Marco is a very friendly and helpful host. Our late arrival was no problem for him. Even though Marco only speaks Italian, communication was easy. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything you need. Thank you Marco 🙂

A place with views of lake Como and the backdrop of mountains. Every room had a balcony (one balcony shared by three rooms and other two to the other side) and the views from every corner was very picturesque. The place looks very new and had everything you need. Definitely worth staying and we will return if we are in the area again.

We hebben erg genoten. het zwembad was top, mochten tot laat zwemmen. Uitzicht was geweldig. Het gebouw zelf kan wel een kleurtje gebruiken. Omgeving was prachtig!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Mandello. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und schön, alles da, was man braucht. Am See hat es uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, aber in den Bergen kann man wunderbar wandern, direkt von der Haustür los.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Gravedona ist sehr hübsch und sehr ruhig, trotz Hochsaison. Parken war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung ist zum Kochen gut ausgestattet, allerdings waren Salz und Öl nicht vorhanden. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist da aber keine Filter. Es gibt auch keinen Schwamm und kein Spülmittel. Spültabs aber schon. Toaster und Fön haben wir auch vermisst. An sich nicht schlimm, waren in der Beschreibung aber angegeben. Wohnung allgemein aber sehr zu empfehlen.

The location offers amazing views from both the balcony and the backyard. You step into the backyard, and after just a minute of walking, you’re near the lake—so beautiful. The apartment was clean, and everything we needed was provided (we brought our own soap and shampoo). It was a nice touch that there were a few bottles of water—really appreciated it. The apartment is spacious, and the WiFi worked well. The checkin instructions were clear. The only downside, as mentioned in previous reviews, is that the bedroom window faces the road, and motorcycles can be loud at night. But we were aware of that. However, if you sleep well or use earplugs, it won’t be an issue when the windows are closed. Maurizia was very kind to us and helped resolve a situation with a train cancellation, as we needed to be in Milan on time. I truly appreciate this act of kindness.

Теплый прием. По приезду нам были предоставлены охлажденные напитки и угощение, очень мило. Мы замечательно провели время в этом прекрасном доме. Сам дом хорошо оборудован, что сделало наше пребывание комфортным. Спокойное место обеспечило идеальный отдых с потрясающим видом с террасы на долину и спокойной атмосферой. Иванна всегда на связи, помощь и забота для нас. Мы выбирали место исходя из того, что к посещению было запланировано несколько мест- Milan, Komo, Lecco, Bellagio, Bergamo, Belvedere Parco Valentino. Идеально для однодневных поездок . Так же очень удобно, что в этом же доме расположен ресторан с великолепным видом на долину. Спасибо за гостеприимство, Иванна.

Superbe logement en pleine nature dans un havre de paix ! Silvano est un hôte très accueillant et réactif dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu le rencontrer. Idéal aussi pour nos amis les chiens 🐶

Liebe Yvonne, Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir hatten alles was brauchen in der Wohnung. Der große, umzäunte Garten war für unseren kleinen Sohn toll. Er konnte alleine raus und Fußballspielen. Yvonnes Enkel war noch ein plus als toller Mitspieler. Yvonne hat immer schnell auf fragen reagiert. Die Lage ist super, toller Blick, aber nicht zu hoch, so dass man schnell auf der Hauptstraße ist. Große Supermärkte und ein schattiger kinderfreundlicher Strand 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Yvonne war sehr fürsorglich und wenn wir noch mal an den comersee fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Stefanie, Robin und F

Nous ne sommes arrivés qu'en fin de journée, mais le logement était impeccable, propre ! Le garage privé est un vrai plus. Le lit est très confortable, nous nous sommes bien reposés. Merci Silvana !

My stay at Mariano’s was perfect, I wish I had stayed longer! Marino was unbelievably helpful in every way, he truly wants you to be able to experience and enjoy your time in his town. It is super peaceful and more quiet than the more touristy areas but just as beautiful. The house is even better than the pictures and has a great view of the lake from the upstairs balcony. It was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be staying here again if I make it back to this area in the future!

Everything about this stay was more then perfect, the view was incredible and worth staying here for this alone! having both parking spots was handy, bed was incredibly comfortable, one of the best showers I’ve used, communication and recommendations are the best we’ve ever experienced from a host, they made a great trip even better, The walk into the town is fine, very scenic and chose to do it on a couple of occasions. Couldn’t recommend this place and host enough, already looking trying to stay here again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, die Aussicht ist perfekt. Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter aber selbst so, traten wir uns im Haus nicht auf den Füssen herum:-) Eine Garderobe für Jacken fehlt aber wir wussten uns zu helfen:-) Die matratzen sind nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Rückenschmerzen. Da lässe sich sicher noch was verbessern.

Het is een zeer fijn verblijf. De aankomst is prima geregeld en de informatie die je nodig hebt is op tijd. Het huis zelf is schoon en prima ingericht. Buiten is het echter nog beter, veel ruimte en een mooi zwembad. Het uitzicht is super! Ik ben zelf te lang om binnen onder de douche te staan maar de douchecabine bij de sauna in het achterste deel van het complex is prima! De oprit is steil maar geen probleem, de auto staat veilig en droog. Serena is een goed gastvrouw, vriendelijk en reageert snel. Haar vader woont op de bovenverdieping, vertrekt vroeg en komt laat terug. Is overigens een erg gezellig en vriendelijk man waarmee je heel goed even een gezellig praatje mee kan houden. Al met al een goed adres voor een ontspannen vakantie. Een aanrader. Nogmaals bedankt Serena en Henry

séjour agréable dans un environnement beau, propre et calme. Je recommande. Mandello un peu à l écart du flot de touristes donc calme et reposant mais avec toutes les commodités (supermarché, boulangerie, restaurant...) Peu de transports en bateau pour bellagio ou menaggio, mais avec un peu d organisation on y arrive, sinon on prend le train, et au pire la voiture.

Fue una estancia muy tranquila, y María fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Además el piso era muy bonito y acogedor.

Massimo ed Elena sono stati dall’inizio molto gentili e disponibili. La casa era ben curata e pulita e mi sono trovata molto bene. Ottima posizione soprattutto per chi vuole trascorrere un fine settimana nei pressi delle piste di Bobbio, facilmente raggiungibili in una decina di minuti in macchina. Consigliatissimo!

Jesica était très gentille et réactive, de bon conseil pour les restaurants ou lieux de baignade avec le chien. Bel appartement climatisé et très confortable, joliment décoré. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir lâcher le chien dans le jardin ou la cour maïs beaucoup d’espaces dans les environs pour le promener. Petite ville peu attrayante avec beaucoup de bâtiments désaffectés, mais localisation très pratique et commode. Grand garage sécurisé.

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte bei John. Seine Mutter ist eine sehr nette und kommunikative Person die einen sehr gut betreut. Sie hat viele Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wirklich alles was inseriert wird ist auch vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderbar.

Die Unterkunft im obersten Stockwerk eignet sich für große Gruppen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist großartig.

Appartamento in posizione stragetica con una vista spettacolare sul lago di Como. La proprietaria ci ha fornito ogni minimo dettaglio per la posizione, per effettuare il check in e per assisterci al meglio per ogni domanda . Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto anche trovare un aperitivo di benvenuto e il necessario per la colazione. Super consigliato!

Incredible place, looks just like on the pictures. Not the cheapest option in the area, but definitely worth every penny. Fantastic host, responsive and willing to help at any time. Perfect view and amenities - just perfect.
