We had a lovely stay at the studio! It was located in an optimal central area with many restaurants, things to do around. Very easy access and Eugenia was very helpful with the instructions and suggestions on things to do. Very clean, cute apartment with any amenities you might need and very quiet as well. We also tried the Cafe San Marco after the suggestion of Eugenia which we ended up loving and visiting every morning for our espresso. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Encore mieux que sur les photos! Grand appartement neuf absolument impeccable, décoration classieuse, installations de qualité, très bonne literie. A deux pas des sites touristiques et de boutiques de tous ordres. Petit problème pour garer la voiture (parking San Giusto pratique des prix prohibitifs 22€ les 12h j et nuit) mais Franz nous a proposé un plan de remplacement. Accueil personnalisé et très amical voire familial. Quel dommage que l'ascenseur ait été en panne! Franz a tout fait pour nous faire oublier cet inconvénient, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié ! Une excellente adresse!

Die Unterkunft ist sensationell gelegen, unglaubliche Blicke bis Grado, Lignano einerseits, auf die slowenische Küste bis zum Kap Savudria in Kroatien andererseits. Wer die Schifffahrt liebt nimmt ein Fernglas mit, denn viele Schiffe, auch große Kreuzer sind zu sehen. Ein toller Platz zum Relaxen, alles perfekt organisiert durch Susanna. Superschnelle Antworten, Youtube Videos für Anfahrt und Besonderheiten der Wohnung. Lage ideal für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen, natürlich auch für Triest. Besonders erwähnenswert ist natürlich der eigene Strand samt Sonnenterrasse, die 200 Stufen sind es wert! An die etwas komplexe Anfahrt zum Grundstück- stark befahrene Strada Costiera, enges Abbiegen, Zufahrt nur aus einer Richtung möglich - gewöhnt man sich rasch. Aber es ist für "alte" Triest Kenner ganz selbstverständlich. Kompliment an Susanna für die tolle Kommunikation und die überkomplette Ausstattung und an Paolo, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Essendo di Trieste conoscevo molto bene la zona e ovviamente mi ha soddisfatto appieno… poter stare a letto la sera e ascoltare le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Svegliarsi la mattina e la prima cosa vedere è il mare per me era quello che cercavo. La casa semplicemente splendida, ci aspettavamo la casa e invece la host ha lasciato un frigorifero riempito e la mattina ci siamo potuti godere una colazione ammirando il mare. Consiglio a tutti!!!

Appartamento accogliente, ordinato e pulito. è situato in una posizione ottima per visitare i dintorni. Host cordiale e disponibile. Super consigliato!

Wo soll man beginnen ..... Die Lage ist ein Traum - idyllisch gelegen & mit der Küste verschmolzen. Die Architektur des Hauses passt sich perfekt der Küste an und ist auch von der Meerseite eine Augenweide. Fabio und seine bezaubernde Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber und lesen einen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Jedes Apartment verfügt über eine große Sonnenterasse mit BBQ Gas Griller - da Triest über vorzügliche Fleischer & Fischhändler verfügt ist die Grillerei ein Traum. Man kann jederzeit eines Stand-Up-Paddle oder Kanus ausleihen, die Fabio zur Verfügung stellt. Auch stellt sich Fabio gerne als Guide mit dem Motorboot zur Verfügung bzw. ermöglicht einen Transfer per Boot zu den Restaurants an der Küste. Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum hat viele Vorteile - bis zum Zentrum sind es keine 10 Autominuten. Ich könnte jetzt noch 50 weitere Vorzüge aufzeigen - doch überzeugt euch lieber selbst ! Wir sehen uns nächstes Jahr - alles Liebe bis dahin Pippa, Sabrina & Patrick

Die Wohnung, in einem Wohnviertel unweit des Hauptbahnhofs gelegen, ist sehr ansprechend. Sie punktet mit Sauberkeit und der zentralen Lage. Diverse Bushaltestellen sind sozusagen direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist mit Jalousien ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft stand Wasser bereit, auch einige Gewürze waren vorhanden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Die Einrichtung ist in gutem Zustand und so wie im Netz abgebildet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Kommunikation mit Rafaella. Sie war - auch an den Feiertagen - stets erreichbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung konnte so schnell und unkompliziert gelöst werden. Die Wohnung ist für einen City-Trip nach Trieste unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Great host, great place and location.

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

Alles wie beschrieben. Perfekte Lage für Hundestrand (knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Relativ ruhig und man ist auch schnell in der Stadt. Auto kann man gut parken.

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Grado. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Hafen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die Wohnung war makellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war unkompliziert, zügig und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli in questo appartamento. La casa è tranquilla, curata nei dettagli e perfettamente pulita. Cristina, la proprietaria, è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Ottima anche la posizione: facile raggiungere le principali attrazioni sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliato a chi cerca relax senza rinunciare alla comodità di spostarsi facilmente!

Tout était parfait ! Le logement est impeccable avec une magnifique vue depuis le balcon. Anna a été très bienveillante, réactive et attentionnée avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Le départ a une heure flexible a été très pratique. Nous ne pouvons que recommender le logement de Anna !

Simone is truly a superhost: he provided all the information we needed for our checkin, was super helpful at all times and very generous: he let us stay longer and leave our baggage. 10/10, beautiful spacious Airbnb, very glamorous with old wooden floors and large ceilings. 2 coffee machines to pick from and the area is amazing, in 5 min you can find the best spot for Aperitivo. We had the best time! Thank you Simone!

Absolutely loved this place! 🌞 I came here with my family (me + fiancé, mother and niece) and we stayed for one night, but I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location is great (we came by car, easy parking in front of the house), calm but also seems well connected (there is a bus stop right across). The balcony has a beautiful view, the rooms were super clean, enough towels for everyone and the sofa bed in the living room was set up (Mamuka asked beforehand), which is great because we were four people and so there was an option for when the snorer comes out 😆 Communication was easy, Mamuka is very responsive and helpful. Wifi works great. Only thing i would mention is the shower, it might be a bit inconvenient for older/less mobile people, but that’s about it. If we wanna come back to Trieste one day we will definitely stay here again. Recommend 100% Thank you Mamuka + Team!

Wonderful host with a great apartment in excellent location. Couldn’t have asked for better in a short city break. Easy walking distance to the centre of the city with great views across the city and water.

Wonderful apartment within walking distance of everything in Trieste. Very tastefully decorated and lots of nice artwork. Spotlessly clean and nice and spacious for a family of 4. Marina is always responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
