the flu/cough everyone seems to have. Would highly recommend Teresa as a host!

Während vier Wochen haben wir die Unterkunft Meeresbrise in Costa Teguise genossen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge, die Busshaltestelle ist in ein paar Schritten erreichbar, sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und zum nächsten Sandstrand ist es ein kurzer Spatziergang . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet mit sehr praktischer Küche. Maria und Oscar sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die Kommunikation wunderbar unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr still, der Garten der Anlage wird gepflegt und der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Auch der zweite Pool mit Salzwasser ist ein Genuss. Waschmaschine funktioniert bestens und Reinigungsmittel in Hülle und Fülle vorhaden. Der Supermercado ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Special Event Sintflut: Wir erlebten ein heftiger Regenguss bei dem in der Umgebung viele Lokale mit Überschwemmungen und Stromausfällen zu kämpfen hatten. Die Wohnung blieb absolut unversehrt. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles.

We loved our time spent here!!! The terrace is absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable and just like the photos! So many places to walk to, easy parking, ice cold aircon and hot water. Only suggestion would be some basic staples: salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would gladly recommend this to anyone!

So this was our first time using Airbnb abroad, we've done it in the UK a few times but we didn't want the hustle and bustle of a large hotel like we did last time in Playa Blanca and this place didn't disappoint. It's described as a home away from home, and it was exactly that. It had everything you needed on your doorstep with a short journey to the louder town area. Being a mixed residential and rental complex meant you didn't have any issues at the pool, we got a bed each time we came back in the afternoons and the pool bar were so lovely and friendly. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was very secure with a triple bolt door that made us feel safe leaving items. The hosts were very attentive and gave great local recommendations including hire car which meant we didn't get caught out with high charges for the same thing. We enjoyed it so much, we'll be checking out another of the owners locations to try different places for our next visit.

Appartamento stupendo.. come una vera e propria casa, con tutti i comfort e gli accessori utili per vivere bene.. sicuramente ha superato le nostre aspettative!! L’appartamento è stato arredato con grande gusto e cura, Miguel è sicuramente un host a 5 stelle!! Ci ha assistiti con prontezza e disponibilità prima di arrivare e anche durante il nostro soggiorno, rendendo ogni cosa semplice. La zona giorno è stata la nostra parte preferita: la possibilitá di avere una cucina attrezzata ci ha permesso di organizzarci le colazioni ed i pranzi, oltre che ad essere super spaziosa. Grazie Miguel, sicuramente consiglieró questo alloggio a tutti i miei amici che verranno in Lanzarote!!!

Eva’s communication set air BNB newbies minds at rest. Villa Kenia was really well appointed, close to local amenities and perfect for our family holiday. Eva gave us assistance with airport transfers and made us feel very welcome. Playa Blanca is a brilliant resort with lots of lovely dining options at the harbour as well as further into town. I loved the washing machine. I’ve come home with barely any washing to do. I cannot recommend villa Kenia enough and have personally recommended to my friends and family.

Can't compliment Rafa highly enough, by far the most responsive and helpful host I've ever had. The space itself is great, we stayed only two of us and there is ample space (especially on the terrace). Playa Honda is a nice place to be with significantly less tourists, but there are good beaches and restaurants, and only a short walk to bus stops. Highly recommend.

Sejour incroyable chez Carlos et le restaurant de Atchen (Tasca La Raspa) est tellement delicieux !

Nous avons séjourné 9 jours chez Mariana, avec nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans. La maison est magnifique, avec vue sur la mer. L'endroit est calme et paisible, un magasin d'alimentation à proximité, la piscine chauffée et le lit extérieur vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Des vacances de rêve

Great place, easy check in. Lots to do nearby. Walkable to all the resturants and shops of Playa Blanca. 5 minute walk to lovely beach at Playa Flamingo. Accommodation had loads of space, big sitting room, kitchen/dinning area. Two good size bedrooms with lots of storage space. Kitchen had everything you needed although we only really had breakfast there. Lovely private garden terrace with lots of seating. Steps down to the pool which was always quiet. One day we had to share it with 2 others😂 Ignacio was always on it providing information. How to check in, directions from the airport and lots of recommendations for resturants and places to visit. He was also very quick to reply to any questions. Overall a lovely week away in a quiet setting with all you could need nearby.

