This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Sixth house from the ocean’s edge, it's a quick walk to the beach from our lovely home. The second floor of our duplex has its own private driveway, private entrance, porch, spacious back patio, large outdoor shower with hot and cold water, washer, and dryer. Central air, internet access, and cable provided; fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill. Four beach badges provided free of charge.
