Très belle villa, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Merci à Paul pour ses précieux conseils, ses recommandations et ses instructions envoyés à l’avance. Nous avons pu profiter de notre séjour grâce à l’emplacement de cette villa.

Wir hatten wundere 12 Tage in Monsummano. Das Haus liegt optimal um die Toscana zu erkunden. Die Lage ist eifach top! Zu Fuss erreicht man gute Restaurants, Eisdielen und Cafés. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen und Kommunikation mit Daniele war spitzenmässig!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! 👌😀👍

We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

La casa è molto grande e bella. Eravamo due famiglie (9 persone) e per noi la sistemazione è stata perfetta. Super attrezzata, non mancava nulla. La piscina è stata molto apprezzata anche se si affacciava sulla strada e si sentiva il rumore del passaggio dei veicoli, ma questo non ci ha creato nessun disagio. Nelle foto manca un gazebo che ci ha permesso di vivere meglio l’area esterna. I vicini sono stati fin da subito molto cortesi e disponibili, e ci hanno fatto conoscere il loro simpaticissimo cane con cui abbiamo giocato volentieri. Giuseppina ha sempre risposto in breve tempo a tutte le nostre domande e ha fornito anche una sorta di libricino con alcune attività consigliate da svolgere in zona. Ci torneremmo molto volentieri!

Ein Paradies! Schwierige Zufahrt, die belohnt wird. Eine traumhafte Villa mit spektakulären Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana. Toll restauriert mit modernen und klassischen Anteilen, dazu noch eine absolute Ruhe, rundherum wunderschöne Natur. Ein Highlight: Der großzügige Indoor-Jacuzzi, wir haben eine wunderbare Woche gehabt, danke!!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an total wohlgefühlt. Britta und Marco sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach liebenswerte Menschen. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Persönlichkeit in diesem Haus steckt. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, mit so viel Geschmack eingerichtet, richtig gemütlich und stilvoll. In Wirklichkeit ist es sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich einfach zuhause. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, man packt nur seine eigenen Sachen aus und los geht’s. Vor allem die Küche ist super ausgestattet, perfekt zum Kochen. Die Lage ist total ruhig – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und konnten richtig abschalten. Genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Britta hat sogar an unseren Hund gedacht – sie hatte alles vorbereitet und sich so Mühe gegeben, dass auch er sich willkommen fühlt. Das war wirklich schön. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese kleine Auszeit und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke, Britta & Marco!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, alloggio pulitissimo e ancora più bello che nelle foto. Host molto gentile e premurosa.

Soggiorno perfetto! L’alloggio era pulitissimo, ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione era comoda e l’ambiente accogliente, perfetto per rilassarsi. L’host è stato eccezionale: sempre disponibile, gentile e reattivo a qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

È stato un soggiorno perfetto! Il posto è incantevole, immerso nella natura e con una bellissima vista su Vinci. Bellissimo per far stare i bambini immersi nella natura. Chiara è stata molto disponibile e gentile. La casa è molto grande, spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort.

L’Appartamento è pulito accogliente e spazioso ottimo per una famiglia di 4 persone, i proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili ed accettano i cani. Cucina attrezzata , pulita . Consiglio, perché noi siamo stati come forse a casa nostra .

Großartiger Ausblick, Ausstattung insgesamt gut (z.B. Ventilatoren vorhanden), in der Küche könnte die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit noch verbessert werden, Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse ist relativ klein (in den Sommermonaten morgens aber dringend notwendig) sehr freundlicher Empfang und gute Einweisung von Cristina, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter entfernt, im Tal aber reichlich vorhanden, guter Ausgangspunkt für Florenz, Lucca, Pisa oder das Meer

Geweldig verblijf, heel ruim, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, tot in detail, heel compleet. Een groot en comfortabel bed! Top locatie, paar minuten lopen van hartje centrum, restaurants etc. Een gratis parkeerplaats op nog geen 10 minuten lopen. Goed en snel contact met de host! Enige minpuntje was dat niet alle lampen werkten en dat het gootsteenputje in de keuken niet goed doorliep. Dit hebben we aan de host laten weten en wordt waarschijnlijk snel opgelost. De douche is krap, zeker voor zo'n grote douchekop. Verder mooie, ruime badkamer.

