Rocky's home is incredible. It is so peaceful and relaxing, and the sunsets from the yard are stunning! Our family spent the week here and we loved it. We loved our day trips to Pienza and Montalcino, and a visit to a local farm, but returning to the villa in the afternoon was magical. I would not hesitate to come back or to recommend this place!

Das Haus war sehr schön und traumhaft in der Natur gelegen. Sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Margherita est très accueillante, de bons conseils pour les incontournables de la région, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, literie confortable, maison spacieuse et bien agencée, une piscine splendide avec vue (environ 20m de long), beaucoup de transat, la climatisation partout. Alors oui, le chemin de terre pour y accéder peut paraître long parfois mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité. Seul bémol, le risque d'avoir des voisins bruyants à l'étage inférieur ou supérieur (que nous avons eu pendant 3j).

Als je hier verblijft, waan je je in een schilderij, zo mooi is dit huisje gelegen in de bergen! Lucca is echt super aardig en grappig. Hij verteld een hoop. Het restaurant wat ze runnen is ook prima, en goed eten! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Wij raden dit huisje zeker aan!

Wir hatten als neunköpfige Familiengruppe eine wunderbare Zeit in Guidos Haus. Die Lage ist traumhaft: inmitten eines Naturreservats mit Vogelgezwitscher und ganz privat. Es gibt so viele schöne Orte in nächster Nähe zu besuchen und Guido hat uns von Anfang an mit tollen Empfehlungen versorgt. Überhaupt ist Guido ein großartiger Gastgeber: freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und absolut zuverlässig. Der Kontakt war für uns alle ein Vergnügen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Beatiful house with everything you need. The house was really clean, and it has all the amenities you need. The contact with Andrea was good. In the surroundings there is not much to do, but if you are looking for peace and quite, and you don't mind driving a bit for activities, this is the perfect place.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The place is quite secluded and beautiful. The furniture makes you feel like you are staying in a castle. Barbara was very accommodating and held all matters promptly, was staying in touch and overall very reliable. Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Laura e Alberto sono due persone estremamente gentili e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno accolto benissimo preparandoci pane e marmellata fatti in casa. Il giorno dopo l’arrivo hanno preparato una pasta tipica toscana che ci hanno gentilmente offerto. Sempre pronti a consigliare posti da visitare. Anche Amelie è stata una parte fondamentale del nostro soggiorno🐶 Consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi e visitare una parte della Toscana.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in una delle casette del granaio. La struttura è immersa nella campagna della Maremma dove regnano la pace e i suoni della natura. A pochi minuti di distanza negozi di verdura, prodotti tipici e supermercati. Le spiaggia vicine sono comodamente raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto e adatte alle famiglie. Gli host ci hanno consigliato spiagge, ristoranti e attività da fare nei pressi della struttura. La casetta è arredata semplicemente ma tutto è perfettamente funzionante e funzionale, il giardinetto di cui dispone ogni appartamento è delizioso, fresco e pieno di fiori. Per noi è stata una soluzione ideale per poter esplorare la zona e avere la privacy e la tranquillità che cercavamo per le nostre vacanze.

Rodolfo e Maria sono persone garbate ed accoglienti, la loro presenza è fatta di cura e discrezione. Inoltre, il loro podere è immerso nella bellezza e nella pace. La Maremma meno conosciuta è stata una scoperta che raccomando. Tutto incantevole. Cristina

Abbiamo passato un bel weekend in compagnia tra amici. Location splendida, casa con tutto il necessario per godersi gli spazi comuni interni ed esterni. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Non esitate a chiedere consigli sulla zona, le dritte dell’host sono valse un’ottima cena ed una visita alla bellissima Pitigliano! Conto di ritornare se ripasserò in zona!

