Cosy and clean apartment, well equipped for longer stays. The communication with host Annalisa was perfect, she helped us many times. I can only recommend.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Lage - echt optimal - diese ist unmittelbar beim Strand wo auch ein Spielplatz vorzufinden ist. Parkplatz ist auch im Quartier an der Straße knapp 50 m entfernt - bei der Anreise kann mann unmittelbar vor dem Hauseingang halten und gemütlich das Gepäck ausladen. Rose und Paulo sind top organisiert und sehr hilfsbereit, echt tolle Personen und TOP Gastgeber ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder - sicherlich in der Nebensaison, da die Gegend dann sehr entspannt ist.

Amazing apartment we had a lovely time stayed whilst visiting family. Very clean, comfortable and great facilities. Easy check in rang when we were 20 mins away and met at apartment. Lots of personal touches and supply of clean towels would definitely recommend

Check-in was a breeze! The host, Elaine, provided clear instructions, making it easy to find and access the property. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The property had the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The neighborhood's felt safe and pleasant. Elaine was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Highly recommend staying here.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment the past few days. From the first contact, it was noticeable how friendly and accessible the hosts is 🙂 We were warmly welcomed and immediately given useful information about the area. The apartment itself is equipped with all the necessary comforts. In addition, the location is ideal: a short distance from shops, the beach, ... and from here you can easily discover the more spacious surroundings. In short: a perfect place for those looking for relaxation, comfort and hospitality. We're already looking forward to another visit!

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Svetlana war hervorragend. Sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht, auch für meine 2-jährige Tochter: Es gab einen Kindersessel, Strandspielzeug, ein Kinderbadetuch, und das Bett für die dritte Person auf dem Sofa war bereits vorbereitet. Das Apartment war makellos sauber, und die Möbel wirkten noch sehr neu und gepflegt. Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Waschmaschine und der Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, die Badewanne war auch ein Pluspunkt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur einen Katzensprung vom Hafen und den nahegelegenen Einkaufsstraßen entfernt. Grado ist eine überschaubare, charmante Stadt, und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das einzige kleine Manko war der leichte feuchte Geruch im Apartment, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen!

Siamo stati ospitati in una bellissima casa, estremamente confortevole, immersa nella tranquillità dei meravigliosi paesaggi collinari del Friuli. Federica è una padrona di casa molto in gamba e super disponibile. L'agriturismo, molto vicino alla casa, è un luogo accogliente e abbiamo molto apprezzato la grande gentilezza del personale e anche i vini che vengono prodotti. Esperienza sicuramente molto positiva. Ottima esperienza. Casa spaziosa, moderna in un angolo di campagna e dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno. In buona posizione per visitare Udine, Gorizia, Grado, Cividale e anche Trieste, nonché i percorsi storici della grande guerra. Da ultimo l’Osteria della Ribolla ( 15’ a piedi o 5’ in auto) è un ottimo locale per qualche cena gustosa e piacevole. Edy e Laura
