In November we harvest the olives. Between June and August you can have unforgettable tastings at sunset. In summer you can make beautiful visits to the vineyards and maybe you can help bottle the wine. On some days of the year it is also possible to taste the wines from the barrels with our winemaker who, upon request, will explain the secrets of winemaking to you. If you love balsamic vinegar we will let you know its history. You will also discover the incredible flavors of white truffle infused in our extra virgin olive oil. If you want to have a bottle with your label, let me know your name 12 hours in advance; you will choose the wine here. You can also sleep in our apartments with swimming pool. According with the season you can be part of the works in the vineyards or in in the cellar. All the seasons are good to visit us, obviously from March to November you can see the colours of our hills. very suggested September during the grape harvest, March, when we prune the vines and we press the dried grapes for the dessert wine Vin Santo, November when we pick the olives and we crush them. My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. We will show you how to clean truffles and prepare typical truffle recipes, such as crostini al tartufo, tagliatelle al tartufo, and more.

When all the people of the Group arrive at the winery, they have to know each other to create the right atmosphere and friendship and i'll explain how consist the wine-experience. In the beginning,I'll explain how we work organically and how we produce excellent grapes. After you'll discover 3 different cellars, The Vinsantaia, the place where the Vinsanto (dessert wine) is made, La Tinaia where the Chianti DOCG and SuperTuscan ferment and the last is the Barriccaia, a 200 years old cellar totally underground, where the wine age in french oak barrell. At the end you'll taste 5 different wines with typical salami, prosciutto, pecorino cheese, bruschetta with fresh tomato from our organic garden and cantuccini cookies. If you have any food restrictions/allergy, please let me know in advance. You'll jump into the journey of a professional winemaker. You'll be full involved in the wine-experience, lots of information and at the end of the experience you have lots of great memories, good knowledge about wines and lots of smile on your face. Buongiorno, sono Matteo ragazzo di origine Ligure, laureato in scienze ambientali ad indirizzo marino con la passione per il mare e tutto ciò che lo circonda. Offro uscite private sulla costa nord dell'Isola d'Elba. Si possono fare diversi tipi di esperienze: mezza giornata indicativamente dalle 9.30 alle 12.30 , giornata intera 10.00 alle 16.00 e aperitivi al tramonto con il sole che cala in mare. Vieni a scoprire calette nascoste e inaccessibili dalla costa, bagni in luoghi mozzafiato, racconti sulla storia dell'Elba dai pirati a Napoleone alla seconda guerra mondiale... La mia barca è un gozzo tutto in teak di 8 metri, comodo, sicuro e unico! La mia passione per il mare renderà la tua esperienza diversa da tutte le altre presenti all'Isola. La mia attività si chiama "Il paradiso dei delfini isola d'Elba" non vi resta che partecipare! Inoltre per chi arriva a Portoferraio con la crociera, posso prenderlo direttamente al molo! Molto comodo e non hai bisogno di raggiungermi con i trasporti pubblici.

L'attività è un'introduzione alle immersioni con il supporto bombole o Scuba Diving. Si terrà una veloce ma esplicativa lezione sulle tecniche per immergersi con le bombole e tutte le nozioni di sicurezza. Successivamente sarà fornita l'attrezzatura necessaria, provata e studiato il funzionamento, infine ci sarà un'uscita con la barca per raggiungere una delle più belle zone d'immersione dell'isola (all'interno del Parco Nazionale) per effettuare una vera e propria immersione accompagnati 1 a 1 da un esperto istruttore subacqueo. L'emozione di respirare sott'acqua e la bellezza dei fondali e della vita marina che si incontrerà renderà questa esperienza unica. Truffle hunt in Etrurian coast
We will leave the cars in a public parking lot, in the old country village, and start our walk to reach the top of a hill along ancient Etruscan paths in the Mediterranean forest. My trusted 4-legged companion "Dori or Rosco" will be guiding us, looking for traces of the precious truffle! From the top of the hill we will admire the landscape, the hinterland of the high Maremma, the hills of Livorno / Pisa and the wonderful Etruscan coast, and if the sky is clear, we can also see many islands of the Tuscan island also of the island of Corsica.
