Wonderful spot right in the heart of Montepulciano. Giorgio is an excellent and responsive, helpful host. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Montepulciano.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

We had a wonderful weekend at Mery’s house! She is the sweetest, helpful attentive host! 5 stars is not high enough for her home and hospitality. Walking to the town, restaurants, etc was a bonus! Must stay!!

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Cristiana e Marcello sono realmente due superhost, gentilissimi, sempre disponibile e velocissimi nel fornire preziosissime informazioni. La casa è perfetta sia per la sua localizzazione, sia per gli accessori di cui l'hanno dotata. Non manca niente e la sensazione è veramente quella di essere a casa propria. Ottima per viaggiare con bambini, anche piccoli, sempre grazie alla cura e alla precisione dei proprietari di casa. Zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima a tutto quello che può essere utile in vacanza (servizi e ristoranti). Super consigliato.

La casa ha tutti i comfort e l’ ho trovata molto pulita. Purtroppo abbiamo trascorso solo una notte quindi non abbiamo potuto apprezzare al meglio l’ ampia area esterna con zona lavanderia e zona barbecue. Raffaele è stato molto gentile disponibile. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Nice place and of course the view is awesome. Decent restaurants around. We had some trouble with the air conditioner and we needed to clean the filter on both of them so they wouldn’t cut out due to overheating. The place is missing a few items to really stand out: tea towel in the kitchen (as someone else has mentioned), maybe a French press do you make more than one tiny cup at a time. There was a bit of stress around the parking since someone had parked in our spot and we needed to pay for a few hours while it left.

We were welcomed with a walk through of the apartment and were able to ask any questions. We got recommendations for food nearby and very generous and thoughtful maps with a breakdown of where to park in Siena if you are visiting by car. All in all it was beautiful, I forgot to ask about the washing machine but it worked amazing, after watching some videos, we were able to freshen up halfway through our 2 week trip. Grazie mille for a very beautiful and peaceful stay!

Rocky's home is incredible. It is so peaceful and relaxing, and the sunsets from the yard are stunning! Our family spent the week here and we loved it. We loved our day trips to Pienza and Montalcino, and a visit to a local farm, but returning to the villa in the afternoon was magical. I would not hesitate to come back or to recommend this place!

Pasamos una semana increíble en la casa de Pietro. La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y es preciosa. El paisaje y la situación de la casa es increíble, lleno de naturaleza y muy cerca del pueblo. Espero poder volver otra vez con mi familia. Muy recomendable para vivir una experiencia en la Toscana!.

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, super Küche, sehr schöne Terrasse, sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende vor-Ort-Betreuung, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin, würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

séjour absolument parfait. La maison est magnifique, avec beaucoup de charme et meublée avec goût. Simone est un hôte, souriant, extrêmement serviable, de bons conseils pour les restaurants et les activité. le jardin autour de la maison est sublime. la maison est au calme, dans une verdure chatoyante. nous recommandons cet endroit!!!

Sabrina host davvero gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa ben fornita e pulita. L’alloggio si trova due passi dal mare e dalle vie centrali. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è sentita come a casa Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente!

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Mariella meet us at the house at the agreed upon time, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was more gorgeous than the photos showed. It was a privilege to stay there. You can tell that an artist owns this home by how beautifully she decorated it. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils . There was a well stocked grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away. We tried two excellent restaurants in town and had drinks at the friendly town bar right outside the medieval gate. The town of Montefollonico is close to other hill towns and a lovely thermal hot springs. The town is one of the most beautiful hill towns that we've seen anywhere. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Multipulciano. I was worrying about the lack of windows but it did not matter and the view we did have was spectacular. Very clean, very helpful from Alex. Marveled at the history inside the apartment. Definitely put love and care in to it.

We had a lovely time at Luca’s property! The apartment itself was fresh, clean and had amazing sunset views over the countryside. We were walking distance to all the best shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Excellent loft apartment, nicely decorated, fantastic town along the Via Francigena. Viviana welcomed us on arrival and kindly adapted to our changing arrival time - thank you!
