We really enjoyed our stay at Margherita’s house. It’s very cozy, well equipped, comfy beds, and perfect location. We loved our walk to San Teodoro (up the hill) which we did almost daily, and of course the beach which is a stone throw away. Also well located to go to some other nice beaches, only a 15 min drive. Gianfranco was super friendly and helpful, he was playing with our 2 year old and he was calling him “grandpa” and laughing all the time so he loved him too! We will definitely be returning :).

Очень понравились апартаменты! Отличное расположение для исследования северо-восточной части Сардинии. Очень красивый пляж в 10 минутах ходьбы! Зона барбекю, чудесная терраса! В доме было все необходимое, даже зонтик для пляжа. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Обязательно вернёмся в эти апартаменты, когда в следующий раз будем посещать Сардинию.

Super extérieur, maison fonctionnelle et spacieuse, proche du centre ville.

Great, little place in the beautiful area of San Teodoro. Very close to Cinta Beach and most restaurants, while still feeling quite secluded from the buzzing downtown with a small garden outside. We visited at the end of October which is probably the last week of the year to go before off season sets in. Carlo, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. And the place has everything needed for a short stay in Sardinia. Only drawbacks was that while the place technically has a bed and a fold out couch, the couch is not a pleasant place to sleep for more than a couple of nights.

Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig kurz. Im September war der Strand wenig belegt, der Zugang zum Wasser recht flach (kindgerecht) und die Gastgeber haben Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir konnten unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang unter einem großen Zeltdach essen, lesen, spielen sowie unsere Wäsche aufhängen (Waschmaschine steht im Haus zur Verfügung) und auch unser Auto abstellen, abgesichert durch ein Gartentor. Kleine, praktisch-funktionale Küchenzeile mit Gasherd, ausreichend Geschirr, zwei Duschen/Toiletten plus Außendusche, was nach dem Strandgang günstig zum "Entsanden" ist. Ruhige Wohnlage in einer Reihenhaussiedlung. Die Gastgeber haben einen süßen kleinen Hund und eine junge Katze, im Wohnviertel leben Pfaue und Sittiche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Doris. L'endroit est calme et apaisant. La maison est propre, confortable, très bien située, très bien équipée, tout est bien pensé: la vaisselle, les ventilateurs, les moustiquaires aux fenêtres...L'accueil a été chaleureux! Merci Doris 🤗

Vacanza bellissima, appartamento confortevole, curato, non manca davvero nulla, come a casa propria. Molto piacevole il giardino ed il portico, un piacere per gli occhi. in pochi minuti si raggiungono le spiagge più belle di San Teodoro. Host sig.ra Tania gentilissima così come la sua collaboratrice Marika, sono venute incontro alle nostre necessità con gentilezza ed attenzione. Da tornarci! Consiglio pienamente questa struttura.

Il giardino esterno , veranda e tavolo è sicuramente la parte che valorizza l'intero appartamento ; di grandi dimensioni , estremamente comodo. Patrizia dimostra tutta la sua ospitalità e veracità sarda; sempre pronta a dare consigli e aiuti utili con la massima tempestività Posizione strategica per visionare tutte le spiagge di costa REI e Villasimius

Manuella nous a reçu très chaleureusement. le logement était impeccable et le cadre au delà de nos espérances. L'ensemble du séjour s'est très bien passé et Manuella a su répondre à toutes nos questions très rapidement et très efficacement. Manuella a vraiment pensé à tout lorsqu'elle a créé cet endroit et le séjour est plus qu'agrable. tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et la qualité de l'accueil est plus que top. Nous reviendrons probablement voir Manuella et profiter de son appartement et de son cadre. Nous recommandons à 1000% cette hôte et son logement ;)

Super séjour, Fabrizio et Adrianna sont très agréables et tres réactif. Quant au logement, rien à redire, propreté excellent, la literie excellent. Il y a tous le nécessaire pour le séjour, machine à laver, sèche linge, la terrasse très agréable. Concernant la localisation, pour notre part c’était très bien pour visiter toute la Sardaigne du Sud Honnêtement, tout est parfait. Encore un grand merci à vous 🙏🏼

Bra lugnt läge. Fantastisk utsikt. Man har allt som man behöver. Mycket smala trappor och gångar upp till lägenheten. Bil är ett måste och jag undrar hur kommer det bli på sommaren för att AC inte finns. Super bra värd men vi fick aldrig någon kaka som alla andra skriver om 😉😎! Hur som helst! Mycket prisvärt!

Logement très agréable et très bien équipé. Des provisions étaient présents à notre arrivée. Et propriétaire très réactif, je recommande sans problème.

