Absolutely amazing stay at Eddj’s place! Family of 6 had plenty of room and were very comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. The washer and dryer were extremely helpful as this was the beginning of our vacation before heading off to other locations. The air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. Location is amazing. Right near the train station but walkable to everywhere. We never took any transportation. You’re always a 15-20 minute walk to main attractions. Eddj himself was spectacular. Fantastic communication all the way around from the moment of booking to arrival. We were even able to check in early and Eddj met us to show us around. If you’re reading this and your dates are available, I would book as soon as you can!

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Silvia og stedet hennes var helt perfekt! Et supert utgangspunkt for å utforske Toscana. Og ikke minst, Silvia var den skjønneste vertinne. Vi kommer veldig gjerne igjen!

Siamo stati benissimo, l’appartamento è bellissimo, spazioso e pulitissimo. La terrazza enorme offre la possibilità di godersi tempo in relax sia per adulti che per bambini durante la bella stagione. L’area giochi nell’area condivisa ha permesso ai nostri bambini di vivere un magico soggiorno ricco di divertimento. Chiara e Tommaso sono stati gentilissimi ed ospitali. Torneremo sicuramente

The apartment was beautifully appointed and had a lot of charm! It’s extremely spacious and and comfortable. The washer dryer combo was a life saver! The private parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Il luogo è molto tranquillo, bello il terrazzo, che offre una rilassante vista sui dintorni collinari. Ben fornita la cucina. Bagno spazioso. Nel complesso l'appartamento è molto confortevole. Bisogna però avere l'auto, perché è in una frazione molto piccola.

We've stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and it was the best experience we had throughout our whole trip in Italy for 2 weeks. We literally felt like home. Location is perfect, very quiet, convenient to walk or to go by bus. Some shops and cafes nearby. There're everything that's needed inside the flat, exactly as it's states in description. We'd love to stay here again if we return to Florence

Nos ha encantado estar en el alojamiento de Giuseppe. Desde el primer momento ha mantenido contacto con nosotros, incluso antes de llegar. El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos: grande, bonito, espacioso y bien comunicado. ¡Nos hemos sentido como en casa! Giuseppe además nos ha puesto todo muy fácil: instrucciones de acceso a la casa con vídeos incluidos, recomendaciones locales… Además nos ofreció un detalle de bienvenida. Nos ha estado escribiendo durante nuestra estancia para ver que estaba todo correcto. ¡Si volvemos a Florencia nos encantaría volvernos a quedar en este alojamiento! Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps chez Leonardo nous avons adoré son logement et sa vie imprenable. Le super accueil de Leonardo et sa disponibilité. Nous nous sentions chez nous et n’avions pas envie de repartir.

We had the most wonderful stay in Pisa and will definitely be back. It was a welcome calm and quiet stay while only being five minutes from lots of restaurants and twenty from the tower etc. being close to the station was ideal for us as we went to Rome for the day and to go up to the coastal paths. Thank you for a comfortable, relaxing stay which was so welcomed to us after a busy few days in Florence. Our favourite Italian city so far and a fantastic apartment with everything we needed - and could need for even longer!

Andrea went above and beyond, meeting us downstairs to assist with our luggage, showing us around the apartment, and providing a helpful guidebook. The apartment was exceptionally clean and featured a full shower, a rare amenity. I would wholeheartedly recommend Andrea's apartment to anyone visiting Florence.

We had a lovely stay in this spotless elegant apartment in the centre of the old part of Lucca. Good wifi, kitchen well equipped. Communication with Salvatore was excellent. We had a problem identifying the location of the keysafe from Salvatore’s directions and his photograph (the keysafe is locked to a pipe about 1.5m to the left of the front door) but after a few texts back and forth it was resolved! This is a delightful apartment and we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in old Lucca.

It was an absolute pleasure spending some days in a perfectly centric spot in Florence. The host manages the different apartments offered in the building and keeps the places spotless and in perfect condition. We were on the first floor, which includes an elevator in case you were bringing bulky luggage. The window frames are renovated and noise insulation is optimal despite the centric place. All electric appliances in the kitchen, bath, washing machine, and dryers are new. All the plugs include classic and mini USB sockets to charge your devices, and the Wi-Fi works very well. We used the gym downstairs, which was best in class. Thanks, Francesco and Filippo, for all the fantastic attention. If we happen to return to Firence, this is the place we will return.

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

I stayed for 3 months and would've loved to stay longer! The apartment is stylish and cosy, the location is perfect and Elly is an absolute star. She was there to welcome me in, was very helpful, gave loads of local tips and always replied quickly to messages. Huge recommendation from me❤️

Appartement très propre, mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait que deux petites fenêtres ce qui rend l'appartement sombre il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres ce qui est dommage, la vue est magnifique très calme et reposant. Le logement est bien chauffée même un peu trop nous avons eu chaud, j'ai pas réussi à baisser la température mais j'ai pas demandé non plus. Sinon le jacuzzi et le bain turc étaient bien agréable. Je recommande quand même l'appartement pour se reposer au calme d'un petit village charmant avec tout le nécessaire à proximité. Andrea est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

I had a wonderful stay at Louise Virginia Anna’s Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was convenient and peaceful, and Louise was a kind and responsive host. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The house was lovely and very comfortable. It’s a lovely place next to a garage and surrounded by fields of sunflowers and grapes. The garage is small and means there is plenty of space for parking. The back yard was really lovely and playful. We enjoyed the proximity to Lucca and all the surrounding vineyards. I highly recommend this house for people traveling with a car. It was very nice to pull right up and be able to park.

Einmalige Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten und Pool - perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen, da es sehr ruhig ist. Exzellente Unterkunft: äußerst sauber und gut zu Erreichen. Mit dem Auto oder Zug können Pisa und Lucca in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
