We really enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through, but the place was great and had everything we needed. Parking was easy and the area is so beautiful!

Benjamin è un host estremamente attento ai suoi ospiti, disponibile ed educato. L'alloggio è bellissimo e con tutti i confort, con un grande giardino dove rilassarsi. Tutto ottimo.

J'ai déjà beaucoup séjourné dans de multiples gîtes. Mais celui d' Antonio bat tous les records au niveau rapport qualité-prix. De plus, je tiens à souligner particulièrement la qualité humaine d Antonio qui, pour moi, à beaucoup de valeur ! Ce propriétaire connaît le mot "respect de l'autre" et sait se montrer disponible quoiqu'il advienne, cela bien qu'il soit très pris par son travail. Un séjour chez Antonio laisse des marques indélébiles tant au niveau du séjour "vacances " qu'au niveau du contact humain. Je donne volontiers 10 étoiles pour tout.

Struttura a qualche chilometro di distanza dai punti di interesse, comoda se ci si muove con mezzi propri. Casa molto bella e spaziosa. La padrona di casa è molto premurosa e disponibile, ci ha fornito suggerimenti preziosi per il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissima.

La casa è molto grande, pulita e completa di tutto, ogni camera è dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione è ottima con poco più di mezzora si raggiungono i Trabocchi, le gole di San Martino, Roccascalegna. A dieci minuti da lì si trova anche il sentiero che porta alla cascata di San Giovanni. il borgo di Guardiagrele è molto interessante da visitare. Domenica e Luciano sono stati dei padroni di casa premurosi e disponibili.

Appena tornati e speriamo di poter tornare... Alloggio in una buona posizione, ben pulito e ben fornito. Spazio esterno a dir poco stupendo, parcheggio interno al cortile che è tanta roba. I proprietari due persone stupende, con le quali fare due chiacchiere è un piacere, gentili e disponibilissimi. Siamo super soddisfatti.

Un'esperienza davvero positiva. La casa di Marco è in una posizione splendida ed ha una vista meravigliosa dal terrazzo. La pulizia al nostro arrivo è stata impeccabile. Abbiamo trovato tutto senza alcuno sforzo. Uno speciale grazie alla Sig.ra Erminia sempre molto gentile e disponibile per ogni nostra necessità.

Villetta spaziosa e pulita in un contesto silenzioso e tranquillo. In 6 persone e 2 cagnolini siamo stati molto comodi. Stefania host reattiva e molto disponibile anche sull'orario di check out. Soggiorno consigliato

What a wonderful place! View of the ocean, big clean pool which was very well designed for both us and our children, 3 and 5 years old. The house is either just built or completely renovated, everything was spotless. We were not quite sure whether the patio and pool was shared or not but it is. This was never a problem though since the other house is occupied by the owners and they were very kind and helpful. We never felt our privacy compromised and always had solo access to the pool. The area has plenty of nice beaches and restaurants but this house is up a steep hill so it was quiet at night. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back!

From the initial detailed arrival instructions to the smooth check-out process, every aspect of our interaction was handled with professionalism and ease. While the property is perfect for relaxation, it also serves as a base for exploring nearby sights and beaches. It’s important to note that this villa champions a peaceful and respectful atmosphere, making it more suited for families and those looking to unwind in tranquility rather than a party scene.

Gorgeous house and views! The photos do not do it justice! The house is located in a great area, with quick access to restaurants, beach and surrounding sightseeing, very central location in Abruzzo. It is a large home, giving ample space for multiple families. There were some issues with the water, to which Gennaro was very attentive and proactive. We enjoyed our family trip and would rent this house again !

Seconda volta qui. Si conferma un piacevole soggiorno in una casa molto ampia per più famiglie con bambini. Comodissima anche la posizione alle vie centrali. Claudio e Federica sempre molto disponibili.

Sharon war sehr spontan. Wir haben abends um 22 Uhr angefragt und konnten um 15 Uhr am nächsten Tag einziehen. Lage ist großartig !

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche leider nur mit dem Notwendigsten eingerichtet. Den großen Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wirklich zum Entspannen. Das Meer jedoch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolle Strände in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Miranda Abbiamo alloggiato in tre coppie con bambini e siamo stati benissimo: ogni camera aveva il bagno interno! La casa grande pulita e dotata di ogni confort! Il punto di forza è senz’altro la piscina grande e ben curata di acqua salata. Pulizia della casa impeccabile, la proprietaria attenta curare ogni piccolo dettaglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Aurora in Agosto, eravamo sei adulti e cinque bambini da zero a sette anni e siamo stati tutti benissimo! La casa è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio sia dentro che fuori, uno dei rari casi dove la realtà è anche meglio delle foto! Stefano e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni nostro bisogno. Ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare, la mattina ci portavano anche i fichi appena raccolti dal loro albero! La casa è così bella e fresca che tra Ping pong, biliardino e piscina si potrebbe non uscire mai, tuttavia intorno alla casa ci sono tutti i servizi. La costa dei trabocchi e il centro storico di Vasto sono a meno di 10 minuti di macchina. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di tornare quanto prima!

Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben den Aufenthalt bei Paul und May sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort - exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Stupendo soggiorno in una tranquillissima zona di vasto. Accesso a tanti ristoranti e tante attività ad un massimo di venti minuti di auto. Matteo disponibilissimo e per niente invadente. Tutto il complesso di alloggi risulta molto curato e pulito. La zona è molto tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Torneremo sicuramente

Bellissima location, grande, pulita e fornita di tutto, proprio come nella descrizione, immersa nel relax in collina. Ottima come base per andare al mare (15 minuti di auto) ma consente di passare anche giornate intere a bordo piscina. Checkin ed assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno assicurati da Rita, attenta e sempre gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la consigliamo vivamente! Grazie e complimenti a Guy e Shelley!

Enzo was very nice and Caring. The views are amazing and this little town is magical. The apartment is small and cozy. Awesome coffee machine with milk frother and heater. And Enzo was very hospitable and helpful with everything we needed and flexible with our hours as well.

Superbe villa! Après avoir parcouru la moitié de l’Italie nous avons fait escale durant 5 jours chez YourPlace Abruzzo où nous avons pu nous reposer paisiblement et surtout profiter de la piscine qui est juste magnifique. Rien à dire mise à part les derniers 100m pour atteindre la villa qui est une route à gravier.
