We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

Wonderful place! We loved the view and stunning view of Lucca. The reception was incredibly helpful as well. They helped us book a taxi for the wedding we were attending.

Die Unterkunft ist super, wenn man einen ruhigen Ort im Grünen zum Abschalten sucht! Wir waren im April dort, aber wenn im Sommer dann auch der Pool zur Verfügung steht, ist es bestimmt noch besser und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Daniela als Gastgeberin ist super nett und immer schnell erreichbar.

L' alloggio di Marco è unico nel suo genere, una casetta dotata di tutto sopra allo stabilimento balneare, proprio sulla spiaggia, offre la possibilità di mangiare nella propria terrazza privata guardando il mare, l' ottimo ristorante (pesce eccellente!!) proprio a lato dello stabilimento offre il servizio di portarti i piatti del ristorante a casa propria!!! Federico e Giuseppe sono stati eccezionali, sempre pronti e sorridenti come tutto lo staff di Marco,davvero impareggiabili, l' host inoltre si è dimostrato incredibilmente flessibile per ogni tipo di situazione davvero da 6 stelle! Wunderbares toskanisches Appartment in sehr schöner Umgebung. Einmaliges Grundstück rund um die historische Villa Guinigi mit herrlichem Blick auf Lucca. Toller Pool und Park. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und mit viel Geschmack und hochwertig eingerichtet. Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. An der Rezeption wird einem mit allem geholfen und es gibt gekühlten Spumante und Wein. Matteos Vater hat uns empfangen und die Geschichte der Guinigis erzählt und viele tolle Tipps für Lucca gegeben. Toll war auch, dass es wir in der Wohnung gekühltes Wasser, Weine und ein paar Snacks hatten. Vielen Dank für alles!

prima Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ideal wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, weil gute Verkehrsanbindung und viele Parkplätze

Location meravigliosa: il nostro appartamento era molto accogliente e corrispondente alla descrizione fornita; il parco e la piscina della villa sono molto curati; i proprietari sono altrettanto disponibili e ci hanno dato consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività della zona. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per chi è in cerca di una piccola oasi in cui staccare un po' la spina! Rapporto prezzo/qualità del servizio giusto.

This is the place. Stay Here...!!!... We've been to Lucca a few times and by far this Airbnb is tops. Perfect location to put you in the heart of things but off the street enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The living room is huge and relaxing is easy. Steps away from espresso shops and too many restaurants to count. We found free parking outside the walls without problem. Check in was so easy with the host providing step by step pictures of how to get in... And to have an elevator is such a plus for tired legs. Book it here!

Non lascio mai commenti per hotel e ristoranti, ma questa esperienza merita qualche minuto per sottolineare l’impegno e la disponibilità di Mauro e Davide, persone squisite e oltremodo gentili. Addirittura ci hanno invitato una sera per permetterci di vedere la partita in tv. Fidatevi a occhi chiusi, un’esperienza ed un ambiente al top. Grazie ancora per l’eccezionale ospitalità.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. è stato proprio come essere a casa, ma al mare!!l'appartamento dotato di tutti i confort ed accessoriato veramente di qualsiasi cosa, la posizione strepitosa!!una volta attraversata la strada si è sulla passeggiata e a piedi si può comodamente arrivare dappertutto. Io ho due bimbi piccoli e nell'appartamento ho trovato tutti i confort anche per loro...stoviglie, lettino,lenzuola ecc...inoltre la comunicazione con Agnese, co host di Davide, è stata davvero sempre reattiva, molto amichevole e utile a goderci al massimo il nostro soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Echt een prachtige plek om te verblijven! Het appartement is erg mooi en praktisch ingericht. Bedden zijn fijn met mooi beddengoed. Mocht je van design houden, dan zie je dat ook terug. De tuin is erg mooi aangelegd met oog voor details, je kunt er leuk en relaxt zitten. Onze dochter van 6 jaar vond het ook erg leuk, ook door de huis poezen en de vissen in de vijver. De locatie is ca. 10 min rijden vanaf centrum Lucca. Pisa en andere mooie steden kun je binnen 30-60 min met auto ook goed bezoeken. De zee is 3 min rijden. Giulio had leuke tips voor de omgeving, doe ook zeker hun restaurant aan - Osteria Gandalla - ook een pracht plek en heerlijk gegeten.

We hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad. Het appartement is mooi ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is perfect, dichtbij strand en boulevard. De verhuurder is attent, behulpzaam en reageert snel.

Claudia è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, da subito si è attivata per darci indicazioni e consigli. È stata flessibile con gli orari e ci ha permesso di organizzare in tutta libertà la nostra piccola gita di famiglia. Ci ha dato consigli sui luoghi della zona ed è stata carinissima con la nostra bambina. L'alloggio era perfetto, pulito e accogliente, bellissimo spazio fuori, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ideale per un momento di relax. Abbiamo apprezzato i diversi comfort disponibili, la possibilità di farci un caffè appena alzati e gli spuntini per la mattina che Claudia ci ha lasciato. Un grande grazie a lei e alla sua adorabile canina Molly, dal pelo morbidissimo ✨ Splendida esperienza, speriamo di tornare presto! ❤️

What a wonderful time we had ☺️🙏 Serena and her family are very kind. The house is comfortable, quiet, very private and just adorable. They are masters of gardening 👌👌👌 We had an amazing week here and will come back when we visit Tuscany again some day! Thanks a lot! Just beautiful

Es war eine tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung, allerdings spielten Abends Kinder noch sehr laut vor der Tür und die Glocken von der Kirche muss man auch ertragen können. Ansonsten war es aber wirklich gut.

Magnifique villa sur une colline, avec vue imprenable sur la côte. La maison est charmante. Le mobilier est un peu ancien , mais fonctionnel. Une salle de bain individuelle pour chaque chambre. Possibilité de loger à 12 personnes (8 dans la maison principale et 2x2 personnes dans deux petites annexes avec cuisine et salles de bain) Belle et grande piscine, bien entretenue (malheureusement la cascades visible sur les photos ne fonctionne plus). Court de tennis privé, ancien, mais fonctionnel. Un petit paradis pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. Les points négatifs: - la communication quant à la réception de la clé n’était pas du tout claire. Ce qui était un peu angoissant. Au final, une personne a pris contact avec nous le jour j par sms, et tout s’est bien passé. - les importants frais de nettoyage à 820€ obligatoires à ajouter au pris de la location. - la situation retirée de la maison est agréable, mais nécessite l’utilisation d’une voiture pour les déplacements.

Die Unterkunft und ihre Vermieter haben uns einige unvergessliche Urlaubsmomente gezaubert. Es war die sauberste Wohnung die wir je hatten. Wir haben einen unvergesslichen Pizza-Party Abend bekommen, an dem wir im Hauseigenen Pizzaofen selbst Pizza gebacken haben. Danach haben wir die Sterne im Jaccuzi genossen. Die Betten samt Kopfkissen möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft nahe Lucca ❤️

The house was lovely and very comfortable. It’s a lovely place next to a garage and surrounded by fields of sunflowers and grapes. The garage is small and means there is plenty of space for parking. The back yard was really lovely and playful. We enjoyed the proximity to Lucca and all the surrounding vineyards. I highly recommend this house for people traveling with a car. It was very nice to pull right up and be able to park.
