Alloggio splendido per trascorrere un weekend in tranquillità tra amici, i proprietari sono stati ospitali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa servisse, la casa è in ordine e pulita, il panorama è splendido. Torneremo molto volentieri.

La nostra host è stata gentilissima fino dalla prenotazione, ci torneremo nuovamente! Estremamente consigliato.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Antonella's place is incredible... views of the Castello di Rocca Sinibalda, huge courtyard in the entrance, bbq area, updated amenities and great location. Antonella was the icing on the cake with great communication, references on nearby things to do and places to eat and a joy. I think I have a new friend, especially since I just bought a house 15 minutes away. Don't hesitate to book Antonella's home, you will thank me later.

So sadly the power went out in the middle of our stay, and we ended up having to leave. However, when something like that happens, you learn how responsive the host is, and Patrizia was great. She both did her best to try and fix the problem quickly, and when it couldn't be and we decided to go, she offered a full refund of the remaining stay. Aside from that, the house is in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location with so many great windows that you feel like you're in a painting whether you're inside or out. It was a stunning place to wake up and be every day and we were sorry to leave. Beds & seating & bathrooms were great. Tips: rent a car with good under-ground clearance to get there; the last stretch of road was a little rough. Kitchen had salt and sugar, you'll want to get other staples & seasoning & extra paper goods. There is a giant CONAD superstore in Fara Sabina about 25 min away with everything.

Alloggio comodo per visitare il centro e spostarsi a piedi, dotato di ogni comfort. Purtroppo le indicazioni fornite da google maps sono errate ma l'host ha chiarito ogni dubbio

Ampio appartamento vicinissimo al Belvedere superiore delle cascate delle marmore.Giulia molto gentile ci ha aspettato per il check-in e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare l’auto per visitare il giorno dopo le cascate. Appartamento ben arredato con cucina utile per un pranzo veloce.

L'appartement de Daniele est un bonheur, spacieux, confortable et très frais, qualité appréciable au mois d'aout. Des lits douillets, propreté irréprochable. De plus, Daniele est très sympathique et disponible immédiatement pour toute question. Nous reviendrons !

Andrea si è dimostrato incredibilmente gentile e attento a tutte le nostre esigenze, anticipando ogni nostra richiesta con premura e disponibilità. La casa è davvero splendida: spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto in ogni dettaglio. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti e perfettamente puliti, dotati di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole.

L'appartamento di Luca è un gioiellino, sotto diversi punti di vista. Internamente è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei minimi dettagli, ci si potrebbe vivere, non manca nulla. Si tratta quindi di un alloggio raro da trovare, superiore a quello che mediamente si riesce a trovare per affitti brevi. La posizione è altrettanto felice(immerso in un bosco, a 100 metri dai negozi di Pian del voglio) e permette di passare dal silenzio degli alberi al vociare dei turisti in un attimo. Da ultimo segnalo la gentile disponibilità di Luca, sempre rapido cortese ed efficace quando abbiamo avuto bisogno del suo aiuto. Potendo darei 6 stelle!!!

The apartment is just how it appears in the listing. It was easy to find and Sergio’s son met me outside before explaining the necessary bits of the apartment. There is a lovely walk along the riverside at the end of the street, countryside on the edge of the town and it is also only 10 minutes walk to the centre

Chiara’s home was wonderful. Very cozy and comfortable. She was a great host with clear instructions about things in the home which could sometimes get confusing when you’re visiting from another country. My group really enjoyed their stay here. I would recommend her home to anyone visiting the city!

Valerio è stato molto gentile, flessibile e responsivo. La casa ha corrisposto esattamente a quanto descritto.

L’appartamento è ampio, confortevole e pulito. È dotato di 2 TV, oltre che del climatizzatore sia in camera da letto che nel soggiorno, molto utile in estate. Anche il bagno è sufficientemente grande. Il condominio è silenzioso e l’appartamento si trova in prossimità di un ampio centro commerciale, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Disponibilità di posti per parcheggiare l’auto esattamente sotto casa. L’host si è rivelata molto attenta ai dettagli, tra cui farci trovare la casa fresca al ns. arrivo. Veramente consigliata!

Alloggio appena ristrutturato, molto ordinato e pulito. Vicino a Roma e parcheggio comodo da trovare vicino alla casa. Inoltre dotato di ampi spazi e tutti i servizi necessari.

l'appartement est un des meilleurs de notre road trip! il as une vue a couper le souffle. les attentiens de chiara sont juste merveilleux après un long trajet. le petit déjeuner livré devant la porte est tellement agréable! c'est un + indéniable. la propreté de l'appartement, les communications avec chiara et son mari qui restent disponibles pour toutes nos questions. la literie est confortable et la cuisine bien équipée. bref allez y vous ne regretterai pas! rien que le village en vaut la peine! en plus nous avons oublié un objet et elle va essayer de nous l'envoyer! de belles personnes!
