Wow! Absolutely amazing, fantastic location - very quiet surrounded by countryside yet less than 15mins walk into Coronado, which is amazing (so clean, lots of history, great places to eat, just wonderful) Our hosts could not have been kinder and more helpful, Massimo and his Dad are just wonderful people.

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation! From the moment we arrived, Michela, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with extra blankets when the weather turned colder. The house itself exceeded all of our expectations – it was even better than we could have dreamed! Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, auch die Gastgeber waren sehr engagiert und freundlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

мы провели в доме 10 волшебных дней. Гуляли и возвращались в дом как в нашу тихую гавань, дарующую усталым путникам спокойствие и прохладу в тени деревьев. На машине мы посещали местные достопримечательности и исследовали пляжи. Все было великолепно! Мы предпочитаем готовить сами и в доме все было для этого. В 5 мин езды от дома есть новый и большой продуктовый магазин EuroSpin. Для большего комфорта нам не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но мы знали что их нет и были к этому готовы. Много различных моющих средств и это позволяет легко поддерживать чистоту в доме. Дом чистый и просторный и имеет 2 терассы, есть возможность делать барбекю что мы с удовольствием сделали. Бассейн в 20 шагах от дома и это большой плюс. Уважаемые Titti E Vito, больше спасибо Вам за эту возможность провести наш отпуск в вашем доме. Мы без сомнения рекомендуем тут останавливаться всем желающим.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Sehr schönes Haus in gute Lage nahe Senigallia. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der ruhigen Umgebung und konnten die tolle Aussicht in die markesischen Hügel genießen. Ivana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin

Huge house in a beautiful location in the Italian country side. Lots of space and privacy. A lot of nice villages, a fortress and San Marino closeby.

Proprietario molto disponibile e amichevole. Eravamo un gruppo numeroso ma gli spazi erano ampi e ben organizzati. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo è veramente buona. Casa vicino al mare e al centro.

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto, se non addirittura più bello! Una menzione speciale per l'host Giovanna: risponde immediatamente ai messaggi, è molto disponibile e ha permesso un check-out flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è disposto su tre piani ed è dotato di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. Christian è davvero disponibile e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo professionale e cortese. Dovendo riportare l'unica cosa "negativa" che abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo e alla quale però il proprietario sta già lavorando è la poca linea telefonica o rete per internet. Neanche usando l'hotspot de telefono è stato possibile utilizzare internet sul pc perché appunto i telefoni (di operatori diversi) non prendevano. Sarà però presto disponibile una connessione stabile, consiglio solo, in caso pensiate sia necessario, di assicurarvene. Per il resto check in e out semplicissimi, zona tranquilla ma vicino ai servizi (fermata bus proprio fuori dal cancello) e piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, come cioccolatini e una bottiglia di vino che ci sono state offerte. Come già anticipato da altre recensioni, la casa è davvero magnifica e ben curata. Dalla camera da letto al bagno, fino alla sala da pranzo, tutto è dotato di ogni comfort necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno in completo relax. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo potuto godere della splendida vista delle montagne semplicemente aprendo la finestra della cucina ed evitando l'afa estiva di casa nostra. Inoltre, tutto intorno è possibile fare piacevoli passeggiate immersi nella natura, nel silenzio e al fresco. È importante notare che per raggiungere la casa è indispensabile avere un’auto. Per quanto riguarda la ricezione del telefono consiglio di posizionare il telefono nella zona della finestra della cucina o sopra il frigorifero. La nostra permanenza è stata segnata da qualche disavventura, ma Laurence e Leonardo sono stati incredibilmente disponibili e pronti ad aiutare. Non posso che consigliare vivamente Casanelli! Grazie mille ragazzi per la splendida ospitalità!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Tolles Haus! Wer gerne Ruhe hat findet das hier. Marco ist total nett und hilfsbereit! Er hat ein äußerst gepflegtes Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Bei Anreise sollte man genügend Verpflegung dabei haben damit man über die ersten Tage kommt. Man fährt doch Landesteils 20 Minuten zum Einkaufen . Danke Maco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento in ottima posizione per visitare il centro città e per raggiungere il lungomare. L'host Enrico è una persona gentile e amichevole con cui è stato piacevole interagire. Ci ha fornito indicazioni utili e precise per il nostro soggiorno e la comunicazione è stata perfetta. Host e appartamento consogliatissimi.

Dejligt beliggende hus med skøn udsigt. Et hus med masser af sjæl og virkelig god plads. Traditionelt Italiensk køkken, med mulighed for at tænde op og grille. Fano er en hyggelig by som ikke er fyldt med turister. Marche regionen har de smukkeste landskaber hvor alle de lækre Italienske grøntsager og frugter dyrkes. Et besøg på Guirreri gården kan varmt anbefales. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Veronicas hus. Meget søg og behagelig vært.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser sehr individuellen Unterkunft gefühlt, deren Möbel seit langem im Familienbesitz sind. Das Haus mit seinem wunderschönen Garten liegt inmitten von Feldern in einer sehr ländlichen Gegend und hat viel Charme. Es gibt nur zwei Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Umgebung, so dass es meist ruhig ist. Wir haben einen tollen Ausflug nach Urbino gemacht und fanden die Gegend insgesamt reizvoll. Vielen Dank für das Teilen dieses besonderen Ortes.