Carlo è Nella veramente due persone squisite che ci hanno offerto la miglior accoglienza che si possa desiderare. La casa è perfetta, tutto a disposizione e spazi nuovi e curati nei minimi dettagli. Il nostro alloggio è stato veramente molto piacevole.

Roberto was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating for our very specific needs. The location and property are unique and absolutely beautiful. It provided a wonderful escape and peaceful break, while being well connected to nearby Florence and Lucca.

Ho soggiornato in questa villa con degli amici per capodanno. La casa è molto grande, le stanze e gli spazi comuni molto ampi ed accoglienti con un meraviglioso giardino. Ho trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, molto bella e pulita e soprattutto ben rifornita. L’host è stato super disponibile, check in e check out sono stati svolti in autonomia con estrema facilità ma l’host è stato sempre reperibile. Unica pecca era la temperatura, essendo una casa molto grande alcuni spazi più ampi (come corridoio o salone) risultavano più freddi; le stanze e la cucina erano invece più calde. La zona era ideale per i nostri scopi, ovvero festeggiare in casa. Molto vicino alla stazione. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno specialmente per gruppi di amici o grandi famiglie. ☺️

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

We had a wonderful stay at Olga’s spacious, spotless home, which truly felt like a slice of Tuscan paradise. It's one of those rare occasions where the photos don’t do the place justice—the house is even more beautiful in person. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the cooler weather, we still felt fully immersed in the beautiful landscape, thanks to the large garden and access to lush green areas all around us. We felt right at home, Olga was a fantastic and lovely host—she took care of everything we needed and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Always available and eager to help, Olga offered great recommendations, from the best local sites to visit to hidden gems in nearby towns. She even went the extra mile to help with restaurant reservations. We can’t recommend Olga’s place enough! This was a true Tuscan experience.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind in der Villa. Die Lage ist ruhig und in der wunderschönen hügeligen Landschaft der Toskana (man benötigt ein Auto). Die Villa ist sehr wertig und schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner und hat keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank, dafür sind die anderen beiden Zimmer großzügig und mit viel Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr großzügig. Den Pool haben wir nur wenig benutzt, weil es noch ein bisschen zu kalt war, aber er der ganze Bereich lädt sehr zum Entspannen ein!! Alls in allem hatte wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub, können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden gerne noch mal wieder kommen!

איזה בית נפלא, מושלם למשפחות או זוגות חברים, גינה משגעת, פינות חמד, בריכה יפיפיה, מטבח מצוייד לארוחות גורמה, המון צלחות, סירים, מחבתות, כוסות ועוד. מקום מושלם להתנתקות מחיי היומיום, כל פינה מושקעת, לקחת בחשבון שהבית מבודד בין גבעות ודורש נהיגה בשבילים במעלה הגבעה, אבל שווה כל שנייה! מהבית יצאנו כל יום לטיולים ברחבי טוסקנה אבל בכיף הייתי גם נשארת כמה ימים בבית עצמו. היינו משפחה של חמישה בוגרים וכולם נהנו באופן יוצא דופן

My family and I had a fabulous week of vacation in Stephano’s wonderful Tuscan house! You could not find a better host than Stephano, he went out of his way to help us find places to eat, tour guides and taxi drivers. The pizza lesson with chef Guido was a great experience for all ages. And the homemade meal was simply amazing, served by chef Fabrizio and his warm, smiling helpers. The house was perfect too, very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. I highly recommend this house and experience for anyone who wants to discover the region and its culinary specialties, in a warm and welcoming home.

The villa’s location is idyllic - peaceful and surrounded by the mountains of the ‘Pescian Switzerland’. It is pretty remote and difficult to access though, so you do need to be a confident driver to enjoy a stay here ;-) There are plenty of lovely spots to relax in the garden and around the pool so I would particularly recommend the villa in good weather. Inside, the common areas (kitchen and lounge) can get a little cramped if there are 10 or 12 of you and it’s raining outside - but we chose to brave the bad weather and explore the surrounding villages and towns anyway so that wasn’t an issue for us. It is worth pointing out that being a country house, there are bugs - which might put some people off (not us though!). The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the bedding super comfortable with warm & cosy down duvets (which were very welcome given the cold & wet weather we had!). And last but not least - Fausto (Giulio’s dad) was friendly and super helpful, a really lovely host.
