A great apartment in a great location to everything you may need (restaurants, supermarket, promenade). The apartment itself is spacious and has everything we needed. I would highly recommend Maria's place.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met onze twee kinderen. Mooie grote grote ruimte met de juiste voorzieningen. Twee minuten lopen van de zee, de straat waar de Airbnb zich in bevindt heeft meer dan genoeg ijssalons en restaurants. Wij hebben enorm genoten.

fijne woning. fijne Tuin. in een geweldige omgeving. geweldige gastvrouw. staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. mensen met een hart van goud!!!

Intero appartamento a disposizione, molto pulito e realmente fornito dei servizi descritti nella presentazione sul sito, host disponibile, cortese e rapido nelle risposte. Adattissimo a famiglie numerose e con bambini. Vicino al mare e alla splendida spiaggia sabbiosa. Comoda l'attrezzatura per spiaggia fornita (lettini e ombrellone) con carrello per il trasporto e due docce esterne (acqua calda/fredda) a nostra esclusiva disposizione al ritorno dal mare. Aria condizionata e rete internet in tutti gli ambienti, cucina fornita anche di tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici oltre che ovviamente di stoviglie e pentolame, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Manca però un parcheggio privato che sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta vista la difficoltà nei periodi di alta affluenza di trovare posto auto in strada. Sarebbe così più facile raggiungere i negozi (anche alimentari) che sono in centro avendo la certezza di un posto auto al ritorno. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo. Grazie Cristiano.

Beautiful place, great location super CLEAN! And with all the appliances and welll equipped kitchen, bathroom shower excellent. Location its ideal 100 steps from the beach and nice restaurants on the way. Carlos was by far one of the best Host I have ever meet

Non ho avuto il piacere di incontrare personalmente Elena ma le comunicazioni sono sempre state precise e amichevoli. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un villino e risulta adiacente ad un altro appartamento sempre destinato ad alloggi brevi. Casa è confortevole e munita di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e gli infissi isolano perfettamente anche dal rumore (anche se la zona è comunque tranquilla). Casa è dentro la meravigliosa pineta di Castiglioncello a 100metri dal mare. Sono presenti 2 camere da letto, un ingresso/soggiorno ed una cucina. Casa è munita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, piatti etc) e nonostante sia piccola (circa 60mq) è funzionale ed anche in 6 si sta bene. I letti sono tutti comodi. Lo spazio esterno è piacevole anche se, valorizzandolo un po' meglio, acquisterebbe molto valore. I posti auto interni (3) sono utilissimi anche se alcuni un po' scomodi per vetture grandi. Esperienza positivissima 😊

We had a wonderful weekend at this Airbnb. The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond. We didn’t have a car, and they went out of their way to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants, and market. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Vielen Dank für den super Aufenthalt, Christine! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche zu zweit bei dir in deinem kleinen aber sehr feinen Apartment. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein & die Erreichbarkeit während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Vielen Dank außerdem für die vielen Tipps vor Ort. Das Apartment hatte alles, was man zum Leben braucht und ist Bestens ausgestattet. Zudem war es auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Bis bald Christine

petit appartement bien sympa et très bien situé, plage proches, commerces idem et bon restaurants à proximité. facile et pratique pour les vélos , avec de belles promenades à proximité. et calme...mais c'était fin septembre... un bon plan vacances.

Thank you for this paradisiaque stay. If you’re hesitating to book, I assure you that you won’t regret it! It’s probably one of the most beautiful place i’ve ever stayed in. The relaxing constant sound of the ocean was so suiting. We enjoyed amazing sunset. The kitchen was really well equipped which gave us the opportunity to have a couple of dinners on the balcony. The bedroom was very comfortable. We left rested. Thanks again!

Wir wurden in der Unterkunft herzlich empfangen. Ilaria stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Unterkunft ist schön geräumig und trotz der Straße die neben an läuft (was wir vorher wussten) angenehm leise. Das Areal um die Unterkunft lädt zum Verweilen und Entdecken ein. Hier kann man ganz entspannt die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir können die Unterkunft also nur weiterempfehlen.

Gianfranco ist wirklich ein wundervoller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und mit Rat und Tat dabei. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top, direkter Strandzugang, privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. War ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt! Die Kinder haben es sich in der Gallerie gemütlich gemacht und auch gern das bereitgestellte Spielzeug genutzt. Da die Decken der Wohnung sehr hoch sind, ist es auch überhaupt nicht eng. Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Auto kommt man einfach nach Pisa, Florenz, etc. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)

Wir verbrachten rund eine Woche hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment liegt etwas abseits, auf einem großen ruhigen Anwesen mit schönen Wegen zum spazieren und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Es gibt zwar eine Busstation in der Nähe, ein Auto ist trotzdem empfehlenswert. Valerio ist super freundlich, antwortet flott und konnte uns gute Tipps geben. Das Apartment ist sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefreut hat uns der Willkommenskorb mit eigens angebauten Gemüse und selbstproduzierten Olivenöl. Wer etwas ruhiges abseits sucht und der Hitze etwas entkommen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Ottimo alloggio per chi vuole rilassarsi e stare lontano dal chiasso della città. Anche con il cattivo tempo, ci siamo rilassati ugualmente grazie al giardino presente nell'appartamento. Il mare è veramente a due passi tant'è che a volte si riescono a sentire le onde da casa. Host preciso, reattivo nel rispondere e presente se si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Consigliatissimo.

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. La casa si trova vicinissima al mare, è ampia moderna e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per un ottimo soggiorno. Il bagno è spazioso e perfettamente funzionante, così come la cucina. C'è un supermercato grande nelle immediate vicinanze, un punto vendita di una pescheria, il lungomare proprio davanti e molti locali. Ovidio ci ha permesso un late check-out, cosa che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato. Siamo stati bene, raccomandiamo questo alloggio

Wir hatten mit einer befreundeten Familie einen sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Bardi. Iacapo hat uns viele tolle Tips gegeben. Die Strände nördlich haben uns sehr gut gefallen, und auch der weiße Sandstrand im Süden. Castilioncello ist ein netter Ort mit einem wöchentlichen Markt und neben den Linienbussen entlang der Küste gibt es auch eine offenen Umsonst-Bus und eine Gratis-Linie. Ausflüge haben wir nach Volterra und Pisa gemacht. Vielfältige Reise - und schöne Abende in der großzügigen Wohnung mit kühlem Steinfussboden und genug Platz für sechs Personen.

Great location, 2 min from the beach. Very clean and really everything you need was provided and more. Topped by the warm welcome and service by Giovanni and his wife and brother! They are amazing and go far and beyond for their guests! They let us check in earlier and arranged the car for us to get to Pisa (there is no Uber). Thank you for everything! Amazing sunsets!!

Super Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hosts, zweckmässig eingerichtet. Auch kleine Willkommensgeschenke lagen bereit, vielen Dank dafür! Wer einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat stört sich vielleicht am Zug, der ab und zu nah vorbeifährt, uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir würden sofort wieder wiederkommen :-)

Es un gran apartamento. Muy espacioso y con una terraza casi tan grande como el apartamento, muy bien amueblada para disfrutarla. Cocina muy equipada. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Estaba genial que tuviese un garaje muy amplio debajo para guardar mi coche de alquiler. Francesca está siempre dispuesta a ayudar y si echas algo en falta, te lo soluciona. Es una zona muy tranquila y sin ruidos. Muy recomendable.