Wunderbare Lage und Umgebung, nicht zu toppen! Der Zugang zum Haus ist für weibliche ältere Semester wie uns mit schweren Koffern äusserst mühsam, da man einen steilen steinigen Hang abwärts laufen muss. Der Kontakt mit Nicolas war unkompliziert und prompt, hat uns sofort unterstützt, wenn es notwendig war. Wegen der Los Ajaches ist um diese Jahreszeit bereits ab 17 Uhr Schatten am Haus, sodass ein gemütlicher Abend auf der Terrasse eher nicht in Frage kommt. Ansonsten ein wunderbares Fleckchen Erde, erholsam und ruhig.

A family of three with a 16 year old. What a lovely apartment, you can tell Javier takes great care. All appliances are high spec and easy to use. The location was perfect offering a lovely walk into the main area of Playa Blanca or make use of the bikes provided to cycle along. We also jumped on the bus as an option. Javier helped us with airport transfers and met us when we arrived, he talked through all the amenities and recommended some great restaurants. We actually thought the best places to eat were nearest to us, we had two good meals at Citurna and Furancho do tono was amazing, offering traditional Spanish meals at very reasonable prices. We used the pool most days, it was warm enough to swim once you brave the first dip (and I don’t do cold pools). There’s plenty of sun loungers and you often have it to yourself. We couldn’t fault anything about the apartment we absolutely loved it and hope to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality Javier!

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche ist wirklich gut ausgestattet, so dass man problemlos kochen kann. Beim Check In wurde uns von Romina deutsches Fernsehen eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist klein und nicht zum Essen im freien geeignet. Die Apartmentanlage ist sehr hübsch und der Weg zum Strand und zum nächsten Supermarkt nicht weit. Wer Spanien erleben oder spanisch essen möchte muss allerdings den Ort verlassen, die Strandmeile ist komplett british/irish ausgerichtet. Der kleine Stadtstrand eignet sich sehr gut zum buddeln und baden mit kleinen Kindern. Die Kommunikation zu Christian und Romina hat wunderbar funktioniert und bei einem kleinen Problem haben beide sofort reagiert. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage des Schlafzimmers. Die Schnellstraße ist manchmal recht laut und die Mülltonnen sind genau hinter dem Haus. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar wirklich schöne Tage hier verbracht!

Appartamento molto carino, ordinato e spazioso situato nel cuore di playa honda, 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e con qualche locale e ristorante carino molto vicino. Appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità (cucina a induzione, microonde, caffettiera, tv, un piccolo climatizzatore, lavatrice) Grazie e a presto!

Carlos’s apartment in Costa Teguise is located really well and sits within a private complex that is beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor unheated pool which in our kids loved. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and there are plentiful bars and restaurants close by to keep everyone happy. As others have said, the apartment probably needs refurbished in the long term but this didn’t dampen our stay. Beds were comfy and if you ever needed anything, Pili who manages the property for Carlos was available immediately via What’s-app Such a lovely little holiday home in the sun. Would recommend!

It is probably hard to find a better location for an AirBnb / apartment to rent in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The location is indeed very central - 10 minutes by car to the airport in Lanzarote, and in just a few minutes walking distance you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores, pharmacies, beaches and everything else you may need! In addition to that, the apartement has just everything you can imagine for your planned vacation, was extremely clean and convenient. Last, but not least - Margarita is very kind and helpful and provides a great service as a host. Just a small example - because of our flights we had to check in after midnight and of course, flexible check-in was possible, but not only that - Margarita stayed awake until we were all settled and chatted with us to check if all is well. 100 % recommend!

Excellent find, close to the airport, really well situated, close to all amenities, and yet peaceful and quiet, the apartment was exactly what we hoped for, a real gem, beach is right outside the residence, great water sports availability, ideal for walking and cycling. Wide choice of restaurants all close at hand, along with a choice of supermarkets if you are looking just to stay in and chill out. It was a pleasure to visit.

Tolle Unterkunft in einer Wohnanlage mit Pool, abseits von in der Touristenhochburg von Puerto del Carmen. Wir haben die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants ausgiebig genossen, ebenso wie die lauschigen Abende auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick. Klare Empfehlung!

We Had a wonderful stay in Adrian's beautifully decorated clean apartment with a wonderful large balcony with a mountain and sea view .Perfect location in a quiet relaxing area but only just a couple of mins walk to the strip. Adrian could not have been more helpful with any questions we had and I can't recommend this apartment highly enough 😃. We're greatly looking forward to a return visit in the future ❤️

Tranquil location directly facing the two pools from terrace. Had everything we needed and host was very responsive and flexible with checkout. If back on the island we would use this again and would definitely recommend.
