sono stata in questo piccolo paradiso per un periodo breve e con qualche imprevisto non dovuto alla casa od al propietario .La casa è molto più bella di come si veda in foto e Silvano è un proprietario gentile e comprensivo con cui è molto bello chiaccherare La vista è spettacolare non immaginavo!!!!. ho ricevuto in regalo di prodotti del posto,assaporato il silenzio che cercavo e fatto un Trek☺️ come desideravo. anche il mio cane è stato contentissimo. davvero un oasi di pace a un ora da Milano.

Endroit superbe, perché dans la montagne avec une très belle vue sur le lac, mais loin de l'agitation du lac ! Jardin très agréable et barbecue parfait ! La route pour y accéder est sinueuse mais le calme se mérite ! De belles randonnées au départ du hameau, un petit âne à saluer tous les matins et des mûres à proximité ! Susanna et Giuli sont adorables et très disponibles, aux petits soins ! Attention, la seconde chambre se situe dans une annexe, pas très loin, mais cela nous a surpris. La salle de bain aussi est accessible pas l'extérieur.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Lage war praktisch und ruhig, perfekt für ein paar entspannte Tage. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war freundlich und gut erreichbar.

Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die vielen liebevoll gestalteten Details haben mir sehr gefallen. Eine schöne Überraschung war der volle Kühlschrank und die feinen Sachen zum Frühstück. Massimo und Viviana waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen und würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Naomi hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. In einer sorgfältig vorbereiteten Mappe fanden wir alle notwendigen Informationen über die Wohnung, Restaurants und mögliche Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die beiden Schlafzimmer sind groß genug für 4 Personen. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein privater Garten und ein Parkplatz. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.

This house is situated in an amazing environment, with an oustanding view over the lago di Como. It is fitted with all the facilities needed for one or several families. The garden is so calm and beautiful with a lot of life and plants. Everything was clean and tidy, we were very happy about our arrival. Nicole is reactive and very kind, and has a lot of advices about the region (restaurants, activities, etc). We highly recommand this house for spending some rest days in the nature, or for visiting the numerous spots over the different lakes. Thank you Nicole for welcoming us ! We hope to come again :)

very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Woche bei Mario mit unseren 3 Kindern. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was man braucht, um sich gleich im Urlaub zu fühlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch ein Gefrierschrank ist vorhanden. Für den Sommer sind Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, auch ein Sonnendach gibt im Sommer Schatten. Uns hat die Lage besonders gut gefallen: Die Wohnung befindet sich oberhalb der Ortschaft, mit einem großen Auto muss man ein bisschen rangieren. Aber es lohnt sich allemal: Man entflieht der touristischen Hektik und der Enge der Uferregion und kann auf der Terrasse den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein sehr ansprechendes Restaurant mit tollem Blick auf den See, was aber leider geschlossen hatte, als wir dort essen wollten ( Donnerstag Ruhetag). Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für schöne Wanderungen am Berg, z. B. zur chiesa San Martino. Wer es ruhig mag ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Siamo state molto bene, la casa era super pulita, calda e silenziosa. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. Grazie, torneremo.

Kathi è un super padrone di casa, accogliente, devoto al locatario, l'appartamento è splendido 😊 la vista sul lago è bellissima. Pognana Lario è un villaggio molto bello sul lago, i ristoranti consigliati da Kathi sono molto buoni, ci sono belle ballate da fare, consiglio di fare la passeggiata del Monte San Primo con vista sul lago e le Alpi. Consiglio vivamente Daisy e non vedo l'ora di scoprire Little House 😊Grazie per tutto Kathi, a presto 😊

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne niczego nie brakowało, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka z pralką dla mnie dodatkowe udogodnienia to wejście z garażu do mieszkania👍 Mieszkanie zdecydowanie dla osób posiadających auto ponieważ dojazd jest przez sporo serpentyn ale ja to akurat lubię 😅😉

We truly fell in love with Monica’s place! I don’t think there’s anything quite like it. Monica was so friendly and welcoming and gave great local recommendations! The property was ready as described on time for a very easy check in. It was a great start to a birthday celebration! Our only complaint is not staying longer!!

Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans l’appartement de Donatella en famille (2 adultes, 3 enfants). Très beau logement, grand et confortable, place de parking individuelle et possibilité de fermer à clé disponible dans la résidence. Superbe vue sur le lac de Côme, embarcadère pour de nombreuses destinations autour du lac littéralement au pied de l’immeuble (Bellagio & Côme (via bateau rapide) à 40 minutes, Villa Carlotta à 20 minutes). Villa Balbienello accessible à pied en 20 minutes. Glacier et courses également accessibles à pied. Très bonne communication avec Donatella avant et pendant le séjour. Nous recommandeons vivement de logement !

Anna was the most loveliest and hospitable host, she picked us up from where was was and then guided us around the place, showed us the stunning home and the gardens with a view that was breathtaking. The place is super quiet and out of the way of the busy town, Anna told us of local places which was so useful and nice to have as people who don’t know the area. Cannot recommend this beautiful home or the host enough, sitting out on the terrace with the best cheeses and meats whilst we watched the sun and clouds was an amazing experience

Devid e Fabio sono degli ottimi padroni di casa! Oltre ad accoglierci in modo davvero carino, sono stati molto scrupolosi nei nostri confronti e ci hanno “coccolato” per tutto il nostro soggiorno presso La Baita. Bisogna venire per credere! Bravi, a presto!!

Der Aufstieg war tatsächlich etwas beschwerlich, aber hat sich gelohnt! Die Aussicht ist super, niemand weit und breit. Die Bettwäsche hat super gerochen. Greta und ihre Familie waren wirklich mehr als zuvorkommend. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben.

Le logement était comme présenté sur l’annonce et offrait une des plus belle vue sur le lac. Le lieu est reposant et tranquille. Andrea est très réactif et amical. Superbe séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Marco avec nos trois enfants. L’environnement et la vue sur le lac en sont les atouts principaux mais qui se méritent ! Le trajet dans la montagne pour s’y rendre n’est pas facile ! C’est un point important à prendre en compte avant de réserver !

This house is just amazing! Beautifully placed on a very private spot, very well equipped and super clean. We had a wonderful stay with our family and would definately love to come again!