La estancia en el alojamiento de Manuela ha sido inmejorable. El lugar es absolutamente maravilloso y el apartamento muy cómodo y acogedor. Manuela es una gran anfitriona, siempre pendiente, amable y atenta.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daphne's place. It is set amongst beautiful manicured gardens, a large pool (which was covered due to seasons end), a tennis court and the views across the Tuscan landscape are incredible. The apartment itself was immaculate and looked better than the photos. It is well appointed, spotlessly clean and modern. We found Montefollonico to be quieter than other tourist destinations and it's a short walk/drive from the residence. It too is beautiful and charming. There's only one Grocery store specializing in Tuscan products and more, It catered for pretty much all we needed. There's also a pharmacy, a quaint bar and a restaurant that was surprisingly good, and the owner is quite the character, in a good way :). Montepulciano is a short 15 or so minute drive away. Having a car is a must unless you just want to spend quality time away from everything and relax in a most beautiful, tranquil and private setting. Thank you Daphne, we loved our stay.

Agrotourismo Pino di Sopra is a beautiful set of rooms in a peaceful part of Tuscany off the beaten track. The house is set up as two apartments and two double rooms, so perfect for two families sharing or a group of friends where you can all have your own space. The pool is large and suitable for kids and adults alike. I would highly recommend staying here. Our only negative was that the host told us we had to communicate off platform with the key holders (owners) which I was uncomfortable with. I had trouble getting in touch with the key holders and the hosts did not respond to my messages for assistance or offer any support with this. Once I made contact via SMS the owners were very helpful and responsive. It there was undue stress in the lead up to our trip.

Nous sommes très contents, de ce séjour et nous avons passé un très bon moment avec de très bon échanges.

First of all, I need to say we had a wonderful time here. The house and the location are more than we could have imagined. To wake up in the morning and see hares and deer in the garden, as the mist rolls over the hills, well.... you understand why Tuscany became a cliche. It's exactly what you see in the photos, what you'd expect, and then a whole lot more. The hosts were very helpful, and very quick to answer questions and queries. And the area is sublime. The house is tidy and spacious and great for a large family, or even 2 small families. One or two things you should be aware of. First off, the house is literally off the beaten track. Waze sent us the wrong route, so I'd recommend using Google Maps. Second, you will need to stock the kitchen. There's literally nothing - no olive oil, salt, coffee, nada. And to be honest, why should there be? There's supermarket 7 minutes away that has almost everything you'll need. But overall? Perfect. We're already planning to go back.

Posto perfetto, Podere accogliente, perfetto per rilassarsi anche in inverno.

La Selvolina is een geweldige plek om te relaxen en te genieten van de omgeving, maar ook van het heerlijke zwembad. Het huis is fijn, de keuken heel volledig. Alles is aanwezig voor een heerlijk verblijf. Bij vragen werd er altijd snel en heel vriendelijk gereageerd, wat we als heel prettig en welkom ervaren hebben. La Selvolina is een heerlijk rustige plek, ongeveer 30 minuten lopen (berg op) of 5 minuten per auto naar Roccastrada. Met wat geluk zie je reeën in de tuin en hoor je ‘s nachts de uilen. Het is wel raadzaam om een SUV te hebben, omdat de weg niet verhard is.

Die Anreise ist abenteuerlich. Dort angekommen findet man aber einen tollen Fleck Erde, denn das Haus von Savina & Riccardo ist eine echte Perle. Toller Ausblick, ruhig und privat. Am besten man packt sich ein bisschen Proviant ein, kauft vielleicht noch einen guten Wein & Käse vom eigenen Biohof der beiden und lässt es sich gut gehen. Savina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hilft gerne bei allen Fragen via WApp. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Markt, der das Nötigste hat. Es lohnt sich aber, noch mal in einem größeren Supermarkt Halt zu machen. Wer seinem Auto die Fahrt zum Ferienhaus nicht zutraut, der wird auch zu dem ca. 2 km entfernten Anwesen gebracht. Die erste Ab- und Auffahrt waren wild, aber man gewöhnt sich dran und unser Mercedes Vito hat’s gepackt. Highlight war definitiv das Wein Tasting und die tollen Produkte ihres Biohofs :)
