The temperature upon our arrival was ideal, allowing us to effortlessly unwind. The accommodations boasted a comprehensive array of amenities, ensuring that we felt completely at home. As night fell, following a visit with family, we savored the peaceful seclusion of the countryside while relaxing by the gas firepit and a glass of wine. The path leading to the river is ideal for fitness enthusiasts who enjoy walking or running, especially trail running. Adjacent to the river, there is a park with a track, perfect for those looking to exercise. Additionally, the area is excellent for fishing, so be sure to bring your gear and a comfortable lawn chair to relax in the ample shade by the river, perhaps with a good book.

Our stay at The aKa Stables LLC was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning country-meets-urban charm. The home was beautifully maintained, with modern amenities that blended perfectly with the rustic elegance of the stables. The attention to detail was outstanding-everything from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen made us feel at home. The fresh farm eggs, local produce, and baked goods were such a thoughtful touch! The view from the deck was breathtaking, offering a perfect spot to relax. Phil was a fantastic host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Whether you're here for a quiet getaway, an equine retreat, or a special event, this place truly has it all. We can't wait to return!

The barn was spotless, the area is lovely and easy to find, and we especially enjoyed the record player and the chicken coop! Catherine is an excellent host - I absolutely recommend!

The pictures do not do this place justice! It was so much better in person and that is saying a lot. Incredible dark skies in the evening, serene surroundings, and so intimate. Bernice was an absolute joy and her breakfasts rivaled the best 5 star establishments in all of Fredricksburg! This will be our go to stop!

Like every year, we so enjoyed our stay here. The wildlife was so cool grazing across from this cabin. I never knew how much cows and their calves were so serene to watch til I stayed here. We loved the big window in the front to look out of during the day at not just grazing cows and such, but also the mountains and we can't forget to mention the incredible stars. The beds are super comfortable with really lovely quilts that fit in perfectly with the cabin feel. We felt very safe and at ease here. We highly recommend Edward's cabin!

We loved our stay at Jackie's barn bungalow. The decor is great and the beds are so comfy. It has a nicely -sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bungalow was well stocked with coffee and everything you would need while there. There was a welcome basket with snack and breakfast items. Jackie was a wonderful host! We would definitely stay at the barn bungalow again!

I really enjoyed staying here with my mom. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it was so refreshing being able to walk around. The days we went the weather was amazing and beautiful. Wynona the horse was adorable and she was always walking up for pets and was so well behaved. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Thank you, I’ll be sure to come back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Barn in Muleshoe, Texas, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The Barn itself is a charming and cozy retreat, beautifully decorated, and offers all the amenities you could need for a comfortable visit. It was extremely clean and made for a great place to stay in Muleshoe.

Quiet tranquil getaway place. The listing description is spot on and it is close to towns and attractions, but far enough that you feel removed from the hustle-bustle. Everything was well-appointed and cared for; the hosts provide many extras and follow up to ensure all is well. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

Such an amazing stay! We loved kayaking the river and petting the sheep. Such a cute, quiet location that is very relaxing!

I cannot speak highly enough of our time at Sandi and Stephen’s. The property and their hospitality far exceeded our expectations and made this one of our more memorable getaways, hands down. We cannot wait to return, and for longer next time! This stay is a true bed and breakfast, not just a vacation rental. Sandi made us an exceptional gluten free breakfast, accommodating my dietary restrictions, and she also recommended restaurants and bakeries close by that have GF items. The barn also offered a lot of privacy in a forest, with easy access to hiking trails and state parks. We highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity.

Karon’s place was fantastic - very private with gorgeous views. The inside was modern and beautiful with everything you need. We will be back in the future!

We love this tiny home bardo! It was the perfect size and location for our stay! We travel between Buescher and Bastrop State Parks for an annual family reunion. It has everything we need for a comfortable, cozy, peaceful long weekend. This is our second stay here and we will definitely come back again!

This place was incredible. We only stayed one night as we were passing through for our cross country move and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The property was private and peaceful. We had a beautiful night when we arrived and enjoyed sitting on the porch swing.

The Texas Cabin is one of my favorite places to stay! We have been several times and we are never disappointed!! Beautiful scenery, quiet, and Jenn does a great job communicating! She is great!

Le canoë barn est un super logement à Fredericksburg : il est facile d'accès, à distance de marche de la rue principale et ses restaurants. De plus il est dans un quartier extrêmement calme et paisible, au coeur du quartier historique. On a aussi adoré la décoration et plus généralement l'atmosphère du logement. on s'y sent très bien! Enfin il est très propre et on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour y passer quelques jours.

The best AirB&B we have stayed in thus far, and we have stayed in numerous ones throughout the world. They thought of absolutely everything one would need. We appreciated the "octopus" cables for electronic plug-ins. Great location, peaceful and quiet. Very accommodating for our moving van with a very large driveway, safe location with good security. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night. Enjoyed the porch with gliding Adirondack chairs to watch the thunderstorm. We have nothing but the highest recommendation for "The Hideaway". Our stay on Lake Texoma at the A frame cabin was amazing. The outdoor areas are awesome and so good for a large family gathering. We had no complaints and hopefully we can book this place again in the future. We especially loved the neighborhood dogs…Daisy and Snickers! Thanks for the hospitality!

Amazingly helpful. We were in Lagrange for MS 150 ride. Out hosts went way way beyond to help us with the MS 150 ride. We appreciated their hospitality and hope we might be able to reciprocate one day!

What a gorgeous location and home in the Round Rock area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the barn has everything you need, fabulous beds and linens, beautiful interior and view. The only thing we missed was the sunsets due to cloudy weather. We were a group of women who were having a girls weekend away and had a blast. Thank You Rob and Linda, we would love to come again.
