Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! Carolina is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions. She and her mother met us when we arrived and they are very warm and gracious. We also received many recommendations for what to see and places to eat. The house is extremely clean and the large kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. The living room furniture is all very comfortable as well as the beds and pillows were amazing. The washing machine on the lower level was perfect for us since we stayed for a month. When you go out your front door, you are in this fairytale village and when you sit on the back terrace you are overlooking the hills of Tuscany. Perfect for eating outside or relaxing with a glass of wine. There are many restaurants in the main square, a gelateria, and a small market that has fresh bread in the mornings and basics if you need them. We would not hesitate to return again!!

Staying with Giulio was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Every attention to detail and the highest standards were apparent throughout the apartment. Giulio was very present and responsive with help, suggestions and offered transportation as I did not have a car. The area is beautiful and Giulio’s mother was extremely helpful and kind when I enquired about property. A very special place with the beauty of the area and its people. Many thanks Giulio!

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Fantastische locatie, mooi rustig tussen de olijfbomen met een uitzonderlijk fraai uitzicht! Je kunt hier helemaal tot rust komen en toch is er genoeg te zien/ervaren/proeven in de omgeving!

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Garten ist fantastisch und es gibt bequeme Liegen an verschiedenen Orten auf dem Grundstück. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass es sich um eine Art Kellerwohnung handelt - das kann man auf den Fotos aber eigentlich auch erkennen. Hatten beide Wohnungen von Elena gemietet, da ein Großelternteil dabei war und waren super zufrieden, da beide Wohnungen sehr nah beieinander sind.

Appartement très moderne, très propre , en très bon état. Pratique et accessible. Très bien placé pour le ski. Hote très réactive et précise. Un très bon séjour.

Two adults one three year old and one 16 months. We had a good time. Big lawn for the kids, walking distance discount supermarket, 5 minutes driving distance to pastry shops, bread shop and bigger supermarkets, 20 minutes to Prato and big malls. Clean quiet neighborhood, nice people. Clean apartment, big closets, proper kitchen, personally I like better the dish washer than my own. Everything is new. We enjoy the local cuisine/food a lot, do go to try calzone at Pizzeria Gina, the pastry and bread of L' Angolo Del Pane...

Carlo è Nella veramente due persone squisite che ci hanno offerto la miglior accoglienza che si possa desiderare. La casa è perfetta, tutto a disposizione e spazi nuovi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Il nostro alloggio è stato veramente molto piacevole.

Alessandro nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse. Un hôte très amical que nous prendrons plaisir à retrouver une prochaine année. Ma fille le remercie d'avoir retrouvé son doudou après notre départ, ennième preuve de sa gentillesse.

Pani Emanuela zapewniła nam ekspresowe zameldowanie w bardzo czystym apartamencie. Miejsce jest ogromne i piękne. Otoczenie przed domem i widoki są prześliczne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, wygodne łóżka. Sama właścicielka jest przesympatyczna, szybko odpisywała na wiadomości. Jedynie w opisie nie było zawarte , że 1 godzina jest tylko darmowa ,a resztę już płatne, dopiero później po zakupie w regulaminie było napisane ze trzeba zapłacić. Ale wszystko nam się jak najbardziej podobało. Z przyjemnością wrócimy:)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento con un gruppo di amici e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della nostra scelta! La posizione è davvero perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro di Montecatini, il che ha reso comode le nostre esplorazioni della città. L’appartamento è spazioso, ben organizzato e dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente proprio come descritto nelle recensioni precedenti. Oksana è stata una padrona di casa eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta a rispondere prontamente alle nostre domande. L’atmosfera era tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi, ma allo stesso tempo comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni della Toscana, raggiungibili facilmente in treno. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, grazie anche ai servizi moderni e alle dettagliate istruzioni fornite per il check-in. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento per chiunque desideri trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente piacevole e in una posizione comoda. Sicuramente torneremo!

Il proprietario Francesco è una persona gentilissima, disponibile e affidabile. La sua casa è una vera esperienza nella natura tranquilla ma a due passi dalle attività utili del Paese. È stato premuroso nei confronti del bambino e dei nostri cagnolini. Super consigliato

Prachtige woning met een erg vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Pizzeria vlak bij was erg lekker. Supermarktje om de hoek was ook fijn om te hebben. Ligt mooi centraal bij allemaal Mooie plekken om te bezoeken. Als we weer eens naar Toscane gaan zullen we zeker proberen ommhier te verblijven.

Family of three: We stayed in this beautiful apartment for five nights while enjoying daily activities in Florence and Prato. The apartment is part of an elegant three-storey building, with free parking available right in front. Inside, the apartment is spotless, featuring luxury finishes and new furniture. Prato is at about 20 minutes by car, Florence at about 40 minutes. We’ll definitely stay again when we are in the area !

La location era magnifica, vicinissima alla piazza centrale, e molto accogliente. I proprietari cordiali al massimo sempre pieni di buoni consigli su come navigare il territorio, cosa che per noi che abbiamo alloggiato lì durante il Lucca Comics ci è stata vitale. Ci han pure permesso di aggiungere una persona in più all'ultimo momento, dimostrando la loro assoluta disponibilità. Riguardo gli spazi in casa, non abbiamo avuto il minimo problema, avendo a disposizione anche uno sgabuzzino ed un armadio molto capienti per tutte le nostre necessità nei 4 giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato lì. Tutto sommato, quindi, una più che ottima esperienza sia per me che per i ragazzi che eran con me.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Ich hatte insgesamt einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Barbara, die auch jederzeit während des Aufenthaltes zu erreichen war und stets super freundlich und flexibel war. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich von ihrer Mutter herzlich empfangen, die mir alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt hat. Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht, kann sogar Wäsche waschen und auch bügeln. Ausserdem hat sie mir tolle Tipps für Besichtigungen in der Stadt gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Küche, in der man viele nützliche und sehr hübsche Dinge finden kann. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem, man hat sogar einen Bereich mit Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten/Gestalten und der süße Balkon ermöglicht es einem auch einfach mal die Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu frühstücken. Auch das Badezimmer ist rundherum funktional und liebevoll gestaltet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann einen Aufenthalt bei Barbara nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke
