Marco è stato molto disponibile con noi: siamo arrivati alle 22, ci ha aspettato, aiutato con il parcheggio e ci ha accompagnato in appartamento. Il monolocale è piccolo, essenziale dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è fantastica e la vista meravigliosa.

eravamo una coppia + 2 amici. tutto perfetto. tutto come da descrizione. flessibilità sia nel check in che check out. parcheggio interno nel cortile con barriera automatica. meno di 5' per arrivare alla funicolare che in 5' porta su ad Orvieto centro. sempre meno di 5' arrivi sempre da casa in stazione. ascensore per raggiungere l'appartamento, enorme,pratico,come da tutte le recensioni che avevo letto. assolutamente da suggerire a chiunque venga ad orvieto o si trovi in zona. tv in camera oltre che in salone dove si mangia. cucina completa di tutto. balconi d'appertutto. non ho nessuna recensione negativa da segnalare. e' stato tutto perfetto. grazie mille ...non mancherò di suggerire ad amici e conoscenti

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

Great attic apartment with spacious terrace overlooking the main piazza in the beautiful Tuscan village of Pitigliano. The apartment was light and airy with two balconies catching the sun. The furnishing and original artworks were exquisite and the kitchen had all the necessary staple commodities . Our host was very responsive to inquiries and made some good recommendations for dining and other excursions. It was a perfect stay in one of Tuscany’s most beautiful hilltop towns.

Luigi is an excellent host and took great care to provide us all we needed. One thing that needs to be mentioned is that the apartment has 3+ flights of stairs in order to access it. Also, the bathroom is not in pictures because it has an odd, but is otherwise very clean and spacious. I would recommend to anyone who likes to stay/live like a local and doesn't mind stairs (I don't mind them at all).

Una bella casa comoda, ampia e pulita. miranda e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La vista sul mare splendida, area tranquilla in un ottima posizione.

Wow, what an incredible holiday we had here. Not only is this 200 year old villa beautiful, but it also boasts a huge amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and dining areas. The absolute highlight of our trip was Marco, the incredible host at the villa. He was basically on call for the 4 days we were there and was so helpful organising taxi transfers, big shops, activities, and anything else we needed at the villa. Such amazing views and ridiculously gorgeous vineyard nearby. In the evening you can relax and not worry about neighbours. We had a party and watched the fireflies!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Abbiamo soggiornato nei gg 31/12 1 e 2 gennaio. Il casale è veramente grande con ampi spazi e tante camere funzionali. In salone un grande camino ci ha allietato le giornate. Lo spazio esterno è fantastico…. Si è immersi nella natura e non si sente nulla all’infuori di chi soggiorna. All’esterno un grande barbecue ci ha permesso di fare una ricca e abbondante sbraciolata. Gli host Rossana e Cesare sono eccezionali, gentili e disponibili. Unica pecca il segnale del Wi-Fi un po’ debole. Per il resto siamo stati veramente bene e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Sicuramente ci torneremo per altre occasioni.

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

Ottimo soggiorno, casa molto comoda e completa di tutto. Lucia e sua madre veramente gentili e disponibili. Privacy, panorama splendido, le pecore che pascolano e zero caos… una meraviglia, soprattutto per chi viene dalla città. Grazie a Lucia e famiglia!

Alloggio bellissimo! Già a vederlo esternamente fa davvero un bell'effetto. La casetta al suo interno è curata in ogni dettaglio, molto accogliente e super pulita. C'è tutto quello di cui si potrebbe avere bisogno. Letti comodi e ambiente ben riscaldato. Perfetta per una famiglia. Comodissimo il parcheggio in struttura.

il viaggio con mia figlia ad Amelia è stato memorabile..Dal paese a pochi minuti di macchina c'è la possibilità di vedere tanto altro di meraviglioso come le cascate delle marmore... Fabio è super disponibile e si metterà a vostra disposizione per accompagnarvi nell'appartamento, in più non vi farà mancare niente per le cose essenziali del bagno,della cucina e per la prima colazione...sono molto soddisfatto...

Luca è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatto capire facilmente come entrare nella struttura. La casa era pulitissima e spaziosa, anche per noi che eravamo in 5, disponeva di due bagni e due docce. C’era anche un posto macchina affianco. Consigliatissima se vi trovate nei dintorni.

Great value for money, nice welcome and really relaxing place to stay. Though quite rough few kilometres to get to Roberto place, you just have to drive slowly and to rent not the cheapest car on the market:) Thank you Roberto for nice place to stay where you can relax or do sightseeing around.

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo passato un bel weekend in compagnia tra amici. Location splendida, casa con tutto il necessario per godersi gli spazi comuni interni ed esterni. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Non esitate a chiedere consigli sulla zona, le dritte dell’host sono valse un’ottima cena ed una visita alla bellissima Pitigliano! Conto di ritornare se ripasserò in zona!

Ruim huis met een grote slaapkamer en badkamer. Huis was heel netjes en goed onderhouden. Je kan zelfs eigengemaakte wijn en olijfolie kopen bij Agostino. Vriendelijke mensen!
