Brand new beautiful clean apartment on a quiet street right in the centre of Lucca. A very relaxing place to stay. Recommended.

Viareggio toujours un enchantement, même sous la pluie... L'appartement est idéalement situé en arrière de toute l'agitation et le bruit du front de mer. La résidence est agréable et fonctionnel. Un grand merci à Elia pour sa souplesse, dont je n'ai pas eu besoin au final.

Ho avuto modo di pernottare per tre notti presso l'appartamento di Caterina e Giacomo e l’esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. L’alloggio, nella sua essenzialità, è molto curato e impreziosito da oggetti di design che ho particolarmente apprezzato. La posizione è centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, perfetta per muoversi a piedi senza rinunciare al riposo. Pur essendo inizialmente preoccupato per il parcheggio, ho sempre trovato posto senza alcun problema. Caterina e Giacomo sono stati disponibili e flessibili negli orari di check-in e check-out,e ciò ci ha permesso di godere appieno anche dell’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!

Wir waren 7 Tage in Pescia auf der Anlage von La Cupola Agriturismo und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht und Ruhe sind genau was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchen. Die Nähe zu Nachbar*innen erlaubt es aber auch neue Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

One can't expect better. The apartment is clean and all the amenities mentioned are in working condition. It is very central. Pietrasanta is a nice place with lots to see. It is also well connected with public transport (trains and buses) just 5 minutes from the centre. It is easy to visit places both close and not so close by. Recommended.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

Casina di montagna veramente curata, calda e con tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e con possibilità di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Torneremo sicuramente.

Monica’s home is amazing. Tucked away in a very small village, I felt transported to another, simpler era. Yet, the accommodation included all the modern “necessities”. I loved cooking there, and the morning views post-rainfall were something else. Rent a small car for the journey up the mountain and if you’re not used to those types of roads definitely arrive during the day. Those who’re used to back roads should have no issue. Next time I will return with friends to fill the space and share the meals with.

A beautiful home in peaceful green surroundings. The house had everything we needed for our stay - including very thoughtful touches like umbrellas we could use and a bottle of wine + cake that waited for us, laundry detergent, and more. Igor was a wonderful host - communicative, helpful, and gave us many great recommendations and tips for things to do in the area. He was available for any question and request. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful yard. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

Die Reaktionszeit von Jacopo und Paola auf Anfragen war äusserst prompt. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die gesamte Wohnung sowie ihr Umfeld zeichneten sich durch eine behagliche Atmosphäre und eine ruhige Umgebung aus. Es gab lediglich zwei Aspekte, die uns ein bisschen störten. Nach dem Einschalten der Klima/Wärmeanlage schalteten sich die Lampen wiederholt ein und aus, zudem war die Beleuchtung unzureichend, um das Lesen eines Buches zu ermöglichen. Es lässt sich konstatieren, dass der Wasserdruck in der Dusche als vergleichsweise gering einzustufen ist. Ungeachtet dessen, können wir eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für das Haus aussprechen und würden jederzeit erneut die Unterkunft in Anspruch nehmen.

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property is in the perfect location for accessing all that Barga has to offer, and having this alongside a large garden is far more than you could hope for being in the old town! It’s spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, with everything you would need for your stay. Margot is a fantastic host, she was always quick to respond to any query and keen to make us feel at home. Would definitely like to stay again next time we are in Barga!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

Bright, large and comfortable place in the center of Lucca! Our family of four loved being able to walk to bakeries, pizza and gelato which were all right down the street. This was such a beautiful flat and surrounded by streets that seem straight out of a movie. Do not hesitate to book!

Appartamento molto carino, tranquillo e attrezzato come da descrizione. A piedi si raggiunge il centro di Lucca in 15 minuti, la zona è tranquilla anche di sera, se non si vuole attraversare la stazione c'è un comodo cavalcavia pedonale poco più avanti. Con il treno a soli 600mt abbiamo raggiunto facilmente sia Firenze che Pisa e la macchina è rimasta nel parcheggio davanti alla porta per tutto il tempo.

Elena's place is wonderful, you can easily go visit surroundings and Lucca! The place is very clean and very good equipped with all that you need. Also, the host provide essentials for breakfast(eggs, bread butter, etc) which we appreciate! Thank you Elena for everything!

Wir haben eine tolle Osterwoche in Claudios Wohnung verbracht. Alles war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sehr geräumig, sehr sauber. Auch viele Pflegeprodukte im Bad vorhanden und viele Produkte in der Küche ( Öle, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeetassen, etc.) Claudio ist super freundlich und war stets zu erreichen. Er wohnte im Haus in der oberen Etage und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn es mal ein Problem gab. Die Umgebung ist super ruhig und der riesige Garten sehr schön. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Und wenn man den Pool noch nach Ausflügen zur Entspannung nutzen kann, ein Traum. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen und würden selber auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen.
