A very aesthetically done up home with feel good vibe as soon you enter the place. Wow, really loved each and every corner of it. The lady of the house welcomed us with warmth and freshly baked cake which made it even more special. Very close to the Ferrari Museum..Not to be missed, perfect place to stay.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans la résidence de Paola et Gabriele à la fois pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil, et aussi pour leur appartement qui offre toutes les commodités et de l'espace. Le lieu est calme, le voisinage agréable et l'appartement silencieux, avec la possibilité de se garer à proximité. Une grande cuisine avec tous les accessoires nécessaires, et même du café moulu ! Dans la salle de bain les produits tels que shampooing et gel douche étaient agréables et de qualité.

La residenza dall’ Ara è un appartamento molto fornito e funzionale situato vicino al centro storico di Bologna. Host estremamente cordiale pronto a rispondere a tutte le esigenze, molto disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio fuori dalla struttura. Caldamente consigliata!

Lucia’s flat was a perfect destination for our getaway to Bologna. The flat is warm, comfortable and spacious, the windows are great isolation, if you close them it’s really quiet. Lucia was responsive to any questions we had. The restaurant recommendations were great, we visited 3 restaurants out of them, and they were fantastic. The location is amazing, just a quick walk to the main square, surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. And our favourite was the food market - just couple of minutes walk from the flat. Thinking now when we can come back. Thank you Lucia

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer in einer Unterkunft mit unbeschreiblichem Blick. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass die Unterkunft sehr abgelegen ist. Ruth und ihr Mann waren ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Man fühlt sich sehr nett aufgenommen.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Notre fils de 20 ans a séjourné 4 mois chez Paride dans une chambre propre, claire, très agréable avec un balcon. Une petite cuisine bien équipée pour ses repas, un joli jardin pour facilement garer sa voiture. Une expérience confortable pour lui. Nous sommes venus le voir plusieurs fois et avons dormi dans chacune des deux autres chambres de la maison. Les mêmes qualités de propreté et de confort. Lits et oreillers au top. Logement bien placé pour Bologne Modène Parme avec possibilité de pousser jusque Vérone. Paride anticipe vos attentes avec le sourire. Pas besoin de demander, tout est prêt. Pour les amateurs de petit déjeuner sucré, ne pas hésiter. il est copieux Déposé à la porte de la chambre à l heure demandée, ce service est très agréable. Toute la famille a été enchantée. nous recommandons. Merci Paride.

Ruth was incredibly welcoming and kind. She made me and my family feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. We had a great short stay at 6 Stanco and I'm looking forward to returning on my next trip to Emilia Romagna.

Ho alloggiato da Claudia per 2 notti in occasione della mezza maratona d'Italia a Maranello comodissimo da trovare appena usciti a Modena sud e comodissimo anche per Maranello appartamento è molto grande e tenuto benissimo in cucina c'è tutto l'occorrente sia per cucinare che per fare colazione menzione d'onore al letto perché ho dormito veramente bene

Thank you, Ennio, for a wonderful stay! From personally greeting us at check in (completely around our changing schedule) to restaurant recommendations and even setting up our airport transfer out of Bologna, Ennio was ready and available when we needed him. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our two families and we walked to and from town (about 30 min easy walk) and to/from train station (also 25-30 min) to get to fabulous destinations like Modena, Florence, etc. Don’t let the distance deter you - it’s a wonderful walk, we did it with five teenagers even at night. You can get out of the main town madness but still have access to some restaurants and markets. I would not hesitate to book with Ennio on my next visit to Bologna. We loved our stay!

Caterina is an extremely personable host, very thoughtful and friendly and responsive. She met us to check us in, immediately made a dinner reservation to suit our tastes since we arrived late and hungry after a 24-hour trip, and checked in without being intrusive. The apartment is cheerful, well-furnished, quiet despite being on a busy street (great bus service and very walkable to the historic center), and extremely clean. WiFi was fast and reliable for work, We’d definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay and the best time in Giovanna's place. The apartment was just what we expected and Giovanna gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations that made our stay even better. Thank you Giovanna for your hospitality and speedy answers.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alle foto ed è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ottima, con una fermata del bus molto vicina che permette di spostarsi comodamente. Simona è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!