Abbiamo passato due notti nell’alloggio di Roberto ed era incredibile. Pulito, ordinato e molto bello. Dotato di tutti i comfort e in ottima posizione nel centro della città. Lo consiglierò certamente e ci tornerei volentieri anche io stesso con mia moglie. Non mancava niente, anzi ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di vino che non abbiamo consumato solo perché siamo astemi, ma è un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Jonathans Haus im authentischen Bergdorf Cuglieri ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Es wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und eingerichtet, und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zuhause. Zuerst befürchteten wir, dass die vier Stockwerke etwas anstrengend sein könnten. Doch bald zeigte sich, dass wir sowieso die meiste Zeit auf dem Stockwerk mit Küche und Wohnzimmer verbrachten. Die einzelnen Räume sind sehr grosszügig, und man fühlt sich nie eingeengt. Im Haus finden sich alle Utensilien, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist umwerfend, und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Johnathan ist der perfekte Gastgeber: Er empfing uns persönlich, zeigte uns das Haus, teilte uns die wichtigsten Informationen mit und war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Ein anfängliches Problem mit dem Wifi löste er trotz Feiertag souverän. Das Haus und die Region sind perfekt geeignet, um eine oder auch zwei Wochen das Leben in den sardischen Bergdorf zu geniessen.

Angela Arianna hat uns sehr nett empfangen uns sogar bei einem Treffpunkt abgeholt weil unser Navigationsgerät versagt hat. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Hat alles was es braucht . Sie hat uns auch feinen Wein und Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüssung hingestellt. Ich hatte wegen Strandsonnenschirme gefragt und und Angela Arianna hat uns gleich 2 Stk zur Verfügung gebracht.Der kleine Aufstell-Pool im gemütlichen Hinterhof perfekt zum Abkühlen oder den Abend ausklingen lassen. Bei der vorderen Veranda mit Weintrauben bedeckt konnten wir direkt naschen. Einzig die Mücken nervten aber das ist Natur aber es hat überall Mückengitter im Haus und Angela Arianna hat tolle Antimückenprodukte deshalb halb so schlimm .Wir haben auch leckere Tipps für Restaurants erhalten. Und mit dem Auto konnten wir alles gut erreichen und super schöne Strände gesehen.Alles in allem es war ein schöner Urlaub .

Bellissima e grande casa con una vista splendida su San Teodoro e sul mare. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è ben attrezzata e dispone anche di aria condizionata e TV in ogni stanza. Michael è super gentile e disponibile, ci ha persino aiutato quando ad alcuni amici è stato cancellato il volo. Consigliato al 100%.

Our stay at Casa di Emi was wonderful! The house has everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Costa Rei. It was great to walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and being so close to the local market! It was great to relax in the patio of the garden. We also loved to have a parking space for our car. Mario and his wife were very kind in welcoming us. They even left us some snacks, drinks and essentials (toilet paper, oil, salt, coffee tabs, even shampoo!!), really rare to find such great hosts! Super recommended!

Maison bien équipée, et très propre à l’arrivée. Federica est très réactive, nous avons pu rajouter une nuit supplémentaire à la dernière minute suite à un souci de véhicule. La voisine, qui nous attendait à l’arrivée est très accueillante et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils La vue extérieure est magnifique C’est très paisible Dans les environs vous trouverez quelques jolies plages et restaurants Toutefois la maison ainsi que la ville en elle même sont assez reculées, vous n’aurez pas de grands supermarchés, de magasins ou foules d’activités balnéaires à proximité Prévoir d’arriver avec de l’eau et des courses Annonce fidèle à la description Nous recommandons

Posto tranquillo lontano dal caos, facile da raggiungere, vicino alla statale di collocamento nord-sud che permette di esplorare in maniera ancora più comoda le innumerevoli spiaggie della zona e collocato in un paese dotato di tutto, compresa pizzeria senza glutine. Alloggio ampio e ben strutturato, comodo ai servizi del paese. l'alloggio è completo di giardino, salottino climatizzato, cucina, due camere climatizzate e due bagni. spazzi interni ampi.

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Stefano war immer zu erreichen und hat uns auch während unseres Aufentshalts gefragt ob alles gut ist. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Standort ist perfekt um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit hier. Sollten wir noch mal nach Sardinien fliegen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schön mitten in Taunaunella gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem super Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohnung an sich ist super ausgestattet und perfekt geeignet für Familien. In einem Radius von ca. 20km sind sehr viele wunderschöne Strände zu gelegen und mehrere Supermärkte sind in Budoni vorhanden (ca. 3km) Francesco als Gastgeber ist ein super Host..Immer zu erreichen, proaktiv und super hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur witerempfehlen.

Super schöne, meernahe, familienfreundliche und toll ausgestattete Wohnung. Claudia und ihr Bruder boten uns darüberhinaus einen tollen Service, sodass uns Wünsche wie eine zweite Bettdecke innerhalb von einer Stunde erfüllt wurden. Total empfehlenswert und jederzeit wieder!

De Bougainviletta is een mooie, rustige plek waar vandaan je de omgeving kunt ontdekken. Tussen de mooiste stranden van Sardinië in. Communicatie met host Cristina is super. Er ontbrak ons aan niets. Er stond zelfs een flesje wijn klaar bij aankomst. En parkeren is gratis! ;)
